I've got huge Persian brows and so they really need tender care. Also (and perhaps most importantly since Gigi usually does a nice job) she asks too many personal questions (i.e. why I'm not having another baby). When I get my eyebrows done, I don't want anyone asking me sensitive questions. I realize she may be bored doing eyebrows all day, perhaps she should put on talk radio or stick to simple, non-invasive questions.

The front door was locked, and I was left waiting outside until someone eventually let me in. It wasn't the most welcoming first impression for a business centered around selfcare and relaxation. As soon as I walked inside, I was greeted by a strong odor that reminded me of food that had recently been heated in a microwave. It was quite noticeable and unexpected in a spa setting, where I generally expect a clean, fresh, and calming environment. During my threading appointment, Kennedy came across as rushed, somewhat dismissive, and as though she would rather be somewhere else. I understand everyone has difficult days, but I never felt particularly welcomed or at ease. The service felt transactional rather than thoughtful. What concerned me most, however, was overhearing employees speaking loudly about their dissatisfaction with management while I was using the restroom. Hearing internal workplace frustrations discussed within earshot of clients created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. The salon itself also lacked the warm, polished feel I expect from an esthetics business. The space felt dated and visually disjointed, without much cohesion or attention to detail. Rather than feeling intentionally designed, it came across as somewhat thrown together, with a few decorative touches that felt mismatched and a bit tacky. Overall, the environment could really benefit from an update to create a more inviting, relaxing experience. I genuinely wanted to enjoy my visit, but the combination of the atmosphere, the service, and the overall energy left me disappointed. I have gotten used to them and am exceedingly happy to have had them done. I needed some tweaking as most people do so I went back today for that. There was not any major fixing that needed to be done but she went over a few of the areas that needed a little more color or a little less color. She evened things out. They now look Perfect I am so happy with them. I may have to go back in a year or two for an update but other than that I am good to go. And if you are depressed you should go see Alli. Her personality will have you smiling before you leave the building.
