My facial with Terril was very relaxing. We went into the treatment room and discuss what my concerns were with my skin and what I was hoping to get out of my appointment. Terril was very attentive, asking questions along the way. One thing I really liked was that the table was heated because I've been having some issues with my back that make it uncomfortable to lay down so having that heated surface under my back made my appointment even more relaxing. My skin felt amazing when she was done, even though she had to do a few extractions. I was so pleased that I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for a few months out so that my skin will be able to recover from the upcoming summer months. When I asked about it, she acknowledged that I was quoted wrong and just kinda shrugged it off. While the difference in price was just $25 more, frankly I would not have said yes if I was told it was a $75 upcharge. That would have put it out of my budget, and out of my psychological comfort of an impulse purchase.
