I have an update to this incident. The company rectified their mistake and sent a new bouquet to my friend the next day and it was beautiful and perfect.

These were beautifully arranged for a funeral. The 92 year old mother of the deceased clapped with joy in the midst of her grief.

Quick delivery. Exactly like the photo. Highly recommend The prices are very transparent.

This is what the florist in TN delivered based on the description given.

This is our florist! When I missed a deadline to have funeral flowers delivered to Knoxville TN, via the funeral home link, they coordinated everything! Stephanie was patient, kind, and kept me informed

The pink flowers on the long stems on top are brown/dried up/dying.

I ordered via the funeral home obituary website link which ended up being through Teleflora. I used the largest available spray option of $215 to request for yellow roses with pink and white flowers (instead of all pink) because it was for a male relative. I asked to order $250 worth of flowers (totaling $313+ due to tax, delivery, service charges) to get a fuller/larger arrangement. The arrangement ended up being delivered (9/26) the day before the requested date and appeared less than the option advertised - certainly it wasn't fuller/bigger as expected for the higher payment made. Maybe they weren't expecting for me to find out as I'm not in state and couldn't attend. I had to make another order for a service in my area (Orange County, Ca) the week after (gave the same amount of notification) and received a much fuller arrangement of roses and orchids for $300 total cost that was delivered on the requested 10/4 date. I understand the cost is different for different businesses/regions, but I should have at least gotten a fuller arrangement than the advertised chosen option since I paid for more flowers. I did make a complaint to Teleflora and received a 25% discount. I am writing this for awareness and accountability to future customers.

In Bloom Flowers came through! I learned from previous experiences that ordering flowers through online brokers can be a hit-or-miss venture. I have ordered robust bouquets before, only to have some scraggly arrangement delivered. So now, I look for florists local to the recipient and work directly with the local business. In Bloom Flowers in Plano came through and sent a gorgeous sympathy bouquet on my behalf. The delivery person even took a photo of the flowers being delivered, and in real time! I was not expecting that. According to the recipients, the pictures don't do justice to the arrangement. Thank you In Bloom Flowers.

My husband uses In Bloom when he sends flowers to me at work for special occasions, they've always delivered beautiful bouquets in a timely manner. I've had one time when the flowers went limp the next day but In Bloom rushes to replace them immediately. I really appreciate the service here. But that's not why I'm writing this review. I'm writing this review because I bought flowers for my mom for her birthday. We couldn't celebrate with her as everyone is "social distancing" and as you can imagine leads to a lonely birthday celebration. I ordered flowers for her last night for delivery and selected a cheerful bouquet. She texted early this morning to share she was pleasantly surprised when they arrived early! She said they were so beautiful and fragrant- one of the better bouquets she's received. So my review is one of thanks. in bloom is a florist that our family trusts with on time and beautiful bouquets. It's local so you get what is on the site not a version of. When I messed up the delivery date, I called and they were able to deliver the flowers a day early. Both women LOVED the arrangements and said they smelled wonderful. I ordered flowers on 2/8 to be delivered on 2/14. And was charged a premium for delivery. Not only did the flowers get there after 6:30pm on 2/14... they looked HORRIBLE once they arrived. And the extra macaroons which were supposed to accompany the flowers never got there. I called to check on the delivery a number of times during the day. Very disappointed about this company. Didn't receive my order on 08/13/24 and it was my Anniversary. This company failed to call and advised us about any delays or discrepancies with the order. I called and spoke with an employee and was spoken to rudely and was told that there was nothing that could be done. In Bloom helped me out when I was in a jam. I found out too late on a Saturday afternoon that a dear friend's mother's funeral was the next day, on Sunday, less than 24 hours away. I tried to have flowers delivered for the service but discovered many florists don't deliver on Sunday (not even the big "1-800" one). I'm in Florida and the graveside service was in Texas so I couldn't deliver them myself. The funeral home recommended In Bloom and they came to my rescue. I was blessed that Ramona answered and negotiated with her Delivery Manager on my behalf for the timely delivery of the flowers but, more importantly, she had great design ideas and suggestions that reflected the dear, deceased lady's tastes. I ended up with a more beautiful and personalized arrangement than I ever thought I could and I even liked her sympathy card message more than the canned-sounding verbiage I was going to use. She was a delight to talk with and knew her stuff. She was compassionate and professional (a hard-to-find combo in these trying times) . The arrangement was there, at the graveside, on time and was absolutely gorgeous (as reported to me by my spy/sister). read more

Thanks to everyone who put the arrangement together and even to the driver as well as the staff at the shop they are always willing to answer any questions I have. Furthermore this is the third time Ive odered from In Bloom and from my pervious experience with them it will be the only company I use from here on out. Thank you for making her birthday and two valentine's a success. Customer service at this store is at least 6 out of 5 stars last year I ordered from another provider and was let down, when I went to In Bloom in a rush they not only took care of me they gave me a filled in rewards card even better they were able to get me flowers that were out of season. The clerk told me "here's to your next purchase don't forget about us" and I didnt. So Im telling anyone who reads this dont get let down somewhere else just make the right choice instead. read more

I have been ordering flowers from "In Bloom" for over 12 years, ever since my daughter left home and went to college at the University of North Texas. At no time, during that period up to today, have I ever been disappointed. Every single time, they have gone above and beyond and delivered the most beautiful arrangements to her. Wonderful people to work with and never have I ever had any problems with deliveries. That can't be said when my daughter did not live in an area covered by In Bloom, twice she didn't get her order on Valentines. I was very happy when she moved back within their coverage area. As a Dad, I have been getting her flowers ever since her first Valentine Day over 36 years ago. I like to send her flowers every once in a while, Just Because Day, no special reason. I never have to worry when I order from them, I can relax and know that my daughter will receive her order on time and that "In Bloom" will knock it out of the park! They are the best! read more

I was totally disappointed with their customer service. They failed to deliver my order on time and complete (they forgot part of the gift...can you imagine). I was trying to give a surprise to a loved friend, and instead the one who received the awful surprise was me. They lied about having delivered the order complete, they never apologized until I emailed them asking about what happened. The store manager of Carrolton, TX that took my case was not diligent or respectful, and she never made an effort to understand my point. I do not recommend this store to anyone... And yes, Ms. Lori I do feel the need to write this review because a full refund (which is my right after I payed on time and was expecting something better) is the less you can do after all I had to do to contact you, find out what happened, waited to be listen, and being lied by your associates (I have the texts messages where they lied about having delivered the order perfect and complete) read more

Choosing flowers online is so difficult and they normally don't look like what you choose. So I called and got a really sweet lady! I asked if they delivered to XXX hospital as I was out of state. She said they did. I explained what I was looking for and a general price range. She suggested one thing, but it was more blues and purples. I said I'd wanted something maybe brighter. Her next suggestion was spot on and gorgeous! We added a balloon and got things finished up. My friend messaged me shortly after with a picture of her beautiful flowers that were even better than the online picture (though the same flowers) The websites picture didn't do it justice. My friend loved it. I would 100% go through In Bloom again. read more

I wanted to edit my review after both Lori and Jennifer reached out to fix the situation with the online order. Outstanding customer service! The fact that the owner and staff work to resolve issues that arise as well as strive for customer satisfaction makes them stand out above other businesses. Thank you Lori and Jennifer for going the extra mile for your customers! I will be a loyal customer. Thx! Ana I just placed an order online for a corsage for my son's girlfriend only to get a call stating the order cannot be filled due to Mother's day on the 9th. I am baffled as to why this blockout of new orders could not be placed on their website to keep customers from wasting their time. What is more irritating is that our credit card is charged knowing they will not fill the order. I have to wait for a refund now. I expected better service from In Bloom. read more

I was from out of area, and needed to send flowers and a plant to a funeral - in a hurry. I had special requests to modify their otherwise beautiful arrangements. In Bloom exceeded my expectations. i have been in the situation before, and ordered something that looked good from teleflora. When I arrived to the out of state funeral, the flowers were much less than expected. When I got to the funeral that In Bloom serviced - I WAS BLOWN AWAY. they gave exceptional service, provided an exceptional arrangement, and did so in very little time. I would Highly Recommend this florist to anyone who wants beautiful arrangements, and expecially for those wanting security in sending flowers from out of the area - you can depend on having something amazing when you get there! read more

Originally I was an unsatisfied customer because the bouquet delivered was not the one I chose. After a very professional email conversation with one of the employees I came to discover that the substitutions were made due to lack of supplies after Mothers day, which as a business owner I understand. I also later discovered a voicemail I missed from them alerting me that they needed to make the substitutions; so they did their due diligence. They made it right the very next day and sent the correct arrangement to my mom and it was beyond perfection. I don't expect a company to be perfect, but I do ask for quality customer service and that's what I got. I came in the Carrollton location today with my daughters looking to get something nice for their Grandmother - on the way to their Grandmothers house of course. The staff greeted me with kindness and was very helpful in finding that one special arrangement. I would like to give a special shout out to Shelbie Davis (Associate and Floral Designer) for all her help in showing me that finding that right arrangement goes hand-in-hand with the the traditional "just the thought" that counts. The store not only looked great inside, but smells amazing. Great place if you're looking to find that one special thing for that special occasion or person. I have to commend In Bloom for going the extra mile to ensure that their customers have a first-rate experience. I have used In Bloom for timely and beautiful arrangements for years, and went back to them for a birthday delivery not long ago. For the first time, the flowers were not up to their usual standard - perhaps only an "ok-less" rating would have covered it. When I made the store aware of the "less", they immediately volunteered (I did not ask) to provide a new bouquet and gift as a replacement. It arrived in perfect shape and up to the standards that In Bloom is noted for. I give them high marks for the speed and graciousness of their response and will continue to use them for quality and customer-focused service. read more

Wish I could remember the person I spoke with, but she went above & beyond to find out information for me. I wanted to order a plant that had a certain cross in another plant. She explained things, as I explained the reasoning for the cross. She put me on hold to actually go ask the florist how it would look & they both figured out a way to make it work and it looked gorgeous. I'm one who like to use people who are local in the area, I think helping keep the doors open to surrounding business is better than the big box florist shop, where you really never know what you get. We sadly needed flowers at short notice for a funeral. I called at 3PM on a Fri afternoon for a 9:30 AM Sat service!! In Bloom we're the best. They said sure they would deliver to the mortuary but would call and check to make sure where the delivery needed to go. They did not disappoint. Flowers were delivered and arrived at the gravesite services!! To top it off what I ordered looked identical to the picture. Before using In Bloom I had never even heard of them. They followed up with an email assuring me the flowers had been delivered. I highly recommend them and if the need arises I will call them first!! In Bloom saved the day! I live out of town and ordered flowers online (from another company) to be delivered to a funeral. A few days later, only 30 minutes before the funeral was to begin, I got an email from that company saying that they could not find a florist to fill my order . . . sorry. I was horrified and frantic! I called the funeral home, told them what happened, and asked if they could help. They immediately said "call In Bloom." I am so glad that they did. The In Bloom staff was kind and helpful. They managed to get a gorgeous arrangement to the funeral home ON TIME. They truly went the extra mile to help. I am forever grateful to them. read more

I live in New York and needed flowers sent to Texas for the last few years. I was always disappointed by Teleflora or FDT. They would take my order and then they would notify me the day of delivery that they could not find a florist to work with them. Lo and behold, I found In Bloom and have been using them directly ever since. They are courteous, helpful and always get it right, and the flowers are always beautifully arranged. I use them on a yearly basis, and they know to duplicate my order from the previous year. If you live in Texas and can visit them directly, I highly recommend that you do so. I'm from out of town, and ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my cousin in Carrollton. I thought she'd be home from the hospital on Wednesday, so I requested delivery on that day. In Bloom tried delivering them, but no one was home or answering the phone. They tried again each day, with no response. I had been given incorrect information, and my cousin did not return home until Saturday. On Monday morning I heard from the manager who explained what was going on (I also spoke with someone on Thursday). They made a fresh arrangement and delivered it on Monday. My sister raved about how beautiful the flowers In Bloom delivered the morning of her birthday. I was especially pleased that the person taking my order took the time to help me choose and modify the arrangment to send. I upgraded the bouquet a bit and in the photos my sister sent, I could see the designer was generous in her additions. Somehow, she must have known which roses are the most fragrant. In reading the negative reviews here, I notice that each one is was followed up by In Bloom Flowers, with replacements and refunds. I need to thank the person who recommended this florist! read more

InBloom Flowers did an amazing job on our wedding flowers! They were able to bring to life my vision for my wedding party florals and centerpieces. Everyone raved how beautiful the panda anemones looked and how unique the bouquet looked. I had multiple people asked where I got my wedding flowers done. I live in NJ. My sister and brother- in- law passed away within 4 days of each other. The funeral was in Texas which I could not attend. Your representative talked with me on the phone and was extremely helpful. She gave me time to decide on my selection. I could not have been happier with the flowers. In fact my niece took them from the church and had them at the cemetery. After the services, my niece took the flowers home to enjoy and my niece's daughter took the angel that was in the basket and will put it in her garden. Thank you for all you did. The arrangement was delivered on time and was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were in perfect condition. I told them approximately what I wished for. They created an arrangement that went beyond my imagination. with the colors and flowers, I ask for and at the price I said I could work with. I called In Bloom Flowers because I wanted to send some flowers to my sister in law who had surgery. I live in Michigan and she is in Texas. I read their reviews and they were positive. I prefer to talk to someone other then order on line. Cat answered the phone and was very helpful, professional and courteous. I called late in the afternoon and the flowers were delivered as promised the next morning. They worked with me to get me the bouquet I wanted. My sister in law was very pleased with the flowers and thought they were lovely! I would definitely call them again. read more
