If I could select zero stars I would. I ordered a $90 bouquet of flowers to be delivered for a birthday surprise. I was told they would take care of it. I waited to hear from my niece that she received a wonderful surprise. When I didn't hear from her I asked if she received anything, this ruining the surprise. She said no. I called the store and was told the flowers were delivered. Again, checking with my niece. No flowers. My second call I was told the truck broke down and they had to remake the flowers but would for sure be there on Saturday. Guess what? No flowers. Sunday came and went, no flowers, no call explaining why. Thanks for ruining the reason for sending surprise flowers. I do not recommend this company. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else. read more

I called early from Calif directly to shop for day of delivery. I was told no problem as I STRESSED it needed early delivery as it was my daughters place of business that closed at 3 pm on Friday's. I finally called my daughter at 3 pm yo find out it had been delivered a few MINUTES prior to 3 pm as she was leaving work. The arrangement was nice but I was very disappointed in the customer service/delivery procedure especially when they said " hope I'm not too late!". I even called earlier in day to remind the shop that I still hadn't got delivery confirm and was concerned as it was Friday and office closure time of 3 pm but was told that it was "out for delivery". My feeling is the driver should have been called and reminded at that point as I continually stressed this during my conversation when ordering. I'm disappointed. read more

I visited the shop today and was impressed with the level of customer service. When I first walked in, there were two other customers being helped by Staff, but I was still quickly greeted near the front door by Kayla who welcomed me to the store and asked what the occasion was that brought me in. I explained to her that I was looking to set up a way to send flowers to different clients of mine two or three times a week. She was able to give me some examples of how that process has been handled for other companies' with similar needs, show me some of the arrangements and give examples of a variety of price ranges. Very helpful, knowledgeable and I was impressed with the amount of arrangements they had available. I've been in other flower shops and haven't always had this helpful of an experience and most shops seem to be lacking in "ready-to-go" selections. I picked up flowers for my aunt's wedding - a bridal bouquet, a couple of boutonnieres and a wrist corsage. They were absolutely beautiful!! And smelled amazing! My aunt was very pleased and many of the guests also raved about the bouquet. There were several people ahead of me when I arrived to pick up the flowers so I had an opportunity to to take a look at the arrangements they had on display. I was able to place an order online with FREE contactless delivery during the pandemic. It was nearly impossible to find any place still operating, and then to find somewhere willing to do extra for their customers with a FREE delivery?? Amazing. The flowers were a surprise for my mother who has been working her butt off to make Easter magical for the whole family from afar - she's been sending Easter eggs and baskets with instructions and delivering flowers all over the US. She deserved someone to put in the effort for an Easter surprise for her - and In Bloom really delivered. The flowers turned out SO beautiful and fresh. I am highly disappointed with the location in Hebron. At the time of checkout, they ask for a review and they would give me a discount. I told the representative that I had completed the review and she failed to give me the discount. I paid extra to have a fuller nosegay bouquet. The roses were not only browning but the bouquet was smaller than their base price size. Additionally, despite that I brought in typed instructions and images of what I wanted, none of my instructions were followed. As if that wasn't enough, the ribbon looks like some chewed on it. I could have done better going to the grocery store for a bouquet. I then asked for the managers name to be told that the store didn't have a manager. Very disappointed. read more
