As a first buyer I had an great experience. Customer service from each employee was Outstanding! I had the pleasure of working with Jim towards my purchase. They put me in my ideal vehicle, got me approved and I was on my way. They definitely live up to the name In N Out! They went above and beyond my needs as a buyer! I definitely recommend them to my family and friends and hope to do more business with them in the near future! Support Local!!!

Highlighted. Unwilling to test drive because you are about to close. Good excuse.

This was an odd one for me, because I'm very split on my opinion here…read more Let's start with the vehicles, because ultimately it's a used car lot and that's the main point, right? I stopped in for a specific vehicle that I had spotted online. Very beautiful car, well appointed, in great shape. I gave it a good look and found it to be top notch. No real concerns with the vehicle itself. I also scanned the rest of the lot and to me, it really looks like they have a nice variety of very good vehicles. Overall I'd say that if you are looking for a vehicle that is a bit more higher end than the average used car lot, this place seems to have a good selection of vehicles that fit that bill. They are not dealing in massive high mileage vehicles with a history of fender benders and dents and dings all over them. The inventory here is clean, straight and well maintained. I was not, however, very happy with the overall sales process. And I ultimately found a different vehicle elsewhere that fit my situation better. I wanted to bring my own financing because I have a credit union I have worked with for well over 20 years. I trust them, they know me, we have good honest conversations that help me create a financial situation I am comfortable with. But here, they were a bit pushy about running the financing themselves and almost outright insisted that I let them run it their way. It got to the point that I was getting rather irritated about how pushy they were getting about it. In the end, I did not buy the car from them. As I stated, I found a same model car elsewhere that fit my situation better, so I went with that car instead. So I'm very split on this one. The inventory here seems very nice, but the sales tactics feel very pushy to me. Your mileage may vary.

Absolute worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They cheap out on their…read moreinventory purchases. They clear codes before customer arrivals and then hope that their customers don't notice till later. If check engine lights come back on they may make it right eventually but they will make you deal with Mark Jorgenson who is the most unbearably clueless and difficult guy to work with on getting things handled. If you are going to look at a vehicle here please get a third party inspection done before purchasing

Service department. I will never take a vehicle here again, or buy another vehicle from this…read moredealership. Took my truck in 4 months ago for contaminated fuel. A whole new fuel system was to be put in. After weeks of saying it will get started next week and stating they only have 1 lift big enough to lift my truck (highly doubt as they have service contracts with large companies), it was finally started. During the process they broke a bolt off in the engine. They called me asking for another $2400 to pull the broken bolt as insurance was not covering something they broke. After telling them I would not pay for something they broke either we are in limbo and I still have not heard back. We are now past 4 months of them having my truck. I called other ford service centers to see what their policy is on breaking something while they work and all said they would have just fixed it and not charged the customer. I am at a point where I am just ready to have the truck loaded on a trailer and start the process over again with another dealer. As I said earlier I doubt I will buy another vehicle here. Beware if you need service completed here.

We just needed a vehicle and they gave it there best shot to get us their best vehicle on the lot. We are self employed and simply needed something to get us to and from bids. They even worked with our American Express credit cards. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a reliable vehicle without good credit.

After around 10-15 minutes we noticed the employees standing by the door watching us so we walked in the building to confirm we were interested in test driving. When I was ready to buy, after test driving, the only woman in the office said, "now, I'm not trying to be rude..." which is always a weird way to start off a sentence, because you can almost guarantee they are about to be rude. "We close in about 15 minutes..." and she basically said we can come back tomorrow. No biggie, but not being rude would have been to greet us when we first got there an hour prior, and let us know they close in an hour, not to stand awkwardly by the door and have us wander about. Then the same lady made a comment about us being from Tacoma and how they have a problem with theft from that city. At this point we have been experiencing a few microagressions from the staff that we were just ignoring because I wanted a car. Then there was this guy who ignored my presence because (I'm assuming) his job doesn't seem to be centered around customer service. But how awkward and rude to just have me standing there waiting for help while you're doing nothing but casually chit-chatting with your coworker. Then he finally said something when my partner, who is tall and has a more aggressive presence, walked in. This employees whole tone was off. He also tried to act like he didn't know one of the gaskets were blown when my partner notified him (shady). Then he asked for my W-2 (in addition to check stubs) and said it was because they don't do a credit check. Then, in the same breath, he asked me what my credit score was. I gave him a weird look and said, "I guess you don't need to know since you don't do a credit check." After a long, awkward stare he said, "these are just questions we ask." But the thing is, no, you don't. You just told me you don't do a credit check so why ask me for my credit score? That means he, personally, just wanted to know. Weird and unprofessional. And let's be real if my credit was better, I wouldn't have been there, I would have head straight to a quality dealership.
