This was an odd one for me, because I'm very split on my opinion here. Let's start with the vehicles, because ultimately it's a used car lot and that's the main point, right? I stopped in for a specific vehicle that I had spotted online. Very beautiful car, well appointed, in great shape. I gave it a good look and found it to be top notch. No real concerns with the vehicle itself. I also scanned the rest of the lot and to me, it really looks like they have a nice variety of very good vehicles. Overall I'd say that if you are looking for a vehicle that is a bit more higher end than the average used car lot, this place seems to have a good selection of vehicles that fit that bill. They are not dealing in massive high mileage vehicles with a history of fender benders and dents and dings all over them. The inventory here is clean, straight and well maintained. I was not, however, very happy with the overall sales process. And I ultimately found a different vehicle elsewhere that fit my situation better. I wanted to bring my own financing because I have a credit union I have worked with for well over 20 years. I trust them, they know me, we have good honest conversations that help me create a financial situation I am comfortable with. But here, they were a bit pushy about running the financing themselves and almost outright insisted that I let them run it their way. It got to the point that I was getting rather irritated about how pushy they were getting about it. In the end, I did not buy the car from them. As I stated, I found a same model car elsewhere that fit my situation better, so I went with that car instead. So I'm very split on this one. Absolute worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They cheap out on their inventory purchases. They clear codes before customer arrivals and then hope that their customers don't notice till later. If check engine lights come back on they may make it right eventually but they will make you deal with Mark Jorgenson who is the most unbearably clueless and difficult guy to work with on getting things handled. Sold me a Honda element for 9500.00 I sent the deposit. The next day I called the salesman said it was a good thing I put the deposit down because of all the interest. Next day they said the car had transmission problems and it needed to be fixed at a cost of 4-5 k. So they were going to put 5 k into a car they just sold for 9500.00. Overall very happy with my truck buying experience here. Earned 4 stars (instead of 5) because the vehicle I was interested in initially had tires that were dry rotted and inoperable, causing a wobble at high speeds, however the team was very accommodating and were able to get brand new tires on within 2 days. I felt that this should have been corrected when they originally acquired the truck. I would shop here again in the future though due to how accommodating they were and willing to compromise. BUYER BEWARE. Maxx sold me a Denali, that broke down day after I brought it home, after a month of attempted fixes Maxx switched it out for a Dodge 2500 which is not safe to drive even after they had it for 4 months attempting to fix our due bill issue.... To validate this I had two shops look over the truck. One being the Dodge dealership; Dodge stated it needs to be fixed/was not fixed correctly. Not to mention Mark clearly stated to me he was driving his kids around for personal uses while Maxx had it in their possession. Currently we are waiting for our trial date in court because they will not fix the truck correctly! read more

Son bought a 2011 f250. The engine light was on they said they would fix it. They only plan on fixing part of the problem. Said they would fix the tailgate by putting a cap on it. They dance allllll around the cupping tires but because after the deal was done the engine light is a def pump. Toooo much money they say so all other promises or implied fixes wont be happening. This dealership also charged almost double what kbb said its worth in perfect condition. So people BEWARE this dealer is only out for themselves. However if anything happens to my family while in this truck i will hold them 100 percent accountable. The state says they must do an inspection before selling a car but they did a half assed job the law also says "road worthy tires". Cupping tires are not road worthy. Went to go look at a jeep wrangler. Clutch was fried. Suspension was fried. Top leaked. They still wanted $11k. Un believable!!! The salesperson took the jeep into the garage and had his mechanic look at the vehicle. Mechanic knew there was a problem, said the owner was not willing to fix it. Probably the best/fastest/simplest car buying experience I've had yet. Had some chatting with Ernie on a few vehicles ahead of time before I got to the dealership around 2pm. Ernie had the car ready to test-drive and most of my financing locked down. By the time I was done with the test drive, Ernie had 3 different options for me, two of which were w/in my monthly payment expectations. Also, there was no hassling or bickering on my trade. They literally asked me what I wanted for it and gave it to me (just above BlueBook trade-in). I was out the door by 3:30pm (90 minutes total) with the new car in hand. If i had read the reviews before going into this car dealer i know i wouldnt have bought a car here. My husband and i and our infant baby went here looking for a work car for my husband because our last one was in a car accident. Jeff pushed us into buying a more expensive car than the one we came to look at. Then they added a service contract when i specifically told them i dont want it and lied to me that im getting it for free. I went in their office and asked them to refund it back because i dont want it. So please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else and not here because 1 month into having the car, the car died! I'm shocked and appalled that so many have had a negative experience here. I bought a Camry here about a year ago, I felt the staff went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The finance manager had to really work to find me financing, but he did it and got me a good interest rate, too. I write this review to help an inexperienced buyer and hopefully stop anyone from the headache I experienced. I purchased a wrx and literally 3 hours after purchase the entire dashboard lit up. The car still had a year left on the factory warranty but since it had modifications on the motor the factory warranty was void. I would have been ok with that but the tuner was removed I believe while I was waiting for funding for the car. The car wasn't driving or sounding like it did when I test drove it. It had a Cobb intake and tuner but when I left after purchasing it only the intake was on the car. The Subaru dealership was going to charge me 160 dollars for the diagnostic since the warranty was no longer valid but fortunately they wrote it off because they felt bad for the headache and situation Maxx Auto Plus had put me in. The car was running extremely lean from the missing tuner and will shortly cause ringland failure and more than likely burn up the engine. It's also a state law that cars with modifications are clearly marked as such and this dealership did not disclose anything about it. I suggest going to a dealership with a good reputation and steer clear of this one! read more

I wish I could leave a 0 rating. I don't know who this dealership uses for financing, but we were quoted a 29.99% interest rate with a $2K down payment on a $7,999 car. We said absolutely not, went to a real dealership, got the car that we wanted with a single digit interest rate and $1K down. The car that we bought was newer, had fewer miles on it, and was in much better condition, so I guess we could thank Maxx autos for quoting such ridiculous, predatory financing since we ended up with a better vehicle. read more

I bought a car here a while ago. When I was looking at the car the rear passenger window wouldn't roll down and the rear driver's side door wouldn't open. Easy fixes that they would take care of once we purchased the vehicle. Apparently their repair shop was backed up so they pawned us off the another mechanic. They fixed the window. They also got the door open but damaged the window on that door. They then wanted to charge us to fix the window that THEY BROKE. We told Maxx about this and they said it was not their problem. They wouldn't even call this other mechanic so try to resolve this. They just washed their hands of the whole thing. Never again Maxx! read more
