This review for In-N Out Burger drive thru only due to Covid 19 This location of this one in Cabazon is between the outlets and Morongo Casino, so no doubt this place get very busy and crowed. The line was ridiculously long, but it was moving pretty fast, staff was was friendly plus fast in taking the order. I ordered the double burger two veggie plus two order of fries which is always good. This is a big tip now being that its mostly over 90 degree and you don't want to eat and drive...look to the right at all that free under ground cool parking to chill and eat..you welcome. So this is the third time that we come here and they mess up our order I specifically ask and double made sure twice that she had our order right then then then I look at the receipt and everything is wrong. We come from Arizona to California and we always stop here to pump gas at the Morongo and get a burger it's so disappointing that it's been the same girl every time maybe I thought she was new or learning but she seems to get orders wrong. In N Out is hard to mess up. But this location provided great service and I was pleased. I took my mother to Morongo for her birthday. When I asked her what she wanted to have for lunch she said "In N Out". Conveniently there was one right next to the casino so we went. We were greeted as we walked in and ordered our food. I secretly told the cashier that it was my mother's birthday and she greeted her. The staff overall seemed happy, talking, working and joking around and that is something a little different from what I am used to. Got drive-thru here with my boyfriend last month. We had come from the Cabazon Outlets and Morongo and were ready to pig out on some delicious burgers. I got a regular cheeseburger with grilled onions, and my boyfriend got a double double, we also shared some animal fries. I always go to this in and out and I've never had a problem yesterday12/17 I put in an order for 4 meals one of them with a animal fry and a grilled cheese and then ordered one more fry with the grilled cheese I pulled up to the first window and the lady asked me if it was for to go or in the car I said to go she said ok and I paid total came out to 50 something dollars so i know i was charge for 4 meals I only received 2 regular fries and an animal fry and all my cheese burgers when I asked the lady at the next window where my other 2 fries were she said you only have 3 and I tried to explain to her that I have 4 meals and ordered an extra one she asked for my receipt and I gave it to her and she tried to say that im only supposed to have 2 regular fries and one animal I tried to explain to her that I got 4 meals because they all came with a drink and she said no you didn't but you can buy fries I said okay that's fine whatever I'll buy fires I need 2 she then only charges me for one cheese fry and I said no mam I need 2 regular fires and she said here just take it an gives me a fry with an attitude I just say thank you an drive away I was not happy with the costumer service I've received and will not be going back to this in and out i recommend everyone going to the in and out in Beaumont off 2nd st read more

I visited on Tuesday, 05/13/25 around 4pm - 5pm. Went thru the drive thru. I paid and moved to the 2nd window. The employee (female) was nice and had a great smile, she gave me my drink. I'm not sure how my food order was missed, but she must have questioned someone about it because then a male employee (cook?) came up to the window and rudely plucked off the order slip and walked off after giving the female employee an irritating look. The friendly female employee asked me to drive up to the front parking lot with my hazard lights on to wait on my order with no explanation, even though I figured out what happened. I didn't have to wait long, but was very disappointed with the fries which were uneatable, most were small bits and over fried. I usually don't go for the fries since they aren't great at all but I was hungry so I had decided to go for the combo. The meat was small, I ended up with more bun than meat. Ordered inside at about 1030 at night. The girl was ignoring me and only chose to help me when someone else was about to. She seemed annoyed. Sat down waited for my order it was pretty empty maybe about 4 small groups. The tables were all dirty there was one guy sweeping who came to my table to tell me if he could sweep under it. Rude and weird. I got my food and the woman put all my food in to go bags when it was for inside. The food didn't sit well. Didn't taste that great and got food poisoning. In-N-Out is the only hamburger place I go to. I will not go to McDonald's or Burger King or any other fast food places because nothing ever beats In-N-Out. The service is always amazing and the drive-through is super quick prices are great in there. Shakes are absolutely amazing.
