In-N Out is the best burger place in town. period. But when this place is the best place in town it means that the line can go all the way out to the street. But in the end it is most definitly worth it. If you want to go to In-N-Out i recommend going around 230-3 pm because everyone is either in school or at work so the line is only about 10 min. long. I don't usually give in and out burger a bad reviews but today I was disappointed. They didn't coordinate their drive through efficiently. Customers got confused and two lines were formed instead of one line. One of their customer was road-raging on another customer. That was unnecessary and unpleasant! People are acting crazy. Road rage can escalate to violence if you make the wrong person angry. I have never met a bad customer through in and out before. This would not happen if they would tell customers where to drive through. Most customers drive through their normal route there and many are repeat customers. Unless you have someone to coordinate and give clear direction as to where the line for the car should be, customers will be confused. read more

Disclaimer: I may or may not have worked for this company for several years (but definitely NOT this store). All of my INO yelp reviews/ratings will be based on how the individual store stands up against other INO's (for the record, a store that I am not saying I didn't work at gets only 1 star). Now that I've set the stage, here is my review: this is likely the best INO I've ever visited The burger: was cooked perfectly, and it didn't look like it had been slopped together, which is sadly becoming a more common occurrence at INOs. The fries: here's where this store set itself apart. They were very crisp without being crunchy, and there weren't any small bits at the bottom of the boat. Sadly, I often pass on fries at other stores, but not here Cleanliness: despite being a busy store, the bathroom stays clean (no urine/paper towels on the floor). Service: fast. I came in during the lunch rush. There was a car line with at least 20 cars i thought i was gonna be stuck here forever. I love the fries here.... Not so cray cray about the shakes though. I'm not vegan totally...but I have limited my meat to very little. This place, being the exception. I absolutely like their burgers here! I go "Animal Style" and get raw onions. Yeah, I said raw baby. Just make sure your partner gets them raw too so you'll be able to sit next to each other at the movie theater. The price is right and forget about Mickey D's, this is the place to get a burger instead. Just wish they'd use real ice cream and milk in their shakes. The shakes are bland and taste like they come out of a carton, if you know what I mean. The fries are the real stars IMO, fresh made and real. Eat them before your partner does (He always claims to be dieting....but....) because they won't order them, then asks you if they can have a few and ends up eating like all of them. This place is highly raved about by people all over the world, so ofc I have to try it out and see what it's all about! I have to admit, it's pretty darn good. Yeah it looks like your generic burger that you can find anywhere but I don't know- it just tastes so much more delicious?! I usually order the hamburger with onion, along with a side of animal fries. The onion is a HUGE thumbs up to me- it feels wrong to eat the burger without onion! I find it so cute that you can see your food being made even when you've taken the drive-in. Being from Australia, I've never seen a place that has a drive-in where you can see your food being made. The service is great, employees are VERY thorough with your order and always have a smile on their face- something I do not see in Aus but always see in America(no matter where I go). Always tasty, fresh, right down to the crispy onion and lettuce on the burger and the newly cut fries. Never had a problem until today...my burger meat had such a large piece of bone in it the gum next to a tooth was cut slightly. Thank goodness it was my next to last bite. The thing about Yelping is that some of us base our posted restaurant experience on a single meal. It does the place an injustice in my view. I absolutely love it here and the shake is the best way to end a long day of driving I love the strawberry. The fries are my favorite and the hamburgers look like they do in the advertisement shows. Omg who doesn't love in n out. This location sits on the corner of a busy intersection and is usually packed. You can't access it right off the street, so you will actually need to drive into the lot where it sits. The service is great and the line usually moves quickly. Awesome hamburgers, I must've been to this place about 15 times in the past year, and never had a bad experience with customer service, the food quality, or taste. I usually get the double-double (which I'm sure as you all know is a cheeseburger with double the patties and double the cheese), maybe some fries (possibly animal style), and either a soda or chocolate shake. Their shakes are excellent, except the only con (which isn't really even all that bad) is that they are so thick to the point where you can't even suck any through the straw 'till a while after you get it. Animal style fries, extra spread, extra grilled onion. Neapolitan milkshake. Fresh grilled burgers really set In-N-Out apart. The staff at this location are also extremely friendly, and always make it right. I have never had my order made wrong. I got a double double with grilled onions and it was Perfect! I almost didn't go because the line was so long but I didn't really want taco smell, so I went anyway. Turns out they have their process prety streamlined so I was out of there in about ten minutes. I have enjoyed these great burgers since 1972. Unlike other burger chains, I have never experienced a wrong order or a problem with the food over all those years. The people they hire are in general a cut above your average fast food employee. The menu hasn't changed since 1948....Being a Christian inspired chain, they treat their employees well, maintain their facilities well, and when you go there...you know exactly what you will receive. Have you ever eaten something so much that you eventually get sick of it? INO burger did that for me, not just with INO, but beef in general. You see, I used to work at INO for at least 2 years, and everyday at work I had a double double and fries. You try and switch things up, create your own concoctions. Mix things that were not meant to be mixed, etc (the forcibly retired spicy pickle will forever be my favorite). But eventually, you will desire something else. Rumor has it, some employees used to trade burgers for burritos, and such. Anyways, I didn't notice it until somebody pointed it out; I never order beef anything when I eat out. And it's most likely a result of years of eating double doubles. In the 12 years I've been gone, I will eat at INO on average once a year, at someone else's request normally. But for a place that only serves burgers and fries, if they didn't serve a good burger, I'd have probably never come back. read more
