It's hard to say no to In-N-Out Burger. Not having one near my current residence, it's been about 3 months since I've had one. I was happy to say that streak was broken today. Ha! The food is always consistent at In-N-Out and this was no exception. The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean as can be. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of staff at 1100a and the service was much slower than usual. I was happy to wait for my burger, but there were a number of people tapping their foot impatiently waiting for their food. An easy fix, but can definitely be improved upon. read more

I was really impressed with the service I got here. Hands down the best In-N-Out experience I've ever had and right here in Eureka. I didn't mean to go on it's second day open but I ended up here. The line was all the way out to Broadway but the person I was with insisted. I waited a total of 30 minutes -something I've done at Taco Bell just down the way. With a line all the way out broadway I am insanely impressed. Every employee was beyond nice, and very helpful. They took my order near Chipotle, then had someone further up by the palm trees double checking your order and confirming it. By the time I got to the first window they'd checked my order twice but they did it one more time and I paid. Got to the second window and it was all ready. I'm really impressed, I expected to wait at least an hour. Everyone was nice, and it was a smooth drive through experience even if it reaches back to Broadway. Obviously it's In N Out, nothing too special about it yet aside from keeping the old school style and simplicity of it's food yet somehow people rave about it. It has one thing going for it, price, other than that the taste is pretty bland/okay to me, have to get their food animal style in order to eat it, especially the fries, also poor choice for tomato selection(i get they try to stick to the whole California potatoes and tomatoes etc... but those gigantic tomatoes are just tasteless and watery, also in my opinion the California golden potatoes they use aren't the best for fries or at least the way they fry them/oil they use. read more

This location is soooo crazy busy I have yet to go there. It opened about two months ago and Eureka loves it. I remember about a decade or two ago Humboldt refused all corporations. Victor an older gentleman was beyond kind to us when we stopped for lunch, we've been coming to in n out for as long as I can remember and I've never had that. Went to In-N-out Burger and got a double double no onion, French fries and and chocolate milkshake. The shake was super creamy and thick! The Burger was absolutely amazing * chef kisses* and the fries were so good!!! The service of the place was fabulous!! Everyone was super super nice. Best customer service you will find in Humboldt. Well folks, it is fast food. That being said and done I will always rate it at 5 stars. The best of the best. My preference in their number one, animal style Dbl Dbl, regular fries and a diet soft drink. Feeling buckish though, try two cheese burgers, with grilled onions and animal style fries. I wanted to check out this new location, as I use to frequent the In-n-out's at the Glendale Galleria and at LAX. Yep. Just as I remember. Excellent customer service, the workers were grinding hard and the I could taste the result. Store was very clean, and it was lovely being able to sit outside with my doggy. They even helped carry my food since I went a little overboard ordering a bit much! My only gripe which has always been a very tiny one, is that with their fries you have to eat them like, asap. Because they taste the best hot, as with most fries. Upon getting cold they get a little chewy. read more

Parking is plentiful. The seating area is super clean. The menu is sparse. There are only 3 burgers to choose from, and except for the drinks, its one size fits all. The burgers are superb. The fries are perfect, and that one size still means a lot of fries. For your best experience order the burger "animal style." One weird thing: in a very obscure place (the inside of the bottom rim of a cup, for example) there is a verse from the Christian Bible. Like Rev. 3:20. Not the actual verse, just the reference. A very very subtle form of proselytizing. Stuff you can't see: ingredients are locally sourced. Employees are paid enough that they don't need a Union, and they are treated fairly. The corporation is privately owned. You have to be Snyder family member to own stock or to be management. In fact for a location to get an In-N-Out, a family member must volunteer to move to the proposed city. This restaurant, the Bible verse issue aside, delivers a reliably delicious meal every time you go. read more

I had only tried I&O once and wasn't impressed, but the 'animal " burgers we had yesterday were GREAT. The fries were good, not great, and the milk shake didn't have much chocolate flavor, but we will be back for the burgers. read more

Honestly a long time In N Out customer so when I moved up here over a year ago and heard they were planning on building one my inner burger lover soul screamed "Yes!". When I went there it was like what you would expect of any In N Out. Clean, fast, amazing food, and service with a smile. It hits that perfect bracket where you don't have to go pay a hundred bucks for a "gourmet burger" sprinkled in gold dust and skewered with caviar and truffles. But it definitely isn't Jack in the Box either. It's also pretty widespread so please don't compare to you're local corner burger shack. And my god, Five Guys? Totally stole the idea. Super consistent like always, simple and great. Highly recommend animal style burgers. You can also get a 3x3 or a 4x4 if you want a bigger burger as well as a grilled cheese or a burger wrapped with lettuce instead of a bun. Great customer service and the drive through moves fast. read more
