So the Philly cheese steak side is just fine. The real problem is the Mexican food side. Before rallibertos moved there they were up and coming. They had fixed their salsa that had no flavor or spice, improved on the prices and upped the meat quality. What ever they had improved was easily lost in the move. It's back down to a Hell no for me and I advise anyone looking to itch the scratch of Mexican food. Look elsewhere. Also charging 4.99 for a small side of beans and an additional 4.99 for a small side of rice is highway robbery. Get out of here with that nonsense. read more

Both were delicious just enough meat to bread consistency not too saucy to where the bread was soggy. We also got the chilly cheese fries. Chili dos not taste homemade and the cheese was a little salty. Got. A side of ranch and the homemade ranch was delicious with the fries. Food came out fast and staff was super friendly. I got the original and my husband got the jalapeño Philly cheesesteak. He loved his. Mine was good but I've had better. The issue with mine is that my bread wasn't heated all the way through. It was soft but the last bites of the bread was cold. The jungle fries are basically in-n-out animal fries, which was good but not as addictive. My husband really liked it. After your food is ready, you pick it up and sit wherever. This Philly place used to be the best and they still hv the excellent ingredients but--they've now attached a mediocre Mexican place and when the young girl makes the sandwich, well at least the last two, all the cheese sauce was in a blob at one end of sandwich. I'm from Philly. 27 years. Grew up on cheesesteaks and am kinda a cheesesteak snob. This cheesesteak tastes like it's from the bodega while it's hot - meh. Normally, I'd finish a cheesesteak the regular size in one sitting but I saved half of it only to find out it's better cold. The meat had a weird flavor while hot it wasn't good. Seems less weird when cold. The people behind the counter were really patient and kind to me with but order but also especially when I had a straight outta Philly experience ambiance when some dude trippin out of his mind came in to get a free cup of water but was talking smack, dippin left and right and threatening non existent people... it felt like I was in K&A in a papi store. This place gets its 3 stars cause atleast it was decent cold and because of the people - the woman was knowledgeable about the product telling me that it was sourced from PA, which is why it costs more, when the meat came in, that they were amoroso regular sized rolls but not the large ones... I do appreciate that. However, I would not pay $6 for this cheesesteak back in Philly so I wouldn't pay for another one here. I think the regular sized whiz wit was like $11& change. I'm good. This place is pretty stained inside. Not the most comfortable feeling place because of that.  The cost of food here is quite expensive, considering food prices elsewhere. Stopped in Thanksgiving eve and was confronted by a total self-serve system. No cashier, just swipe your card. I remember having an angst moment, wondering who was seeing my card info. Placed my order anyway because I was hungry, first mistake! Went to the counter to confirm my order with the cook and observed him placing the meat on the grill. Looked like spam or some kind of processed meat like product. Their game is to prepare the sandwich with caramelized onions. You could put caramelized onions on a rock and it would taste great. Basically I had a tasty spam sandwich for about 13 bucks. Ripoff number 1. Ripoff number 2 is the next day, Thanksgiving, someone used my debit card numbers to buy crypto currency. I hope my bank can get my money back. Coincidence? Maybe but in the criminal world, there's no such thing as a coincidence. My guess is that these people are hooked up with card scammers. I will try to have them investigated by the fraud unit. Maybe they did it or maybe they didn't but I will find out. If you've been to the restaurant, check your bank statements to see if you recognize any purchases for crypto currency. Mine said $249 to MoonPay. Be careful out there. read more

I have always been a fan of Philly Cheese steak. when I went vegan I was surprised to find out that they had a soy option for there sandwiches. They now have beyond beef as well! I prefer the beyond over the other option. All this place needs is a vegan cheese option and it would be top tier! They also have a pac man game set up so while you are waiting for food you can play. They are really quick with there order usually 10-15 minute wait. The seasoned fries are also much better than the original fries. They also have hot sauce. I think it is big reds. We use to eat here when they first opened 20 years ago (at other location). The food was exactly as I remembered it, delicious! I was a little bit skeptical because when we first showed up it look like the restaurant was closed down. The inside was definitely ran down a lot and every single table is dirty and sticky. The overall appearance of the restaurant is unkept. It was a bummer because we had a gift certificate that have been given to us that was refused. I would eat there again because of nostalgia reasons and the food is damn good. We just really need to get a good cleaning crew inside and revamp the interior of the restaurant. It's hard to eat when you feel like the restaurant is dirty. If I hadn't known that the food was good from previous experience I would have walked out. Workers were exceptional! read more

We like the food, but the manager is incredibly rude and wouldn't accept that their system was at fault for over charging me, and wouldn't immediately refund my money after saying he would. We attempted to politely understand the problem. We waited three days for the owner to contact us, and shocker he never got the message. We now unfortunately do not feel like we can eat there. After reading so many good/great reviews of this place I had to try it while in town. What a mistake. I took one bite and then had to throw the rest away. Got the double meat double cheese and the entire roll was so soggy from the juice that it was inedible. It was absolutely horrible and I was so looking forward to a good cheese steak sandwich. Cook the beef thoroughly and drain all the grease/juice from the beef BEFORE placing the cheese on the beef. The cheese was liquid due to the excessive juice/grease from the beef. YUCK! read more
