Was having a burger crave from In and Out so we decided to come and dine in. Boy that drive thru line was a long one. Ordering here has always been easy. It's such a staple of a burger joint, most people have their go to's. I'll be honest, after all these years the flavor is there, however those burger patties sure did shrink. Maybe the buns too? ‍ Fries have stayed the same- you either love them or hate them- I personally love them. They don't salt them..but nothing a salt packet cannot fix. It was fairly busy the day we came, but received our order in a timely manner. It's a self help type of thing environment here- find your table, fill your own drink, get napkins and hit up the ketchup, peppers section. Food is always amazing, no surprise. There was an employee that could use some more training - Kennedy I believe their name was, real short girl. Instead of speaking up to say "excuse me, can I get by please?" as two customers were waiting in line, in front of the bathrooms, she just stood there with a an irritated, blank stare waiting for one of them to notice her daggers and move. No word from her, just staring. The next encounter, as I'm getting peppers and ketchup for my family, she's standing behind me holding a bin to put in the cabinet. 7-1-23 Pretty standard In N Out. Well, except I think they're slower than other stores. The line does start from the road but it's single file while many split to 2 lines. Took about 45min from start to getting our food. So unless you really neeeeeeeeed In N Out (and no one really should) I recommend just getting your fix elsewhere. OH! Almost forgot! The pick up and go burger spot. Long drive thru lines and I believe inside would be the same as well but the taste is good for the price. There are secret menu items you can look up online but for sure ask for their in n out sauce and then make sure it's in the bag because I asked but didn't receive one time. I'm not sold on their milkshakes so I would skip that and get it elsewhere otherwise if you have the time and crave a burger I suggest here for a quicker bite than going to a restaurant. read more

Every car needs to drive in the wrong way to get to the employee who is taking orders . The employee who took my order and the other two who took my payment and the one who handed me the food were all really nice , friendly and they were all smiling wishing me a good day. My burger was okay, but my animal style fries are another story...First off it looked moldy and don't let me get started on my first bite. Okay it's been a minute since I added the picture. I've returned numerous times since then as this is an ideal spot to pull off and grab a tasty burger on the way to San Francisco. For me it's much easier to venture I and order at the counter. I've always encountered smiling faces and pleasant customer service. The order come Up in decent time given the meal is made to order. They've perfected the in and out sequence for seating as well. It's seem that almost without exception a table pops open within a few minutes of the order being ready. If your twitch others and it's real busy it's not a bad idea to post up at a coupe key spots to keep and eye on diners who are nearly done. The food is always hot fresh and delicious. The price for fresh fast food can not be beat. There are certainly better burgers to be had if you want to invest more money and time. I have a feeling their food is much more fresh because they are always busy so the workers are constantly grillin', choppin', and milk-shakin' until they are closed. The drive thru line on a Friday night is usually out into the street so be ready to wait longer for 10-15 minutes! I usually order a cheeseburger because the Double Double is too big for me, and I also order my fries plain (surprisingly!) Instead of animal style fries! And I also get a vanilla milkshake. 4 stars because the lady outside who was taking our orders was clearly not in a good mood and had some attitude. Much over due review. I love this place. I dont care how long the drive thru line is, I am never discouraged as it goes by quickly. Before you know it you have your fresh, delicious French fries and double hamburger (in my case extra sauce, onions and a side of pickles) in your cardboard box, sitting on your lap. Just as I pull away from the window, I grabbed a few fries and enjoy. I don't know what it is but I really love their fries (not as good as McDonald's, but a close second). I always eat my fries first and then my hamburger is the grand finale. I have had the lettuce wrapped burgers as well when I was doing keto. However, nothing beats a bun though, so now when I come, keto or not, I get a bun. Not a fan of their milkshakes. The animal fries are ok, if I am in the mood. Moved to Washington recently and wanted to come back to something familiar in California. I love getting In N Out whenever I'm in town. I asked for a 5x3 burger and received this. 5 meat patties with cheese on top. I even asked to make it a burger meal. By the time I realized I was already on the freeway. Their location isn't ideal for drive through; But their saving grace came from the customer service and attitudes of the two associates I had the pleasure of meeting. Our order was taken by Zack, very friendly and spoke clearly when he articulated our order. What made him stand out was when we questioned if the hot chocolate was made with milk, Zack double checked the ingredients list to ensure if it did or didn't. Amazing service and going above and beyond for a fast food restaurant associate! Kota (hopefully I read her name tag correctly), was bright bubbly and ensured all of our food was ready to go for pick up. The food is on par, but the dine in is terrible. For one, I wanted to avoid the drive thru line that goes into the street by the main intersection. Within 5 mins of sitting in the street the line didn't move. So I opted to park and order inside. I'm waiting patiently but it's pretty gross in here. I've been waiting already 10mins and the soda that had been spilled before I even got in here still hasn't been cleaned up. The floors are filthy with trash.
