Since it's a burger joint, Hubs ordered the Balboa and I ordered the Yeti. Wow! My burger was to die for. The rosemary goat cheese with bacon jam was the perfect combo of tangy and sweet! Hubs was eating his burger without any complaints which is what you want. Both of us went with the hand cut fries. Crispy and very good! We can't wait to return. This place is legit!

After my initial experience, Jennifer from management reached out to me personally, apologized for what happened, and invited my wife and me back with a gift card. We went back today, and it was a completely different experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Our food came out quickly, everything tasted great, and the staff made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. It honestly felt like night and day compared to our first visit. I really appreciate a business that listens to customer feedback and takes the time to correct a bad experience instead of ignoring it. That says a lot about how they value their customers. If I were the one standing at the register, I would have granted the discount today while informing the guest of the change in practice instead of questioning the guest's claim of a past discount.
