In N Out in Glendale is a fantastic location that I have visited many times. I wanted to leave a review this time because the experience was great. I ordered a double double with my own secret style that I'm going to gatekeep and it was perfect. The fries were actually really good which is a win since they can sometimes be hit or miss. This is the worst in-n-out I have ever been to! The parking lot situation is the worst. Theres only one entrance and the parking lot is shared with the buffet next door. While trying to find a parking spot, some numb skull driving towards us going the wrong way forced my husband to back all the way up and then we got caught up in the horrible parking lot again and were forced to exit. We didn't even get to try the food, but trying to enter that parking lot again was not even worth it. I can't wait till the Alhambra one opens again. The best IN N OUT of all time. Staff is super kind- like will come up to you and offer to throw away your trash or if you need help with anything. This location is a total nightmare. AVOID at all costs. First, getting in to the parking lot is beyond frustrating and takes forever. I'm surprised there aren't constantly fist fights in the parking lot or someone hasn't been shot. People regularly block traffic and drive dangerously to get in. I'm shocked the city hasn't done anything about it. Clearly management doesn't care. The parking lot they share with Fuji is far too small and they've actually taken away parking spots recently. The real problem is the restaurant itself. Don't get me wrong, the folks that work there are friendly and hard workers but the clientele... there are always at least 3 people in the restaurant who think that the rest of us want to listen to whatever it is that they're watching... and management does NOTHING about it. I love In-N-out. The burgers are usually good and the service people unfailingly polite and helpful. Today was an exception. The worst double double I've ever had. The lettuce was rubbery and the meat was tasteless and seemed to be made of gristle and who knows what. I think they must have lowered the quality of the "beef" What ever grade of meat it is it must be rock bottom. I've seen this before. Restaurant compromising quality so they not not have to raise prices. It's always a bad move that alienates customers. I will be reluctant of go back in the future. There are other good burger places that put decent quality meat in their product. Last thing, The burger was exceedingly salty it was repugnant. Bad tasting and bad for your health. I waited over 45 minutes at the Tujunga location drive thru within the past two months and was disappointed with the long wait, so I decided to drive further to the Glendale location on Harvey Dr. tonight and also waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru here as well. I know lines can be physically long but they usually move fast. For someone to drive down and wait this amount of time is unacceptable. No one working there would tolerate that wait time, whether working the location or at the corporate level. To add to tonight's issues, there was no one outside working the line on an iPad which I'm sure slowed down the line. Also the girl that gave me the drink carrier didn't assemble it correctly and it collapsed and my drinks spilled. Extremely upset and disappointed. This is not the high quality service I've been getting at other locations in SoCal for over 20-30 years. read more

This in n out went from the best to the absolute worst in n out in California they are absolutely terrible I literally gave them over 50 chances I keep thinking it's just bad timing but no that's not it this new batch of employees are so careless I can't believe in n out actually hired them...how many times can you disappoint a customer? Eating at the location the burger comes out cold I now have to alter my order in weird ways I'm a classic guy I don't change too many things around but now I gotta tell them please don't burn the bread but if u say that it comes out raw, you have to say light well on the fries when getting animal style because fries will come out raw and if u get animal fries 100/100 times up your burger will be cold. I come here all the time when I'm in Elysian or Echo Park. It is the closest one and easiest to get to from there as it is only ten minutes away and a short drive up the 2 freeway. The food is always good and the service is quick even though there is always a massive drive thru line. These guys never fail to get it done. read more

This innouts entrance does tend to get crowded and sometimes it's a hassle just to get into the parking lot but there are Tesla superchargers in the lot so it's convenient to charge and grab a bite to eat. The inside is usually well kept and the workers are pleasant. The food tasted great every time! The bun this last time looked so perfect. The drive through seems to be more crowded than inside so sometimes it makes sense just to park and order inside. read more

Organized chaos is what best describes this place. Not sure what was going on yesterday, but the line inside was longer than outside as was the wait. No matter what, service was great, food delicious and warm and the service was fantasists. We loved the sign that offered free hot cocoa to the little ones while they are at the restaurant. Freshness delivered in what seemed about a 20 min wait was a little lengthy, but was enough time for a family to eat and leave and us take over their seats. Will we be back.. definitely. I stopped by this In N Out location while I was in town visiting a buddy of mine. I decided to hit up their drive thru, which had a standard wait time as far as In N Out locations go. This location shares its parking lot with a sushi restaurant, but there was no shortage of parking spots when I came here. The drive thru lane was not too long, and it was about a 15-20 minute wait to get my food. The surrounding area is pretty peaceful. There is a wooded area around this property, and I didn't really see any shady characters around. My order came is as expected, and I enjoyed my meal before making the drive back home to the south bay. read more

I'm a lifetime lover of In-N-Out. But tonight I waited in a long line only to find out at the register that there were no shakes available--the very reason I'd come. There should, at the very least, be a sign on the door that informs people that a product is not being offered. Not cool. Everyone and their Mom turns left into the entrance that immediately goes into the drive thru line while everyone else patiently waits coming up the hill to turn right. This location either needs to put a no left sign/divider cones coming down the hill or re-do its drive thru entrance. The food is phenomenal but the drive thru line extends out all the way past the Ventura freeway and allows for line cutting. Not cool. FYI- nobody eats at the all you can eat Asian place on the same lot, purchase the land and create a better system. read more

I visited this In-N-Out location on a Monday night around 8:00pm, and the drive thru had quite a long line. Thankfully, there was a parking lot, and getting in and out of the parking lot wasn't too difficult - albeit a little tight at parts. I ordered my classic double-double and well-done fries. This is by far the worst In n Out I have ever been to in terms of location and parking lot design. I've been to dozens of locations as a California local my entire life and never have I had to leave after spending 10 minutes fighting for my life in parking lot madness in an attempt to find a spot. Soon into my journey through the lot, I realized the mistake I had made. This lot is shared with some buffet that seems to have monopolized the lot with ruthlessly annoying drivers who have no regard for anyone but themselves. Worst off, after going down a one way towards the exit I was prompted to back up nearly 100 feet because of another car moving the WRONG direction and therefore led back into the absolute hellscape that was the parking lot. Needless to say, I did not even have a chance to eat a cheese burger from here and I will never return. read more
