Best of any In-N-Out i've been to. Like most So Cal natives i've been to and eaten at many In-N-Outs all over. Service all locations do a good job, where they differ is quality of food. Most work fast and you can bank on your burger & fries being a bit overcooked. But i've always looked past that bcuz its always so damm good regardless! and once your there and smell the food cooking your done, you have to have it! This location in the San Dimas/Glendora area has blown me away. Burger perfectly cooked and juicy, Fries golden none were over cooked, burger was put together neat not all over the place, and drinks perfect. I don't have to tell you how good an In-N-Out burger is based on previous Yelp reviews, so I am solely basing this particular review on the service I received today. I came on a busy Saturday night and was helped by an associate rather quickly, who made sure to clarify certain items on my order. The associates seem very young and thus had all the patience in the world as I continually kept asking for spread packets, water cups, take out bags, etc. And with a smile on their youthful faces! Not used to seeing that at other fast food places. It's great to see the initiative these young associates take. For example, we had finished our food and placed our wrappers and trash in the red food trays in the middle of our table, which we planned to go dump as we left the restaurant. However, one of the associates came over and asked us how everything was and if we'd like him to toss our trash away for us so we could "chew the fat" (literally) over a clean table. That was a nice gesture which I really appreciated. Lastly, as I was craving a milkshake for desert, I went to the front counter to order and the young lady who took my order was so sweet and told me that she would make my shake right then and there so I wouldn't have to wait. Next thing you know, I'm out the door with my shake in hand. No matter what In-N-Out I go to, I always get a delicious meal. However, the service varies and I always make the trek out to this particular In-N-Out because of the friendly service and smiling faces. I will be back! read more

Not my usual "in n out" but i was passing by and i found that it's lower quality than other in n outs i went to, Fries were soo oily and bread wasn't fresh but otherwise it's average quality. I have never had a bad experience at this location, which is great! The drive-thru can be a bit of a nightmare and it's always busy so be prepared to wait. Generally takes the same amount of time if it's busy or empty, because one way they are already preparing for lots of people and the other they make it right when you order it. They're fries are just okay, and sometimes underdone. I know people who order them "well done" to prevent this, but to me then they are burnt. The fries are best dipped into one of their shakes. Lastly, it's cheap. Dirt cheap. I'm always left wondering how they do it. People would gladly pay 3-4 dollars more per meal, but they manage to keep the prices down and quality up. I go to this in-n-out a lot, and I'm treated with great customer service, clean facilities, and great food! The workers at this in-n-out are very friendly and make the food with great care and love.
