In n' out is a staple. It is fresh and relatively much more healthy as an option. Pro tip: order extra everything! We have stopped by this in n' out several times on our road trips along the coast - during the day, late at night, you name it. It was good. Reliable.

Another great location. I see this one all the time because it's near my favorite AMC to see all my weekly movies. But until now I had just gotten dinner at some of the other dozens of food joints in the area. As always, my favorite order still hits. There's something about a Double-Double, mustard-fried, both onions, and cold cheese that pleases me so. Just the fact you can customize your burgers to the nth degree is always appreciated. They have great service here; seeming to even bear the wait time I get at my local location. I also noticed they don't try to talk over you here when you try to order like my local spot does. They wait to ask their questions or for clarification until after you order. I love that. That's good training. My local spot loves to ask for clarification immediately when they're questioning something. It's rather rude. The space is nice too. It's a bit bigger than mine or it least feels that way.

Such a great experience doing the kitchen tour with my kids! The staff was amazing at answering all their quirky questions and making the presentation super engaging. When it comes to burger, In -N-Out, it is my husband #1 favorite place and comfort food. The Double- Double cheese burger is the irresistible burger for everyone in my family. The Animal style fries with cheese is also very flavorful and delicious. I believe It is a pleasant meal for many people including my family. The Drive- thru is very convenient. Yes! Sometimes the line is crazy, but the staff try to do their best to move the line faster. The conclusion is nothing can go wrong with any burger from In-N-Out! Why not have a late-night dinner? We all know the menu is delicious, but today's visit was extra special. DEVIN!! My God, I hope management reads this. What a great guy! He greeted us with a cheerful "Hi, how are you?" and not just us but every customer he helped as the front cashier. His energy was contagious, and he truly made everyone feel welcome with his great personality and genuine care. It's rare to encounter someone who takes customer service to the next level, but Devin does it effortlessly. He wasn't just going through the motions--he made us feel like valued guests. It's clear he enjoys what he does, and it reflects in every interaction. If you visit this location, look out for Devin--you'll leave with not just a great meal but a memorable experience too. Management, please acknowledge this shining star! Oh yeah, and there's plenty of parking, a very clean location that wasn't so busy where you had a line wrapped around the building, and we were able to find a table right away. Our order was perfect, smiles all around. :)

Last night I had another craving for In-N-Out french fries. After getting Costco gas, I drove on over to this In-N-Out to get my fries. Drive-thru line wasn't too bad. It starts with 2 lines and then they merge into one line. What a clever idea especially when space is limited at this location. The lady who took my order was pleasant. The gentleman who collected my money was nice. The lady who handed me my fries was friendly. Staff is usually top notch at In-N-Out. I got three fries no salt extra crispy and a water. Unfortunately, my extra crispy fries were not that great. I don't know, but every time I ask for extra crispy, they don't turn out well. Fries were oily and had lost its natural potato texture. They were tough fries. Very disappointed. Hence, 3 stars. I'm not going to ask for extra crispy fries ever again at least not at In-N-Out. Just stick with the original way they make their fries!

Hi, I am a huge fan of In - N - Out and this is a very nice one. I struggled a little over rating this one a 4 or a 5 star restuarant as it has two blaring deficiencies. To start with he positives, this In N Out, like most others, has very good food. Today I ordered a hamburger animal style and animal style fries. Both were yummy and served nice and hot. The restaurant was very clean, as were the bathrooms. The service is handled by extreemly nice young people who are obviously well trained. All things I have come to expect from In N Out. Now for the bad..... This In N Out has a huge lack of indoor seating area. You almost always have to wait for a table inside. There is outside seating as well, but it is right next to the drive through and I do not like to eat my food smelling car exhaust. Second, the parking lot has terrible access problems. It is hard to enter unless you are heading into the shopping area. It is even worse to exit as you have to drive down a little street and wait at a light that only has room for one or two cars if you want to exit back toward the main street. If you park in the area the drive through uses, and the line gets long, you can sometimes also get pinned into your parking space by the drive through line. Sooooo, for the blaring negatives, I am forced to give this In N Out only 4 stars. Too bad too, as the food here is quite good! read more

Great In-N-Out. I've been coming here for years, and they only get my order incorrect once in a blue moon. 99% of the time my order is perfect and the staff is happy to be serving you. My only complaint would be that there is almost constantly a very long, slow line. This is something that is an issue with almost all In-N-Out locations, so I can't say that it's just this locations problem. Overall an excellent In-N-Out, definitely recommend! read more

Well, I could argue that this place made me wait a long time to get my food. In N Out created a great burger joint that attracts so many people that it may need you to adjust your wait time for such a fantastic meal experience. Now I said I could argue that this place made me wait but the reality is the people who came before me did that. How dare they come to a place that I have been enjoying for over 40 years now. How dare they try and experience the fresh taste that In N Out strives to provide daily. Sorry In N Out, I could only give you 5 stars because yelp has a star limit. Went an hour before they closed and our fries were cold. I ordered 2 number 3's and we only got one fry because the employee thought we only ordered two hamburgers with drinks and one fry. Doesn't make sense. Anyways we had to order fries on the side and those were somewhat warm compared to the ones we originally received. read more

I was hungry after a late night trip to Home Depot, so I decided to get a quick bite from In n Out to eat in the car. This was not a time to wait til I get home. I ordered a cheeseburger animal style, fries and a chocolate shake..... well, I was very disappointed! The fries were almost completely cold, the cheeseburger was Luke warm with the putter edges of the bun cold. I was shocked! Usually the burgers and fries are nice and hot with the burger almost toasty. I should have know that this was not a good In N Out location from the lack of cars in the drive they.... I was the 5th car. I do not recommend this In N Out! Next time I'll try Raiding Canes nearby if I go to Home Depot. Otherwise, I will wait for another In N Out elsewhere.. read more

Couldn't be more disappointed. Usually always great service here but my experience tonight was awful. I ordered some fries light well and well done. Went through the drive through, got my order, tried a piece and then realized they were barely done - kind of squishy. No big deal, maybe they thought I said light instead of lightly well done? I park the car, walk inside, and was greeted by a woman - about half way through her apology she was interrupted by Niko who quickly ran to his defense (I guess he was on fry duty?) took my fries out of the bag and ensured me I was wrong and those were lightly well & well done fries. That was weird in itself. First of all, I've been to in n out like 12847929172 times and ordered the same thing. Unless the temp for fries have changed, I'm pretty sure he was just defending himself to defend himself. Second of all, I would have totally accepted a response such as "these are the correct time and temp for lightly well done but I would be happy to keep them in longer to get them more crispy for you". I totally get defending your job if you believe you did it right. What I don't understand is the unwillingness to get it right for the customer. Eventually, the woman who helped us initially stepped in and said they'd be happy to do them again. We didn't open our new fries until we got home, which was a mistake. They were worse than before. My guess is that Niko didn't appreciate our feedback and wanted to "stick it" to us with undercooked fries. We had to broil them at home. Like I said, this service is out of the ordinary. But nonetheless, it was extremely frustrating and time consuming. read more

I just left this In n Out and ordered a double double for my wife. I made sure I asked for well done since my wife is pregnant and this is what I got. She only got 2 bites in before having to spit it back out. Very disappointed... this has happened twice now at this location. read more

Tough to write a review on this place. The food is good like every other location. Blind fold yourself and you will not be able to tell the difference from the over 199 different locations for this regional chain. If you like it protein style try Carls Jr. since they love to use half a head of lettuce on a single burger. read more

The food used to be good here, today is horrible! They serve burned patty in my daughter's burger. She ate half already after I found out. The picture is from half of the patty. The burned stuff doesn't looks like from the patty, it's kind of hard, maybe from their grill pan. I'll double check my order every time next time. read more

I dunno 1.5 stars. I dunno what the fuss is about. I guess for a CHAIN fast food place its better than McDonalds say. The hamburger patties so small and thin and the fries are always soggy. I forget to ask for them well done as I am rarely at a chain fast food place. When I crave a burger, I go to a place that has thick rare patties. The menu is really limited so you at least have better choices at Jack in the Box or something. They are open late and the food is cheap. But there are other places Id rather go for those late night munchies after bar hopping. And for being fast food with a super limited menu, orders take a really long time. read more

Today they messed up my order. However, that is a first in the 7 years that I been going here. I realized they gave me the wrong order when I got home, and drove back. They fixed it. Nobody is perfect ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . However, the 5 starts is because the staff is always working super fast ( In this and every other location), and the food always tastes delicious!! Sooo goooood!! Once again... Winner for worst In n Out Drive Thru Award. I came here out of deference to the hub on Fathers Day. I would never choose to go to this one, see my last review. The order taker was a hot mess. Who asks 'are you paying separately' after you start ordering? (Really?) Why would you repeat the order back, wrong, forcing me to correct it, then say 'Yes I got that already'.... So Freekin Annoying! More management support is needed here. read more

In n Out is a must whenever I'm visiting California or Arizona. The drive through can get pretty long so I like that they are still open for order and take out. You can request a box to eat in your car too. I recommend trying well done fries with a side of spread! read more

A typical husband and wife need the following: 1. Double Double 2. Regular Hamburger 3. 1 French Fries (not 2 orders for the love of God!) 4. Drinks Please, just get one Fry - 2 is too many for even 3 people to eat - and with as good as they are, it's worth saving your heart the extra oil :) This location is very clean, had very quick service for a Saturday at noon, and is located near the auto-mall, so is perfect if you're bored and waiting to get your car fixed! read more

Just like my comment on their other location... Who doesn't love In-N-Out burgers? I'm one that can eat their burgers morning, noon, and night. AND on a full stomach! that's how good they are. I like how this location doesn't have a huge line to order your food. When I drove up I noticed there was at least 15 cars in the drivethru line which is typical so I decided to go on instead. Within 10 minutes I had my food. Very fast and fresh as can be. Did I mention it was 7pm on a Friday night also. read more

Best fast food burger by far! I always ask for extra tomato,extra lettuce, raw onion, whole grilled onion, and grilled onions. The burger comes out huge! Its $3.90 for a double double...cheaper than a big mac but 10 times as good! I always ask for an extra pack of burger sauce to dip the fries in to make it taste alot better! read more

Nothing much else to say about how I still enjoy this place, even in away from home. This one had some couple who were pulling out of a parking space that I wanted. And their In n Out bag was on top of their roof. I had to wave at the driver furiously to show her. She put her hand on top of the hood, but it was actually above the seat behind her. Finally her passenger went out to grab it. Crazy kids. read more

I've had the chance recently to visit and eat at multiple INO locations. There is nothing much different about this location. We went early and there was only one person in line inside and a short drive thru line. The staff was friendly and there was a lot of open seating. The burgers were delicious, as usual. However, for the sparse amount of patrons, it took quite a while to get our order. I don't mind waiting, as I usually expect that here, but I wonder how long the wait would be if they were super busy as INO always gets?? Nonetheless, I still love INO!! tip - this location is just off the 210 freeway and easy to get to, if you want/need to get a quick bite :) read more

Extremely disappointed!!! We were so looking forward to our burgers!!! We sat down to eat them.....I asked for grilled and raw onions, NONE. My burger was dry and the lettuce was a "ball" in the center. My husband asked for extras pickles, nope!. In N Out is the best so my issue is not with their food but their dangerous and ridiculous parking lot. They've blocked off their only driveway that allows cars bigger than a Hot Wheel to get through. There's only one way in and one way out and the space to come in requires a 3 point turn to get around the median if there's a car waiting to get out. They literally have their entrance and exit at an intersection. Open up the real driveway!!!!! In N Out needs to purchase some property from the Hyundai dealer next door and widen the entrance and exit. I will never go back to this location. Covina is only several blocks away and I don't have to tour a shopping center parking lot just to finagle my way into the drive through. . read more

I had to flag down another server in black and ask again. But the "server in red" seemed awfully efficient and speedy when it came to bringing my check and getting her tip. And then a big white truck w an older mexican man honked me out of the stratosphere bc i made a left out of the parking lot while he felt i should make a right like him. I speak spanish and serve the hispanic community daily. The kindness was not reciprocated at this joint. Either that or they dont like people who wear blue shirts.

I have been a very long time customer at this In-N-Out location. I have been coming here since they built it when I was in high school. My girlfriend and I came in for lunch today, and everything seemed normal (an employee even opened the door for us on the way in) until we went up to order. We noticed a woman working there by the name of Mirna who was avoiding taking our order. We thought it was odd, but another employee came to take our order so we disregarded Mirna's attitude. Once they called our number, I went up to take the food and I asked Mirna for some spread, she gawked at me and didn't say anything. She turned away to get more spread, put it in a bag and quite literally threw it onto my tray without saying anything. I thought it was the extremely rude but I held my tongue and let it go figuring she was having a bad day. I came back to the table, and my girlfriend asked me for some more spread, I told her the lady was rude and I did not want to deal with it, so my girlfriend went up thinking she might get a better response, and instead she treated her the exact same way. My girlfriend asked her for 3 spread, and Mirna didn't even respond to her, she just grabbed 3 spread and threw them on the counter. Not once in my 20+ years of being an In-N-Out customer have I ever experienced anything like this. We noticed she was also giving attitude to other customers, so I requested to talk to the manager. I told the manager what happened, and he said he would talk to her. He offered us complimentary meals for our trouble (pictured below) and tried to make things right but quite honestly I don't think I'll be coming back until she's gone. We talked to another customer who we noticed was getting attitude from Mirna and she confirmed the same thing that she was also rude to her. This is completely unacceptable and In-N-Out is much better than this, I hope that this message is seen by someone who will take initiative and prevent Mirna from being a customer facing employee or this location will continue to lose more customers. read more

They have very simple menu options here and tasty burgers and fries and fresh quality. Ask for the Flying Dutchman which is two patties and two cheeses no bun and no spread. Very good and similar to the protein style but no lettuce and no bun. They also have the 3x3 and even can go up to 10x10 here. read more

I grew up in Southern California, so who doesn't love In N Out! This location specifically has been a place that my family always goes to, and the customer service is great! It is close to my house, and even when there is a line wrapped around the parking lot, I am still willing to wait! read more

You can't beat in n out burger. From the price, to the fresh ingredients. It being a Southern California staple, doesn't make this a biased review. The food is really good. My go two, is a number one animal with animal fries, Add in a lemon up, and you are headed to flavor town. read more

Love in n out this ones my favorite food service friendly staff fresh food! They do have a long line most of the time but it does go pretty fast even when they were closed inside that line would go fast which was nice can't wait to be able to eat inside again! read more

Cool outdoor dining area for burger and fries with cola night out with my siblings. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We usually do this night out as bonding and relaxation after a long day of work. Thanks In-N-Out for a great burger place! read more
