Just when I thought Del Taco couldn't get any worse they actually proved me wrong. Came in for lunch with a few coworkers and I ordered two value tacos, a side of guacamole, and a soda. The food came out very fast, within just a few minutes. Both of my very sad tacos were half filled with maybe a teaspoon of meat inside. I've never had such chintzy items like these from Del before. The tiny side of guacamole tasted fine but my Dr Pepper was flat. Del has officially been removed from any future lunch stops. These tacos are an embarrassment to this well known brand. read more

Good is great, food is better. :) Del Taco hits all the categories for me. I love the food. The service at this Fort Apache Tropicana location is wonderful, and has been for years. The location is near spotless, the windows are smudge free, the counter is shiny, even the pop dispenser is sparkling clean. We should normalize tipping our fast food friends. If you go somewhere every day, or regularly, or for heavens sake, if they know your name and order when you enter- we need to give more love to our quality eats served expeditiously. Ordered drive thru for breakfast as we were out running errands. Went very simple, steak breakfast grilled wrap meal. The workers were friendly, and the grilled wrap was warm. Disgusting! For starters the place smelled like a toilet. A horrible sour milk and poop smell emulated throughout the dinning and restroom area. Didn't eat any of my food. Chips were stale, order was incorrect and the smell. Never will go back again. Health department needs to investigate this location. So nasty! read more

This del taco is one of the worst in vegas. They almost always skimp you. Chili cheese fries are always a miss, sometimes a hit. Normally you get hardly any chili and are forced to pay for extra, and times like this one, you get hardly any fries. In the photo I mixed it and took one bite of about 3 fries. From now on ill be buying a medium fry, a side of chili, and a side of cheese. I took my card out to pay for the fries that they had missed yet she continued to scream at me & told me to "go ahead & contact corporate". If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! We ordered a burrito, a taco, and crunchtada. We said: "only beans, lettuce, and add tomatoes" to the tostada. We get home and there's only lettuce & tomatoes on it. We turn around & get told they have to charge us for the beans cause we originally didn't tell them we wanted beans on it. Who's going to order a tostada with ONLY lettuce and tomatoes?! So we had to pay extra for just the beans and they were super rude. This place is the garbage of all locations! Beware!!! Back in the day (the 90s), the chicken tacos were on point; the difference was the ranch sauce. At the time, I really liked ranch, but my metabolism was better. We are starting another *family fun* food contest, this time, it's chicken tacos. Yeah, it's cheap, and we had coupons to use, but, meh, it's middle of the road, for me. I liked the crunchtada more than the chicken tacos. Hubby thought that the chicken looked a bit different. Both hubby and our son got the bean and cheese burrito in addition to their chicken taco. Hubby said it was good, but he remembered the tacos being better. So he liked it more than I did. (The tortas look appealing.) There were two other parties inside after we got our order in. The table hubby selected was a bit gross. It was dirty. There was a lot of hair on the seat. So we moved. There is a drive-thru. It looks like there is outside seating but no chairs or tables. I wish I could give this location a zero When I got home half my food order was forgotten AFTER I was assured everything was there. I called the restaurant after 9x of getting a machine that just hangs up on you FINALLY someone answered on try #10. I let them know that food was missing and they gave such an attitude and very argumentative and started talking trash about me in Spanish (not knowing that I actually speak Spanish) then told me to "just come back" when I asked for their name they didn't want to say I asked again and again before he said his babe and hung up. On Thanksgiving we went to the Ft. Apache location to eat lunch since most restaurants were closed. This shall be our final visit after eating here twice per week for years. Our chicken tacos had so little chicken to eat it was pathetic. A few small pieces were sprinkled on each taco. I should have taken a photo, did not think to do so at the time. I asked for green sauce on the side, if I had asked for it to be placed on each taco there is no charge. But since I requested it on the side I was charged for a tiny serving. The tiny container was half full, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I had to order another one since the first one was not enough, and once again only half full. And the worst thing of all, upon entering the restaurant it smelled horrible. The odor was similar to throw up throughout the restaurant. I asked the employees and they said they have not been able to figure out where the odor is coming from, and just laughed. Disappointed in Del Taco. They have kept their doors closed since last 3/2020. Only drive thru is operating. Drive thru never is consistent, orders always wrong. I prefer to order inside. Three years ago, I moved from Las Vegas, NV, to Sherwood, AR. Now, anytime I visit, this is the only location I remember being the best in town. Today just showed me that it is still the best. Ordered online through the Del Taco app for pick up and the doors are locked at 8pm. Why offer this service if you can't pick up? Tried calling the store and no answer. In fact, I got an automated message. The outside is newly remodeled. But really? Open the doors or shut off your pick up service. I'd really love my churros, tacos and milkshake. We went to get food for a crew doing some work on my house. They forgot 2/3 of the order and when we called they never picked up in the 15 attempts that we tried. They even picked up the phone and hung up on me once. My wife finally got her call answered to be told that they know they forgot the food and to come back to pick it up. I decided to drive back in the 110 degree weather and just get my money back. Two of the people working both looked like managers and refused to give me the GM name. This place got a remodel but needs to remodel the management team. read more

This place is hit or miss, I've had some okay experiences and some down right terribles. A couple of times they have forgotten to include what I ordered and paid for in the drive thru and I find out once I am home and there usually isn't much I can do at that point. I try my best to check the bags before driving off but that isn't usually convenient. The food is adequate and can satisfy a greasy food craving. I usually just get value tacos, quesadillas and fries. Otherwise it's nice that we have this option although maybe there are better places for tacos read more

There are few times where we can be refused service, however, there are few times in between; if that, where an establishment can still provide exceptional service at a drive through. Kaleb (Sorry if it's misspelled or whatever), he is one of the few that can certainly provide a service that is not taught. A person that can show exceptional hospitality without effort, but also stand firm with company policy. But seriously, he deserves all the praise and everything that comes with it. We don't know him, but we can certainly appreciate the effort that he puts forward.
