This location is horrible!!!! Last week we got a vanilla and chocolate shake and they gave us strawberry and chocolate which the person drinking it is very allergic to strawberries!!!! We just came right now and I said no onions on my animal style fries and guess what they put onions on it. Very frustrating when it's always something. Management sucks here too. Came in today after church and met Mr Ryan. I had a complex order about $30 worth of burgers all customized and Mr Ryan repeated my order with a million smile. As i observed him greet about 6 customers he did it with amazing disposition and again a million dollar smile. I always have a great experience here! They always get my order right and the food is always good and fresh. I also love how they always out a good amount of all of the ingredients on their burgers. Most places out too much lettuce and not enough of everything else but not In-N-Out. Their burgers always have a perfect amount of lettuce, onions, and sauce (don't like tomatoes on mine.) The people who work here are always polite and it does matter how busy they are they always keep the line moving. One of my favorite places to go and get a hamburger. The only downside is the ridiculous lines and the place it is located is not made to accommodate all those cars so it can get crowded so going there is a pain but other than that no complaints. read more

If they could only cook the meat patty well done! I always have to send it back,sometimes two times till they "get it"- I need the meat with no red-I don't want to eat raw meat. I tell them "burnt" to give them an idea-still comes raw with red blood. Two stars because the staff is very sorry about this and give me my money back. When I have lots of time I have them redo multiple times. Their food is tasty when they cook mine right-I don't want mad cow disease which can mimic Alzheimer's disease because of eating raw beef. read more

I got the double-double and fries. It was stacked with fresh veggies and it wasn't crazy greasy like some places. It was a little well done for my taste. The fries were fresh and not heavily salted (if at all). I ate there at the very end of the lunch hour rush. I've been eating In-N-Out burgers since I was probably 7 or 8. this is the only fast food company that I have been faithful to and it seems to always be my first pick for something to eat.
