We recently ordered thru Uber eats and loved the pizzas, got a Hawaiian and a pepperoni one. It was my first time havingHawaiian pizza and I loved it, the pepperoni one was nice and crispy and with a nice amount of pepperoni. I also ordered a dessert which doesn't say in the menu is a tiny little piece of cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory (that is nice) but not if it's going to be that tiny. I wanted to leave some good feedback for these guys. From the experience they are under new ownership, which can always be difficult. I ordered a pizza amongst other items last night, of course likely one of the last orders around closing time online. I first appreciate the call from them that the order was delayed due to a last minute rush. I was disappointed when my order arrived, as unfortunately the pizza was clearly different from the pizza guys recipe and taste that I have been accustomed to. In addition it seemed that my pizza was not fully cooked. I am not generally a complainer or review writer either, but I was bummed out. I left an email, and I wanted to finish with a positive review. This afternoon, one of the managers called me back, and apologized for the issue, and it is always nice to actually have an employee personally reach out to create resolve. Sumit offered me a no charge new pizza whenever I am ready, and just to call and ask for him, or the other manage. In addition he said that they would be happy to Deliver it to me at no charge, or if I would like to pick up either way to let them know. I ultimately had an all around good experience, just due to the follow through and customer service. This is for the location in napa on jefferson/pueblo. Been coming here since Feb 2021. Almost a year and for the most part its "okay" pretty good value for the price. Usually can get a LARGE 3 topping for $20 and free 2-liter or ice cream if you pick it up. Visited 2/8/21 and got a somewhat underdone greasy pie. Had to wait it , my online order wasnt ready upon arrival. I did get it piping hot out of the oven and had my own hot bag. Drove immediately home it was piping hot but again greasy not cooked all the way. We were hungry, we ate half of it. Didnt feel great after eating it. Usually the kid employees working here aren't supervised. They dont really care about anything or what they sling out. The back parking lot behind the building, is dark poorly lit and few weeks ago saw some homeless dealing drugs by dumpsters in the corner. i notified the staff for their safety. They didnt care or already knew about it. I didnt bother calling because last time someone promised me a free remake for a bad pie..when i called to redeem that the "owner" was rude and only offered a small discount but whoever rung it up charged me 80% off for a large. I'm part of a pizza cult, which I cannot name.... and perhaps i'm saying too much (if there's no more reviews from me after this one then I've said too much). As part of the initiation into the pizza cult, you must give your location of where you'll be and one of our members will select a local pizzeria to indoctrinate you into the cult, anytime anywhere. I happened to be in Napa Valley at the time. Which meant that I had a lot of wine with my pizza. One of my pizza overlords ordered a pepperoni pizza with a scorpion emblazoned on to the lid of the pizza box as part of our rituals, and you know what the pizza guys were more than happy to oblige. Even after my many coursed meal on the Napa wine train, my pizza delivery was still on point and I enjoyed it much so.I was able receive our delicious pizza and our ritualistic scorpion drawing (relax it'sa sharpie drawing) that was in a way requested. And it was amazeballs. The pizza guys especially crew member GLORIANNA was for the lack of a better word GLORIOUS. They came through like champeeeeens. Napa wine train was aight...... Pizza Guys is my go to for cheap pizza. Pizza that is inexpensive, but that still scratches the itch. Now with the low prices, however, you should also have some lowered expectations. Is this going to be the certified-by-some-random-authority-in-Naples level pie you would get at Ca' Momi? Nah. But will it cost $100 for two people to get their pizzas? Nope. This is the kind of pizza you order for a game. For when the kids have a slumber party. For when you just don't feel like cooking but your paycheck is still a few days out. There's nothing wrong with it. It's better than the big chains (Pizza Hut, Little Ceasar's, etc.). You can always get a deal, they have a loyalty club, and they do support breast cancer causes. Now, the downside. Call your order in, because if you do it online, it won't be ready when it's time to pick up. Ever. And not like, "oh, we need 5 minutes," but more like, "Oh, we have like 5 pizzas ahead of you before we even start making yours." Check the pies. They are sealing them for your protection with the COVID-19 situation, but that increases the likelihood of a completely incorrect pizza. They'll make you the right one, but it is inconvenient. The people working there always seem like they're maxed out, so no hate there, but the point is you need to cut them a little slack. Is Pizza Guys my favorite pizza? Not by a long shot. Is it the place I get pizza most often? By a mile. That should tell you something. It's A-OK. read more

Aside from excellent customer service, the pizza never disappoints. Sure, it's not high end pizza like you'd get an any number of restaurants in town, but this is down home, normal, regular pizza. During this time of COVID, I wanted to give a special shout out. First, we're gluten-free and this is the only good gluten-free pizza we've found in Napa. Second, the order was delivered at lightning speed, so it arrived hot. Third, the driver (Scott?) double-checked the order, but also did all the right social distance things. We've waited hours for other local restaurants to deliver, and watched drivers do things that made us disinfect bags and food containers before opening them. We were moving in to our new place and found that my usual convenience delivery apps were not available (UberEATS and Eat 24), so we placed an order on GrubHub. I ordered two XL pizzas-one all meat and one chicken Alfredo, three orders of wings-buffalo, hot, and Thai habanero, and three two liters. My goal was to feed the family and the movers lunch; mission successful. My total with tip (I always tip delivery workers and servers well) was about 115. The wings were rather skimpy, but sauce was good. The pizza was average, especially for the price, the portion was fair. They did include paper plates and cups, as I requested. As well as a coupon for a couple free pizzas for future orders as a move in gift. The delivery guy was really nice.
