Craving burger after a walk along Napa Wine trail and heard it was the last day for they're signature smash burger and since I was in town had to swing in by! The lovely lady was friendly who toke our order !'We got their special smash burger , Our Way burger and their chili cheese fries! Burgers were both smashing good with a good ratio of sauce /condiment ! Bun was soft but enough to hold on to the burger /sauce without being too soggy ! Chili cheese fries came with a generous amount of chili and love the fresh onion addition !! I did wish the chili were more on the spicier side, otherwise it was devour also !! read more

I tried this place for the first time at an event in American Canyon. I tried the BBQ bacon burger and fries. The burger was so good. I'm salivating just thinking of it LOL. The only thing I will say and I wouldn't even consider it a complaint or anything like that, but it could have used pickles to cut down a little on the richness of the burger or maybe some raw onions. But again that's just me, it was still delicious. The fries were also good, perfectly crispy! The people working here were also very nice! Among the many, many food trucks at this event, I made the right choice! I will definitely be headed here sometime in the future to try out another burger! ps. My brother also got two burgers to try from this place after he saw mine and not sure which ones he got but he also agreed they were delicious and he would eat here again. read more

The burger was good an juicy, the one thing I would change is that the pickled onion are so thin it made them taste stringy.

I just had their western burger and it might possibly be the best burger I've ever had. I don't say that lightly but it was nothing short of amazing! The burger was fresh and juicy, carmalized onions were perfect and the bun tasted like it was baked on the spot. Just had their specialty burger (forget the name). Not impressed with it by any means. The sauce and bacon onion jam were nice. However, the patty was thin and dry. If you like your burger any other way but well done, I would not recommend coming here. I prefer mine cooked medium rare, but they promised me it'd still be juicy. Def was not juicy. If you call your truck The Burger Truck, you should have some bomb burgers cooked to different temperatures and have more options that just two types of burgers. And maybe even some thicker burgers for a little more cost to the customer. Lastly, please get some hot sauce. Any food truck with no hot sauce makes no sense to me. read more

Also, you might think about buying hot green chili, not in the cans, but in the jar from Whole Foods to use on the burgers as green chili cheeseburgers are out of this world.
