This review is based on staff's attitude towards blocking all handicapped parking spaces with the drive though line. When told, staff did not take it very seriously and continued operations as usual. I would say that because this company refuses to mange the situation they are effectively denying access to patrons with disability. If this is not corrected, a report will be made to the VCSD and they can sort out compliance . Typically, wifey and I go through the drive-thru with the puppy and get him a half of a flying dutchman ( 1 hamburger patty with one slice of cheese ) ! The have terrific hamburgers for a very reasonable price, and the service is quick. For some mysterious reason they seem to always provide slower service if you go inside the restaurant as opposed to the drive thru. My Granddaughter & I ate in the restaurant and I ordered a Togo meal for my 9 yr old grandson who chose to stay at home. This use to be a great location but the food and service is simply not good anymore. The last time I was there the buns were hard and burnt. In the 25 years I've been going to IN N OUT, I've never seen such a thing. Another time when I went to this location the bag was so saturated from the burgers that they fell out of the bag. A simple fix would have been two double bag. Now when I go I always ask them to double bag them and they have only done it once. Good thing there are plenty of locations available because this is one to avoid. read more

The menu is pretty short but you can order something beyond the menu! For instance if you can handle a large cheeseburger you can order a three by three one ( so did I) that includes three burger patties and three layers of cheese within the buns. I came here as a pit stop on the way to the outlets in Camarillo, and had a special gift card that included a burger, fries and shake. The girl taking my order seemed to be new but was extremely nice and apologized that it took longer than usual to get my order since she wasn't sure how to input my gift card, but had a great attitude the entire time. The place gets pretty busy and drive-thru lines go out the parking lot, but it wasn't too bad ordering to-go inside where you don't feel like you're being rushed out. Quite a few seats inside and outside if you want to eat at the restaurant. It was pretty easy to ask for extra napkins, ketchup, you name it.
