I live in laguna Niguel so this was my first time at this location and lemme tell you horrible experience. They got my order wrong 4 times in a row. First they put tomato and spread which I can't eat. Then they asked for my receipt which said my order so I gave it to them. Then they gave me one less patty then I ordered and forgot the onion then they did the same exact thing and when the guy gave it to me he said is that correct and I looked at it and said no and he gave me a look as if he was asking if I was serious. The finally I got the right order which I then had to eat on the way home in my car instead of eating with all my friends. Would have given a one star but of course it still tasted great. The best fast food burger...HANDS DOWN! The menu is short and simple but they do it right. Fresh beef patties, hand cut potatoes and fresh ingredients. I workout at the 24hr Fitness across the parking lot from this location and it's always great to see their delivery truck there literally every morning. This location is usually very busy but I don't mind the wait. It's definitely worth it. And the service is just as amazing. Today, I opted to go inside to grab an order to go. Everyone I encountered greeted me and was super friendly. Considering the heavy traffic, the place was very well kept. I love the simplicity-burger or cheeseburger or double double comes with fries and a drink! That's it! I mean you can go extreme with the secret menu but if you're a plain Jane diner like myself, the classics rule. One thing I do like to do is order my burger animal style though, they add their delicious secret sauce and grilled onions...makes the burger that much better. I like stopping at this location of In-n-Out because it's slightly less less busy that the other locations in San Diego. The food is fresh, the people are nice and everything's pretty much the same as other locations but they seem faster. There is also a TON of parking in this parking lot so that makes it easier to get in and out of (compared to the Carlsbad or Encinitas locations). Watch your hands in the bathroom though. The water goes from normal temperature to molten lava in about .3 seconds. read more

I like the fries well done.... It's what I always look forward to when I'm in California and they don't disappoint. the food is served hot and fresh. I went for the usual animal style cheeseburger, well cooked fries, the wife went for the cheeseburger and our vegetarian daughter (seriously? where did I go wrong? :-) ) had the grilled cheese with all the veggies, including grilled onions. She may be vegetarian, but she didn't miss the chocolate shake - thick and cold, aka perfect. With a team of three, the wife went scouting for a table while I got our order in. You almost always have to wait for a place to sit if you eat inside, one of the downsides of eating at a place this popular. From what was expected out of a regular visit to In N Out turned out to be something pretty great. Well my friend and I were pretty hungry and were craving the deliciousness of the amazing In N Out. We were being the lazy guys we usually are so we went to the drive through. When arriving there we see a massive line and the parking lot was set up in a way to where we could not leave. So we thought "Great, now we have to wait a million years to get our food." But that was not the case today. Huzzahh!! It was maybe a 5 minute at the most until we got to order our food. We were surprised and pretty shocked that the line moved so damn fast. I was also impressed at how well the staff was able to get our order right, because I ordered a double double with grilled onions and light ice on my drink. My little brother ordered a plain cheese burger, and my cousin friend ordered a double double with light onions. And they were all able to get it right the first try without any second questions. Had the WORST In N Out experience here yesterday. I always get a double double protein style with raw onions and they literally put like 1/3rd of an onion and seriously like 4 slices of thick cheese that hardly melted. I got about half way through and had to stop. An employee came in on his off day with his daughter and distracted the manager and most of the employees for the entire time I was there.
