One of those days I guess. Somebody come and look at this ! Look at this ! Literally just left the factory of dreams hall down the street and had awful food served to us for a wedding reception. Many of us were so disappointed with their food and were dreaming of other spots in the area to hit right after. We were starving. Pull up to in n out at 11pm get home and this is what all of our burgers look like. Disappointment yet again. Another note I'll leave here from a previous tip. Please don't have the cashier do the dishes or what ever they do between orders. It's a nasty feeling when they give you back wet money and you're touching their wet and moist hands. Everything was super fresh and tasty. I don't know why this particular location was better than other locations I've been to since they've opened in California. Tonight must have been a rough night for the crew. No smiles, no hellos. Just a take your order, pay and get the heck out kind of vibe. We were grabbing dinner after a concert tonight and the indoor dining space was a mess. Counters unwiped. Tables uncleared. During our order, the nonplussed cashier was annoyed I took longer than a few seconds to use my Apple Pay. Like, "Oh, whenever you're ready" annoyed. The table we sat at was dirty with streaks and crumbs. I wiped it down with our napkins before sitting down. Hubby enjoyed his double single w/ regular onion while I picked through my over salted animal style fries. You could literally see the copious salt granules sticking to every fry. In all my days of having animal style fries this was so salty I just could not enjoy it. Rather than send this back and get eye rolls, I tried to eat around whatever spots had the most salt and left the rest. Will probably avoid this location if we are ever back in the area or go to the one down the 76 nearest to the 5 freeway. read more

I ordered the Deluxe Hamburger and one order of regular size french Fries from this cashier at the front counter. This Deluxe Hamburger included a thick ground beef patty, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and ketchup/ mustard. on a regular size bun. This Deluxe Burger was the size of a regular hamburger which was smaller than I expected it to be for the title DELUXE. The taste was still delicious, the regular french fries were crispy and lightly salted. The atmosphere of In - Out Burger was very inviting with the red and white decorated seating. This restaurant was very clean and organized. The customer service was excellent. The employees were very friendly and polite. I would like to come back to In - Out Burger to try their thick Milk Shakes. Next time I will take photos of the food I have ordered. Note: I went to In - Out Burger in April of 2019 and I didn't buy my Apple iPhone XR Cell Phone until May 13, 2019. So unfortunately I wasn't able to take any photos of the Deluxe Burger or the french Fries. I will definitely come back soon or order the delivery service. read more

Was definitely not impressed with my meal today! I was craving a double double this afternoon and what I got did not meet expectations. My double double was saturated to point of soggy bread, served at a lukewarm temperature, and honestly a strange tasting patty (tasted like it freezer burned then was cooked). Clean, fast and great service! This In-N-Out like many others is a well picked machine. It's well staffed and they handle the crowds easily during the rush periods. If you have a food allergy, there are buttons at the cash register and they take precautions with food handling and dedicated cook surfaces. I let them know I have a wheat allergy and they handle the rest. This location is less crazy than the place on Coast Hwy and there are more locals, less tourists. It's more laid back over all. I never thought I'd see the day that I was so sorely disappointed about my food from In-N-Out. Up until now, they could do no wrong but I had my first negative experience the other day. My coworker went to pick up a quick, inexpensive lunch and I asked her to grab me some fries and to ask for them "a little extra crispy". Upon her arrival, instead of finding my beautiful, golden, slightly crisp fries at the bottom of the bag, I found disgusting matchstick-like potatoes that more resembled sweet potato fries in color. They were BURNT to a crisp with absolutely zero fluffy potato left in the center, obviously left in the fryer and forgotten about, and then shoveled into a cardboard tray and put at the very bottom of the bag to hide their mistake. I even tried pawning them off to other coworkers but one fry in and everyone rejected the sad pile of greasy, crispy straws. They ended up in the trash. I just don't get it or understand why so many people like the burgers here. I can list several other burger spots that are better than In and Out. I have given In and Out multiple times to impress me and I even went to different locations in the county. I really don't want to bash this spot but I'm not a fan at all and I'm done giving them chances. Let me say that I've never had an issue with the service or never have I gotten sick here. My issue is the taste of the burger and I know what it is that I don't like which is that special sauce. Also the hamburger meat isn't that tasty to me. This location is in the same shopping center as 24 Hour Fitness and CVS off the 78 highway before College Blvd. This burger place has been for years, and it's as popular as ever. We drove in and decided to go inside rather than deal with the long line at the drive thru. Wrong decision. Totally too longer!!!
