We usually go to the Pomona location with no issues but we have located closer to Ontario and went to this location for the first time and won't be back. First thing, when we walk in and tried to get drinks most of them weren't working or water. I tried to get myself a lemonade and that was water. Tried to get the vitamin water then the iced tea for my son and again both only had water coming out. So both my son and I drank water. At least the Coke on worked. Next, very dirty, food wasn't that hot, the dessert station especially the ice cream was disgusting. Overall disappointed with our experience and won't be back at this location read more

I had dinner at Golden Corral with a friend yesterday. We were able to get in at a discounted rate, so it was about $15, which was good. The first thing we got was salad, and I have to say the salad bar was a mess. There was food outside of the bins, and the lettuce looked pretty wilted. That was disappointing. What was even more disappointing was the utensils. They give them to you in little paper sleeves, and I had to go through about 5 of them before I got a clean set. Four of the knives were dirty, and that's not a good thing at a restaurant. Overall, the food was decent. It was a little loud in there, but I kind of expected that from a casual buffet. We finally decided to try Golden Corral and were very disappointed. The only reason for the two-star rating is the staff member clearing tables, who was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the food quality was poor overall. The fried chicken was the only somewhat acceptable item, but it was excessively oily. The salad bar was especially disappointing--limited in options and not fresh-looking. The interior felt dated and cafeteria-like, with an overall unclean impression. Service was slow! Took forever to get a table. Waited 40 minutes. It was not busy at all.

We come here every year for Thanksgiving. Their turkey is fresh and carved to order. It's juicy and moist. The staff are very nice and patient on this very hectic and crowded day. It's very noisy in here and the line can get very long but they keep the food flowing, the tables clean and the floors swept. Thank you to the hard working employees here for the amazing job and great food. Steaks are still grilled to order and they still have the waffle bar and other carved meats with fresh desserts as well. Can't wait to return next year. If we lived closer we would come here more often. Great price for their Thanksgiving buffet, $26.98 for all you can eat. Drink not included. read more

GREAT SERVICE!! $60+ for 5 bites of disgusting food, pie tasted like a wet dog, sweet potatoes looked 6 days old and were hard??? the service was okay i guess they dropped a nasty napkin and 7 different servers and the manger walked past it several times looking at it but wouldn't pick it up. don't come here if you want an actual meal for what your paying. Also the inside looks like you're stuck in the back rooms. Everything is sad and grey.. much like the food. Also the woman's bathroom spelled like a sewer burst.. We walked out and came back in because we were so upset with the food and they gave us a refund. I appreciate them for that and hearing us out as customers! This is a family friendly AYCE buffet with a salad bar and dessert station. We got there when it opened so it wasn't too crowded yet. It's very open with plenty of indoor seating. The staff had wonderful customer service. There's so much variety, something for everyone. I would suggest checking out all of their offerings before choosing. I like that they have both baked potatoes and sweet potatoes. They have breakfast options as well, like pancakes and French toast. They can also make an omelette for you. My least favorite was the taco station; the meat was cold. The steak burger seemed like it had too much bread. Loved the veggie options, Bourbon Street Chicken and stir fry. There's a large variety of desserts. Loved the banana bread! Very moist! With buffets like this, some things are a hit and some are a miss. But, overall, it's tasty and a great value for AYCE. Newer location. Always 100% Great service! Danna was so awesome. Waking in to a warm welcome and attentive service during our stay. Food is fresh. Visited various times during lunch and dinner hours weekday and weekends. Consistently good. Sometimes the cotton candy is a long wait other days it can be awaiting you by the dessert area. The food right at opening is the freshest. Great for large groups. Nice booth or table seating with festive decor for every seasonal holiday. 1. I spoke to an employee who answered in Spanish. When I said I only speak English, he just walked away from me. I did report it to the manager who dismissed with an excuse. 2. Children under 10 are not allowed to serve themselves, this was not monitored. 3. And after walking around the buffet offerings nothing really looked appealing. Almost everything was mislabeled.? And old and neglected looking. Salad station was a sloppy mess. This Caucasian man broke the line in front of everyone behind me as I was paying for my food and went to the opposite register which was closed and got Bryan to open it so that he could pay for his food. Its hard to get anything above 3 or 4 stars for buffet but i have to be honest this is the cleanest. Well stocked quality cooked right buffet i have ever been to for a large franchise like this at price point. Tenderloin from the grill was kinda 4 outta 5 atar as it was low qualty cut and chewy. But the desserts are all sweet and they have almost 30+ options. The sweet tea and drinks Were even good today. I found fried fish that wasnt overcooked on the hotline all day. Fried chicken rivals some of the other fried chicken fast food options. Salad was great as always!! I prefer diced tomatoe instead of whole cherry but a win is a win. read more

Came here for lunch. The quality of the food has gone downhill. Only ham at the cutting board. No more fried shrimp, grilled pork steaks or sliders. The line up is mostly mac & cheese, potatoes, fried chicken and vegetables. Mostly cheap vegetables and not alot of proteins. The staff is very nice and attentive. The biggest complaint is the volume of the music from the overhead speakers. The music is BLASTING in here. It sounds like a bad night club. I put my ear buds in on Noise Cancelling mode, with the volume at 90% and I could still hear the disco music screaming. Patrons were looking up at the ceiling with confused faces. This is The worst Golden Corra I havel ever been too. No one that's serves food or is preparing the food knows how to speak ENGLISH!!! OMG and the food name tags are missing on most of the idems. So I told the manager if your workers don't know ENGLISH at lease have the name of the food so I know what I'm eating. Where to begin? When our first choice had too long of a waitlist, my brother suggested Golden Corral. He had gone to brunch here and loved it. I'm all about giving everything a fair chance. So I thought why not try it for myself. My first impression was that this was a spacious setting and everything looked clean. Sadly, that was the only good thing about this place. That and the salad looked fresh. Everything was bland and cooked to death. We saw them grilling steak and thought the steak would be special. Nope! It was way overcooked and chewy. The fried shrimp had a weird not-so-fresh taste. The stirfry was just sad. The Mexican food shouldn't even be called that. Oh and the dessert display looked good. But that's the only thing "good" about the dessert. Red velvet was crumbly, dry, and fell apart immediately. Everything looked worse than store bought. Oh and the green beans definitely came out of a can. I will say my kids loved the soft serve with chocolate chip cookies. But what do they know about dessert? We have eaten at this Golden Corral a couple of times, the staff is friendly & attentive, it is a clean restaurant tables, dishes & utensils! The biggest problem is the food it was cold, no taste the meatloaf tasted like cardboard, the steak fries (like the ones at fat burgers my favorite) these were very cold with much of the other food, mashed potatoes gravy was watered down it was the right color with the consistency of water! I expect the fruits & salads to be cold, not the actual food meant to be cooked, the food is not even public school quality, cooked exactly the same way! Coooked somewhere else the brought over in warmer ovens to be kept hot! Honestly I paid almost $60.00 for 3 people with drinks, not even fresh cooked steaks or chicken Brest! This Golden Corral is a typical all you can eat buffet. The service was quite good and cordial. The food is good. Their offerings are varied and good. Though they were missing chopped tomatoes that I like to put on my nachos. Golden Corral really excels at desert. The options are immense. I really like that they offer icees for desert and that you don't have to pay for a drink to get it. I use my water cup and fill it with the Icee. Yum. (tip of the day). They even had cotton candy. Golden Corral is nicer on the inside than other ones I have been to. I did notice that dinner prices have gone up. Next time I will come at lunch time. read more

Probably the best Golden Corral location in the area. I've been to a few locations in my time, and this was probably the best I've had. I was actually quite surprised how good everything was because my prior visits to other locations have been mediocre. This was my first time eating at dinner time so it was my first time trying some of their dinner items. Almost everything I got was good. I was especially impressed by the steak. I thought it would be super tough but I was actually very tender and well seasoned. Fried chicken is always good, and also the meatloaf was one of the standouts as well.
