I have never written a review for an in-n-out cuz they're pretty much all the same. The food is almost always great, service is good and it's exactly what you'd expect at an in-n-out. But this is in n out is better than all the others that are already awesome. Why you might ask? They are the ONLY in-n-out out I've been to that does not put on pickles when I ask for no pickles. That may seem silly, but it's true. Every in-n-out always puts on pickles after I ask them not too. I really hate pickles. This place listens, the food is great and the service is awesome. You people are a joke. What is so great about this place? I am a So-Cal native and still can't figure out after all this time what the hype is about this spot. Their burgers are good. Just good. As good as you would get at any spot a notch or two above McDonalds or BK. The fries? What is up with the fries? They are terrible. You know it, I know it. My opinion is that In-n-Out is trendy, and that is why people like it. That is why they wait in the 2 hour drive thru line and burn a half tank of gas just to get a typical greasy burger and tasteless french fries served by teenagers in paper hats. It's the trendy club concept, translated to the fast food world. Wait in a long line just to get a product that nobody really finds exceptionally unique, but to get the street credit that you went there. In the office on Monday you can tell your cube buddies: "I had In-n-Out last night.. so they can reply ."No way...I f***n love that place"......uh huh. You know it's true. read more

In-N-Out, that's what a hamburger's all about. Right? Whether you want regular onions, grilled onions, animal style, a grilled cheese, or a neapolitan, this location definitely does burgers and shakes right. The fries are hit or miss. Sometimes the fries are way undercooked, but if you order well done fries they are sometimes way overcooked so you can't win. The other issue is the lines here (inside, but especially for drive-thru) can be gargantuan. They'll often bring a worker outside to speed up the ordering process but it can still take a while. read more

Besides that they have always made a wonderful hamburger with extra toast on the bun and chopped up banana peppers. Customer service is always great. Open late and always makes fresh food. In-N-Out deserves the reputation it has established as one of California's most iconic "claims to fame." I have eaten here countless times over the past decade or so and have yet to be disappointed by anything on the main or secret menus. In-N-Out Burger always deserve 5-stars but I took one off for this particular location. The traffic is terrible and the wait is so long. Most of the time, it would be better to park and walk up. When this restaurant was built, I don't think they realize the amount of traffic that this strip will eventually have. To access the drive-through, you have to wind your way through the parking lot. Hence, you'd end up parking in front of some irate person who cannot get out of their parking spot because there is a line of 12 cars parked bumper-to-bumper. read more

Usually a decent location to visit, however, my most recent was a pain. My order was taken by another customer. When I asked for my order 20 minutes later they said it should be coming out soon. Another 20 minutes passed and I ask again. This time they look and say that the order was already taken. Finally they "expedited" my order and I got it in 15 minutes. 55 minute wait time on 2 number 1 orders was not what we wanted. The staff did try to make up for it by apologizing, but at that point it was just about getting out of this location! read more

Ate here after studying at the Starbucks, and the order was completely wrong. I got a burger with double meat and no cheese while my boyfriend got triple meat with no cheese because we are both extremely lactose. Also ordered well done fries. When we received our order, our burgers had cheese, 2 in mine and 3 in his, and our fries were cold and soggy and only filled half the container. The burgers had to go into the trash.
