The overall consensus by the masses is that Chick Fil A has fallen off. As an Atlanta native who's feasted at the Original Dwarf House, I will say this place is a far cry from what the Truett's envisioned. Not a single worker from the manager on down said "My pleasure." The manager herself seemed perturbed when we brought a matter to her attention regarding an incorrect order. I really didn't feel welcome and the tension/animosity that they were carrying at this location could be tasted in the food. I hope I never have to go to this location again, but also that those working there will learn to embrace the culture of the company they're working for. read more

My friend was craving some chick-fil-a and we decided to come this location. Getting into this location with parking can sometimes be a nightmare. Anyhow came here and it was busy. Service was okay and food was a bit of a wait. Honestly, I'm not so into chick-fil-a. It's pretty decent. I don't have much to rave about. But lunch did fulfill the hunger. read more

This Chick-fil-A location had a very busy drive-thru, and the line was extremely long, wrapping through the parking lot. It made it a bit difficult to get in and out, especially since there didn't appear to be a mobile drive-thru option or a more strategic traffic flow to manage the volume. The food, however, was consistent with what you expect from Chick-fil-A--fresh and good as usual. The building and layout are similar to most other locations, but the traffic flow could definitely be improved during busy times. read more

The employees are always friendly and service is efficient. I order on the app for drive thru and in and out in a manner of minutes. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite but since I was picking up for kids, they opted for their kids meals with lemonade and a shake. I also enjoy their chicken noodle soup and love that they give you saltines for the soup. read more

We usually come here and just go through the drive through and have no problem. Today was the first time I had a problem. I'm super sad. Got all my kids meals and then I got an extra order of fries. I was eating the fries and I realized they were super salty. When we got home my son wanted me to hold one of his waffle fries. It was drenched in salt. I could scrape the salt off it was so bad. The service was great. But, I could barely eat the fries. read more

Quick drive thru experience here -- two lanes that move fast. I ordered a spicy deluxe meal, no cheese and chicken nuggets. The sandwich was good! Chicken was spicy and good amount of lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Fries were a little soggy, but that might have been because they sat in the bag for a few while I drove home. Chicken nuggets were a bit on the salty side. Overall, good chick-fil-a location! Appreciate the speedy service :) read more

If you like the flavor of coffee, you'll be disappointed with the Frosted Coffee. Not only just a simigen of coffee, if that, super sweet. Slight sugar induced headache nearly immediately; that some may interpret as an enjoyable headrush. Had one last year [same location] that had an good amount of coffee flavor & for what seemed to be like 40% le$$. Considered that to be a decent value at the time. IMO now for only those willing to pay for a cold sugar high. read more

Honestly one of my favorite Chick-fil-a spots. Food was amazing , the cheese was melted well on the burger. The customer service was also fantastic, and I got my food within minutes. The environment was good and calm, which I felt comfortable in, also free refills which is a bonus. read more

So I had a mobile order placed today for breakfast. I placed it by 10:25 and it was ready before 10:30, because that's when they close for breakfast nonetheless, I received notification and it was ready for pick up unfortunately I don't have a Chick-fil-A in my area so I had to drive almost 30 minutes to come get this breakfast mind you I like their breakfast a lot to wanna drive in the morning. I had my friend go pick it up and upon his arrival at 11:10 AM the food wasn't there they told him the order didn't even exist when I called and spoke to the manager after repeating my order like he was going to fix the issue. He said that they threw it away because of hot food standards and I'm placed orders in the past where they keep the food there waiting for the customer to pick up even if it's is an hour past the time it was ready, but in this case it wasn't an hour past ready and the manager said they throw food away after an hour so he lied and then didn't even try to make the breakfast order for us getting breakfast from Chick-fil-A is a terrible struggle. I don't recommend. read more

Zero return call about the false charges on my credit card. I live in Pennsylvania. I haven't been to California for the past 15 years. I did not place or pick up an order at this location. This review is long overdue. Is it cray that o always crave Chick-Fil-A on a Sunday? There's something about that Jesus chicken that makes me wanna go to Church. I personally think it's a pinch of crack, but it's probably just MSG. While there's no denying that CFA has a terrible history of making donations to certain organizations, I doubt other fast food chains would pass the purity test. I don't usually do fast food, but when I do, I do Chick Fil A. My go to order is spicy deluxe sandwich with their waffle fries and a sunjoy (that's what they call their half lemonade, half iced tea deliciousness ) It's the lords chicken, the lord giveth the chicken. We will NEVER patronize Chick-fil-A again!!! I found a LIVE COCKROACH in my salad and their Front of House Operations Director, Ray, told me "it "couldn't have happened at our facility." He would not take any responsibility and implied it came from "somewhere else." This is REALLY BAD customer service. I reported it because I wanted them to know there is a PEST PROBLEM. Instead of taking my feedback seriously he shrugged it off like it's impossible. I found it very dismissive and not professional. If I found a roach I'm sure there were more customers who had them in their food too. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this location, everyone is so nice and it's a plus that orders have never been wrong. The thing about this location is the limited parking and the tight driving. It's always super busy! It's also right by In N Out so sometimes we go there we then intent to get Chic-Fil-A but go home with In N Out lol. But okay the real reason for the 4 stars... I feel like the company uses extremely cheaply made plastic and tops for the individual sauce packets. They ripe in the middle and are extremely frustrating to open?! went in through the drive thru with me and my girlfriend ordered 2 sandwiches deluxe meals and the new lemonade drinks, got our food went to park a couple spot down ready to eat and the food was cold especially the buns, went back in to ask for new sandwiches because they were cold manager came out and said there was nothing they can do because their chic fil a doesn't toast the buns that the buns are cold and normal like that , offered to make us new ones came back after a while and still got cold sandwiches with really cold buns AGAIN! Didn't wanna complain again and just left but feels like they gave us the same sandwiches. Never have i ever heard of a chic fil a saying they don't toast their buns. I thought they cooked them fresh and warm apparently not. Spent 34 dollars for two meals and two drinks damn near 40 if i had ordered one more thing. I pay for what i order but i guess this chic fil a doesn't fully deliver Only give this a 2 star cause they gave us a new lemonade after the one we got was very sour read more

The food is good and usually the service is too, but the people who work the drive thru window like to make passive aggressive remarks. Multipe times they've made comments about the number of sauces I order. The app already sets a limit on how many sauces each item can include, so it's not like I'm abusing the system. These window workers act like the sauces are coming out of their paycheck. They'll make remarks like "we're just waiting on your TEN sauces to be bagged", with a huge emphasis on TEN. They act like I just reached into their pockets and took their money. read more

It's fast food - there's nothing to write home about. However, mobile ordering is a nightmare and it DOES NOT save you any time. I am not a fan of the fact that they won't send the order to the kitchen unless you click that you're near or at the restaurant, even AFTER you have ordered. I get they want to get your food to you as fresh as possible but that's why other mobile ordering apps tell you the est wait time -- to manage expectations and plan ahead! Once I get to the counter to let one person know I am there to pick up my food, they told me it will be a few mins. A few mins later, the app buzzed and said my order was complete but no one called my name or let me know that it was ready, despite me standing at the counter. I am not away somewhere else. I finally managed to get someone else to re-acknowledge that I was waiting for my food. The employee walked over to their pick up section (which is hidden from the public) and grabs it! It was just sitting there! If it was ready, why didn't the first employee call my name?? It was in the morning at 7:30am, it's not busy at all. read more

Like all locations, this Chick-fil-A is very busy. The building is very small and not really able to support so much traffic. It was pretty messy during my visit last week. What made the experience stand out was how hard some of the folks inside were working. The two people at the counter were handling a huge volume of orders. Even though they were clearly slammed, they were still patient, nice, and attentive with me. I was honestly kind of amazed by them. This location probably needs more staff, hopefully more like the two that helped me during my visit! read more

It started out innocently enough. My wife and son kept ordering from here while I resisted. Finally I ate the food. Chicken sandwich. Really good! Mac-n-cheese some of the tastiest, creamiest ! Sometimes it's mild and chill, other times it's a scorcher, and once in a while, you smile and feel they got it right. For me that is key, I need to know what I am getting and they get it right maybe 30 percent of the time. For baseball, that is a decent ERA, but for food, nah that's not right. And then, every now and then, someone else gets there first and picks up our order. Not real big on the apologies or making sure peeps picking up the right bags. You literally get a chicken tender strip inside your slider. I got Non Spicy which meant the breading wasn't seasoned. Added some Dave's sauce and drizzled some honey. It was yummy. DD ordered the #1 which was like mine without the slider bun. Instead got sliced bread underneath it. She enjoyed it. Hubs ordered #3 which came with a both of ours. He was sweating from HOT level of spice. Next was Extra HOT and then Reaper, which you have to sign a waiver for apparently. Overall, very good. Will be back when we're craving this again

I did notice another party who mentioned their chicken was too bland. I wasn't sure which flavor(s) they ordered, but after experiencing that their yangnyeum flavor is what I consider "OG" (more subtle, not overly sweet/spicy) I can understand. At the same time, I think this is the charm of this place that I do find most other Korean franchises try to match the current "trendy" palate that is sometimes too much for me. Thanks ttobongee for sticking with the traditional yangnyeum - really hard to come by now, especially here in the States.
