You can never go wrong at an In N Out unless you come when they are really busy and get stuck in the drive thru line or traffic. I came to this In N Out location today since I dropped off my wife and baby nearby for their class. Since I was going to pick them up within the hour, I just came to this In N Out to wait and eat some delicious burgers. I came before they officially open but they will still serve you if you're there at 10am. I found parking just fine in front of the entrance because the rush hasn't started yet. I've been coming to In-N-Out Burger pretty much my whole life and usually have great experiences, which is why this has been so disappointing. Over my last few visits, I've had Matthew F taking my order at the drive-thru, and each interaction has been unpleasant. His attitude comes across as rude and dismissive, and unfortunately my order has been messed up multiple times when he's taken it. I understand everyone has stressful days, especially in fast food, but customer service and basic kindness still matter. I've always loved coming here because the staff is usually friendly and the service is consistent, so these recent experiences have honestly stood out in a negative way. It In-N-Out. What else needs to be said. The burger (3×3) was delicious as always. The fries were cooked perfectly and topped with a melted slice of cheese. I cant forget about the chocolate shake that is the explanation point on satisfying meal. Staff and food quality, as expected, are A+ at this location. I can't say anything about those two aspects that aren't being said in dozens of other reviews here. What I can say, however, is this location gets busy. Too busy some times. I've been here a few times when the local schools have let out and it is flooded with students trying to get a meal or snack. That means not only can it be tough to get around the interior of this location (especially as they will often finish their food and then just sit and chat, not letting the table go to others who are looking to eat) but also outside going in and out of the parking lot or drive thru. The sidewalks can get flooded with kids that cause traffic as cars are waiting for a break to get in to the lot. So, with that said, I cannot knock this location for service or quality. But, if you are able to drive a little further to a less popular location to get your meal, it might be in your best interest. read more

Today's InO review is a little different. I've been helping out my mother with her taxes. She is older and her book keepings is difficult for her. We finally got it completed and sent out the last bit of tax data. My mother asks me if I want to get some lunch. She let me pick. I just wanted something simple yet good. Decided to go to InO but took her to a location that she wasn't familiar with. Given the area we were currently in it was convenient to come to this location. I know most InO is a disaster during prime time and for those that want drive thru forget about it unless you enjoy waiting in line. Today, it was still pre-prime time but I wanted to sit down and eat. With my mother I know exactly what she wants and she has me order for the both of us. We paid for the food and quickly found a place to sit. The food did take a long time to become ready. Even my mom mentioned that it was taking a long time. I agreed (it took 20mins). During that time I had a memory. The last time visiting this location was after my friend's memorial service. My heart felt heavy at that time and wanted some comfort. Its a trip when little things like that hit you. As our food was getting called I noticed we had extra fries in our order.
