Food delicious as always. I loved that the cashier gave my daughter a hat and the kids activity paper without us even asking. So sweet.

My daughter and I came here tonight and we are never disappointed with the simple menu of pretty much burger, fries, and drink. Today, the service was ok. The lady skipped our car so we were practically up to the front before my daughter had to get out of the car and chase her down so we could have our order taken. The lady was nice and felt bad. When she got to our car, the iPad didn't work so she had to headset our order in. When we got up to the window, the guy asked us if we got a certain order and I told him know, it was a different order which he found. We were not up at the window too long. Our total was approx $23, but with our two free Double Double cards that we won at the Ontario Reign hockey game, it came out to approx $10. So of course again the food always exceeds all expectations. I was away from home for over 2 months and had not ate at an In n Out for over 3 months. I was so glad to eat here tonight! My daughter and I both had a Double Double cheeseburger minus onions add pickles. I also added mustard on mine. She had animal style fries and I had regular fries. She had a Medium cherry coke, I went with old fashioned water. We asked for extra spread sauces. Although the early drive thru snafus happened, the great food overpowered the simple drive thru person mistakes. Food rating 6 out of 5 stars and drive thru 4 out of 5 stars. So they still average 5 stars! I was just happy to get In n Out after 3 months!

I've always loved my burger thick, juicy and medium rare so I really didn't enjoy my first double double decades ago. That was until I discovered their secret menu. I have since came back once in a while for protein style cheeseburger which they always wrap so neatly with super crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes and pickles which I always eat with their spread. Even better, I just tried their double double animal and protein style and now there's no turning back. So soooo goooood!!! I recently found out about well done fries which is just like the best ever version of the crispy and salty shoe string potatoes I enjoyed when I was a kid. Perfect with ice cold soda! Oh and by the way, the drive thru line gets pretty busy around dinner time so we just park our car and order at the counter then enjoy our meal al fresco with the gorgeous mountain views and the cool evening breeze.

Be prepared to wait a whole hour if you go into the drive thru. It's literally insane.

I ordered a hamburger and strawberry shake for my mom because she doesn't like their fries. Then I ordered a number 2 cheese burger fries upgraded to a strawberry shake. Instead of ordering the number 2 they made mine Ala cart which actually brings the price to $9.65 instead of the $8.85 . It's sad that America is suffering and these big corporations will squeeze as much money they can get from us . What happened to the bun it's smaller than before just like the burger we get less but they charge us more. After the pandemic that's why I hate going out to restaurants or fast food anymore the service sucks. I'm done.

The Double-Double might be California's finest sandwich. In NorCal they're likely to go for cured meats and arugula stuffed into a Dutch crunch roll. But south of the Bakersfield line, few things present a formidable challenge to the Double-Double's supremacy. And it must be a Double-Double, although a Double-Single is permissible in certain circumstances, but never a single cheeseburger and never-ever a hamburger. Why is this? It is not a matter of indulgence. I don't recommend the 3x3, nor the 4x4; the further option verges on sport eating and the latter fully embraces it. Anything more than the Double-Double knocks the thing out of harmony. The balance of the burger gestalt is disrupted. This is also the case with the single patty. The In-N-Out patty weighs in at 2 oz. On its own, this is not an adequate amount of beef to help shape a harmonious burger. But sliding in the additional patty, making the Double-Double the standard bearer, is the act of taking a 4oz., quarter-pound burger, escalloping it into two, thereby giving the diner four sides of Maillard seared ground beef. The French fries are fresh, but completely lacking in structure. This is nothing new and a common gripe of many. And it is the result of cooking the fries only once. The ideal fry is fried first at a lower temperature, cooked completely, then finished in hotter oil for a crisp exterior. Some enthusiasts suggest that thrice-cooked fries are the pinnacle: boiled first before frying twice. Animal fries are not the answer; neither are fries "well done." For a slutty French fry experience, you're much better off with chili cheese fries at one of many local Tom's, Tam's, Troy's, etc. And ordering "well-done" fries at In-N-Out is like ordering a well done steak, they're just overcooked. The milkshakes are good and I'm told they brew a good cup of joe. Whenever possible, you want to patron the In-N-Outs that do not have dining rooms. What's more SoCal than dining al fresco amid the exhaust fumes of two dozen cars sat in fast food drive-thru? It is extra special to find a location with green signage, a blast from the past. And the Baldwin Park location is the original, next to the museum and the company's university. But the Upland location might be the ultimate one. It abuts the quarries that were commissioned in building the southland's freeway network. It sits under the imperial form of Mt. Baldy. It sits on the dying artery of Route 66. And most importantly, Upland is completely lost in the past. When there, it's hard to tell if the year is 1948 or 1973, but it definitely has never been 2024.

Sometimes when the drive thru is super busy, I go inside and order. This time I went, the drive thru was running smoothly and pretty fast so I decided to stay. I didn't wait more than 20 minutes to get my order in and food. The customer service is always nice and friendly. The food, of course, is always great and flavorful. Whenever I can't cook at home, In n Out is my first choice! Always fresh and delicious!

Food: Food is sometimes great, and sometimes the fries are cold. I usually eat my fries first because I hate cold fries. That's my only complaint. This time, my shake wasn't served full which surprised me. Didn't think they were practicing shrinkflation : / Service: Service is usually great and they're always very hospitable. Ambiance: All seating is outside next to parking lot. It's the perfect setting for eating a burger and watching the planes at Cable Airport take off/land.

The blue cheese burger I wished were a bit stronger in blue cheese flavor (as a person who loves lots of blue cheese), but the burger was definitely filling for both the eyes and the tummy. The only thing I wished is that the burger didn't feel as heavy/greasy, but if that were the case, I probably wouldn't have chosen a burger. That said, the grease did feel like it took away from the flavors, making the burger tasting milder than I had wanted. That said, it was very enjoyable overall. The dog menu was surprisingly different from what I've seen. It was surprisingly healthy looking with the amount of vegetables they added to my dog's bowl including some Brussels sprouts. There was no rice at all, which was fine for me since my dog doesn't really like rice. Unfortunately, he is so picky, so he picked out the chicken from the vegetables even with me pre-mixing it, and I think the vegetables are too firm to his liking. However, I appreciate the food being healthy and the portions, even if he himself will not really eat most of it. I'm sure some other dog will do a lot better with the bowl!

Service was slow and inattentive the whole time, from seating to when they were around to take our order or drop off an item, they were never friendly or courteous. They seemed annoyed having to work. This location of Back Abbey in Upland is in the Colonies area, in the same plaza as Albertson, European Wax Center, and Massage Envy. When I pulled up I was genuinely happy that this location was much larger than their original Claremont location. They have tables, a bar area, and a large outdoor patio. There were many tv screens for the sports fan. I actually liked the décor and had positive hopes for this place. When I looked at their menu I was happy to see the menu grow since my last encounter with their original Claremont location. Once again, I was excited for the business and genuinely wanted to support them. I was narrowing down what to order and I even imagined coming back to try other items. My boyfriend had the Back Abbey Burger ($20) and I was mistakenly excited to see the beer cheese so I got the Soft Pretzel ($10). We also shared a Pomme Frites (half $9/full $11) and went all out with the full cause it's a better deal. My boyfriend also got a Coke ($4). I was asking the waitress about the sangria but their version doesn't have edible fruits, so I was less interested. Honestly if she was more friendly I would have gotten something else. I just got water. THE ONLY THING WE ENJOYED IS THE POMME FRITES. I remember liking these from their Claremont location. Fresh cut and super crispy as they double fry it in duck fat. Yummmm. My boyfriend said his burger was okay but he didn't like the aged gouda which affected every bite of the burger. Ugh now let me get to the pretzel. The saddest pretzel in all of the lands. I was soo excited for this... anddd COLD BEER CHEESE!! Whatttttttt??? Honestly I wanted to ask staff if it was meant to be cold but they were no were in sight. We were waiting sooooo long to wave someone down for the check. If service was faster at least I can be annoyed and leave and get over it. They were so slow it left me to stew in my annoyance of the unsatisfying depressing pretzel. Also, neither the coke or the waters were refilled. When we were FINALLY able to wave someone down, it was still a while to get the check. We also for a togo container FOR THE FRIES. She can see the majority of the pretzel was uneaten and I made it a point to say I didn't care to take it togo. Of course she didn't care to ask any follow up questions. Food being bad is one thing... I could have always came back to try the duck confit or steamed mussels like I intended but the service made me soooooooooo miserable waiting around. I don't have time for this.
