I was kind of shocked how much food this was. The sauce was great, but I was already full around the halfway point of the burger. I don't say this to complain, but my favorite smash burgers are usually lighter than a normal burger. This was anything but. We ate these at 1:30pm and I didn't need to eat again the rest of the day. Had a very nice little flavor to the batter came out hot and crisp. What I like the most about the burgers were the buns. Almost a buttery texture to them and they did not fall apart like you get on some burgers. The wife got a strawberry shake to go, and it was insanely rich. It was a meal in itself.
