I was really excited about coming to this place, but every time I feel like I get excited about something, it always seems to disappoints! We ordered the Dab fries- which were really good! I got the spicy chicken ramen and my bf for the chashu ramen and we both felt as if the meat was not prepped properly! I, immediately started having a tummy ache and nausea. I couldn't even take the smell of the ramen anymore so I had to give it back right away! The server mentioned the pork belly comes cooked and they just have to heat it up but we both started having a bad feeling about it! My chicken, I took one bite and a weird smell was coming from it so I didn't try it again! They asked us if we wanted to exchange it for another ramen and if I wanted something sweet due to my nausea but I couldn't eat anything so the lead server comped the meal! A good place for ramen and other things. I had a good eating experience here. They have an outside and inside sitting area. The inside area has a big mural of a dragon. It's really nice. The outside area is very nice to. I sat outside it was almost night time and enjoyed people watch as I waited for my order. It had a nice view. The menu is on a QR and so is the payment. They have waiters helping with the process or you can order with them. The old fashioned way. The tipping is also added for you. You pick the percentage. The workers here are all very friendly and ready to help. We ordered two appetizers I but I only remembered one. the name stock on my head lol the it was the octopus balls. It was interesting and doughy. It had this shave things on top that tasted good. I liked it. The other appetizers also tasted good. I liked it also I had something it was short rib something. It looked like a little white sandwich. I don't remember the name but it was good. My main dish was the seafood ramen. It came with a friendly egg. It had plenty of seafood. Upon walking into the Dania Beach restaurant, I wasn't exactly impressed. I've past by the Sunset Miami location but was unable to try the food because of long wait time--it was super busy! The decor was similar but the vibe was different. I believe it's a fairly new location so it has time to grow. I got a Steamed Custard Bao and Chashu Ramen with Spicy Miso broth. I was kinda sad that they only sold the steamed custard baos by the bao ($3/bao), since I'm used to multiple when eating dimsum It tasted as expected: a nice sweet appetizer to my ramen. Presentation was alright. The "Spicy Miso" broth wasn't spicy at all, probably a solid 2/10 for spice level. I mixed up my bowl and took sips from everywhere searching for the heat. I asked for more of their spicy miso add on and it only upped the spice to a 3/10. I resorted to my trusty table chili oil for the spice I was craving. The noodles were satisfying and there was plenty of chashu, unlike other places where you're give 3 pieces to ration. The nitamago egg was nicely prepared as well. Considering that there were only two servers (one of which I was pretty sure was in training), they handled dinner rush well. It wasn't a full house but there were takeout/delivery orders. The girls were very sweet. The cooks seemed to also be in good spirits and smiled at customers. Also whoever mops the floor during close, please do a better job. Noodles made in front of you got me to come in a try them as soon as I got the chance but unfortunately the broth in both Ramens were tasteless. The amazing springy and chewy noodles had nothing to hold on to, poor noodles. . The staff is friendly, the style of ordering is awesome, and the noodles were bomb. But a good ramen must have great broth, and they missed the mark. They didn't skim on the meat in the Duck ramen or the Brisket ramen , the egg was cooked perfectly and my daughter ate two orders of their Har Gow. First time at InRamen Dania Pointe. I got my order to go but drank a cold beer ($6) while waiting. I ordered the spring rolls (3 /order $5) and the Beef Short Rib ramen ($21) My bill with tip was $40 and it was only me eating The spring rolls were typical veggie deep fried. They were crispy but nothing special. The ramen was good, fresh noodles, good texture. The short ribs were tender and the broth was nice but the could have been richer with some scallions as garnish. The portion was small for $21, 3 small pieces of meat and not many noodles. Noodles are cheap to prepare and so is broth. This place is too expensive for what you get. I was there at 6pm, only 2 tables had customers. With the high priced menu and small portions, I don't see it lasting too long unfortunately read more

This spot surprised me. I figured it to be another run of the mill strip mall area "fake" ramen spot. The ramen was surprisingly good as well as many of the other items on the menu. I really enjoyed the fried chicken buns and the pork belly buns as well. You can't go wrong with this spot. In addition, the staff is really nice and kind. Wow. We came in here by accident after our initial dinner plans fell through and I am so glad. We were greeted immediately at the door by friendly, helpful staff. They gave great recommendations from the extensive menu, and I'm grateful because I honestly wanted to order everything I saw, so it was good to have some guidance. Jasmine, our server, was so attentive and helpful. The service was great. I settled on the chicken dumpling ramen and it was amazing. Easily the best combination of flavors I've ever had in a ramen. The noodles here are handmade and it added so much depth to the dish. My only regret is that I was limited to a single dish option because I honestly was ready to order 6 different things in one go. Terrific ramen place in a great atmosphere that's part industrial, part funk but all fantastic and fun! My husband was hesitant but willing to try ramen and LOVED it. He's picky yet adventurous and cannot stop raving about how good the food was. My son and I each had ramen bowls - simply chicken for him and charsiu pork belly for me. Don't believe the hype. I read the reviews and took a chance and got the highest priced beef ramen. The broth was hot brown water, I doubt if it was simmered for 8 hours. The quality is hand down amazing. I saw corn in my soup and was like oh wonderful canned corn.Nope the corn is fresh! I did the mushroom broth and mushrooms $15. If you are composing about the size font let them fool you it's big! I had to try the shrimp hargow because I love dim sum. They came out hot and were fresh. This place is a big hit. First time visiting and will definitely be back! This place had some awesome ramen! The spicy chicken ramen had a well flavoured broth (medium-spicy), chicken was seasoned well, and had great presentation. The chashu ramen (pork belly) was good, not spicy but there was chilli oil and spices available on the table if you wanted to add some. The katsu chicken buns were perfectly soft on the outside, with crunchy chicken on the inside, with just the right amount of greens (cucumber, avocado, and cilantro) and doused in katsu sauce. Just delectable.. *chefs kiss. The vibe in this place was very chill and casual. They were playing some 2000's pop music (think Britney Spears & Ke$ha) and even the cooks were having a great time behind the glass windows. You walk in and seat yourself at any open table you prefer. The tables have QR code's that you can use to order + pay for your meal, then a server will bring you your meal. Service was super fast. The ramen (I tried spicy pork) was tasty, tangy and generously proportioned. My coworker had the Bibimbap- which smelled delicious and he said was quite good. We were pleasantly surprised to find another Ramen spot in new Dania Pointe. We both opted for Chashu Ramen through delivery. My partner and I loved the broth and flavors. Black garlic oil and a dry rub accompanied the dish that we added which created more depth of flavor to the rich broth. The pork belly was delicious and the perfect amount. I also loved the ear mushrooms and variety of other mushrooms that were in the soup. The noodles are made in house and freshly made. Their menu includes attractive looking bimbimbap bowls and Asian tapas that we would like to try. From the pictures, the dining room looks modern and clean. Prices for Ramen are about $15 to $21. This is a new ramen shop inside Dania Pointe. They have a store front along the main street as you drive in, but all the parking is in the back along the west side of the building. When you enter the building the staff will seat you, however you don't order like a traditional restaurant, you order by scanning the UR code on the table. This will open a tab inside your browser and you can look at the menu and make selections from there. The menu felt very streamlined, and even gave you the ability to add things on to whatever item that you chose. I didn't like the fact that I had to manually enter my card info before it would submit my order but that's just me. The food that we got was great! I ordered the brisket ramen and optioned to upgrade to the spicy miso broth, extra egg, and added corn. Each add on was an additional $1 which brought my meal to a bit more than I thought it should've been honestly. That's the only reason that I didn't give them the full 5 stars. The corn was a small smattering of kernels that really should've just been included. The extra egg was definitely worth it, but I wish that the option for a spicy miso broth was just a regular menu item, instead of paying for it. Overall, an excellent ramen shop. The staff was very friendly and the ramen was great! It was a bit pricier than other ramen shops in the area but not bad. The pictures are what drew me in - beautiful and mouth watering! We ordered for delivery and received it in a timely manner. TLDR; left more to be desired. I ordered the Chashu Ramen which is the typical ramen dish. The broth came separate from the noodles, and we didn't read that we should heat the broth up first. Prior to heating it up, the noodles were pretty tough. Afterwards, they softened a bit but I don't think they are the noodles I typically get. Overall though, this dish was very reminiscent of other Tonkotsu ramen dishes - with less flavor. The pork belly was yummy too, but again, to a less flavorful degree. The smoked brisket ramen was what we were really excited for, but that was the most disappointing The brisket was far too tough, something I don't typically expect from that cut. We had to use our hands while pulling to get through it. As for the broth, it's definitely not what you would expect from a ramen - although that's not a bad thing. I wish the flavor was stronger, but it had a comforting beef stew taste. It was made better by the chili sauce that comes on the side. Although we were disappointed, we do want to give this place another chance and are hoping that this was a fluke as the other reviews and pictures look promising! read more

It was very tasty. The ramen being a but costly as well. Portions are conservative. The noodles were different thicknesses. broth was a 10/10 for me, not too salty. They weren't greasy but just nicely average. $10 for average. Get this..the Chef/main cook saw me dipping the sauce and said out loud..tell the customer to blend it all together. A focused Asian chef who isn't watching the floor but watching the stove. I always love Asian because often its simple, clean eating but today's lunch was disappointing!
