This is at the newly built Dania Pointe. There's plenty of parking in the back and an entrance. This dining experience is a little different. You need a phone. A smart phone with decent internet and you better be handy with it. You need to scan the QR code. This can be a challenge for the outside tables as the codes are faded or marked up. Next up put the number in your party down and scroll through the menu. You can customize your dish with options, order drinks and appetizers. Confirm your order and then pay up on with a credit card or opt for cash. You can put your tip down before confirmation. This system has it's own unique pros and cons to it. One cool thing is when you're down you literally get up and leave. All the food was presented very well. The appetizers came out fast. The goyza pork are on point. The shrimp dumplings or how gaw not so much. I found them needing seasoning and a little bland. The shrimp was good quality. The only other thing is I feel like there should be a 4th dumpling for the price. No where else do they serve you 3 shrimp dumplings for an order except 1800 Lucky and that's over priced too. The rame was very good. Nice amount of vegetables and protein in the pork ramen. It was very tasty and satisfying. The presentation on this is nice as well. It comes with a lovely looking wooden spoon. I would prefer a traditional spoon and not a ladle for a large pot. Overall this is Asian Fusion. We went around 8:50pm which was 40 min prior to them closing up on this weekday. Small restaurant with limited inside and outside seating. We started with the pork belly bao buns which I though were great and loved the avocado. They were full of sauce and flavor. Only critique is they could of used a little less sauce (and I am all for the sauces). I played it safe since it was my first time here and had the simply chicken ramen, which the description matched the taste and flavor. It was good but nothing stood out about the flavor of the broth or chicken. My boyfriend had the spicy chicken ramen. It was not spicy at all and I felt the broth in this ramen didn't have much of a flavor to it either. Overall service was quick, staff was friendly, and food was good. This was a new ramen place that I wanted to try in Dania Beach. First of all, I love the idea of directly ordering on your phone. We first started with the chicken bao bun which was very good. The chicken was so crispy and light! Next we got the octopus bites which was crunchy on the outside and chewy inside. They even had octopus pieces inside! We also got the shrimp siomai and pork bun. Which were both very good and soft probably one of the best steamed buns I've had. We then ended the night with the short rib ramen. Which was absolutely amazing! The pics of the food on their website were what really sold my husband and I to try out In Ramen. The food ended up being alright (a LOT of salt), but the service was what really killed the experience for us. On arrival, it didn't seem too crazy for a Friday evening, but there was no one to greet you at the front and no signs to direct you where to go or what to do. We stood there for a bit until we flagged down a server who told us there was a short wait and to scan a very poorly placed QR code to get on it. We basically had to completely invade another seated customers personal space to reach the waitlist QR code. Once on the wait list, we only waited about 15 minutes and were then seated at a nice large table. We ordered a house margarita, a beer, a shot of sake, karaage chicken, and the smoked brisket bao buns to start. We were advised to put in our ramen order right away, and so we did, even though we don't ever like to feel like we're being rushed out of a restaurant. We ordered the chashu ramen and spicy chicken ramen. The bao buns came and were very good. The fried chicken came next. Still no drinks. It was very difficult to flag down a server to ask about our drinks as well. Soon after, one of the ramens arrived, followed by the other ramen and our drinks LAST! The fried chicken was salty, and the spicy chicken ramen was very salty. The chashu ramen was good! My husband complained that the beer was not cold but complimented the sake. The margarita was just ok. It seems to me that there's no real organization with the servers and no oversight. All the servers are running around like crazy doing all the tasks for every single table instead of being assigned tables. As a result, when we were ready to pay, we basically had to flag down a server passing by to ask for the check and then again flag one down to receive our payment. Call me crazy, but a customer should never have to basically beg to PAY you. Overall, the food and drinks were alright and the service was terrible. The place has potential to be good but for $100, we won't be visiting this casual eatery again. read more

7/13/22 I've been looking for a local Ramen place for quite some time. So glad I discovered In Ramen. Met up with some friends. Loved the casual vibe. Browsed the digital menu. Discovered that we were on time for happy hour. We couldn't decide which beers to try so our helpful waitress brought us samples to try. I chose the Sapporo beer. She chose the Funky Buddha.My other friend joined us soon after and had the lychee mimosa which she loved. We then tried: Panko crusted shrimp. These were extremely delicious. Crunchy on the outside but not greasy. It was served with a sweet chili dipping sauce but when my friend asked she received three other sauces to try: Sriracha mayo, Teriyaki, Yuzu dumpling sauce (all house made!). I ordered the pork rib Ramen. It was presented nicely. The pork ribs were tender, fall off the bone. The noodles were hand pulled. The broth was flavorful but I still chose to add some house made chili oil which made it even better. My friend ordered bibimbap which she liked. She also had the shrimp shumai. I tasted one and found it to be the best shrimp shumai I've ever eaten. The shrimp are locally sourced and were cooked to perfection. She was also given a variety of sauces to try in addition to the traditional sauce. Jojo the manager, was so attentive. He answered all of our questions and made sure to accommodate my friends multiple food allergies. The mushroom ramen flavor was divine. Mushrooms were cooked well and so earthy. I loved the broth so much that I took it to go. The noodles were the miss in the ramen. Not sure if they are made in house but they tasted like nothing. No flavor despite being in the tasty mushroom broth. 3. Panko shrimp was so crunchy! Made fresh to order. We got the chashu ramen and chicken karaage . I think the chashu was amazing! Definitely a 5/5 and recommend it. The noodles were good and the toppings were amazing. Big serving. Absolutely love this little place in the new Dania Pointe ! My husband and son both love Ramen so we eat it at least once a week and this is one of our go to spots. I love that I can order right from the table scanning the code from our phone.
