This man is so despicable, he independently made the choice to start gluing acrylic nails on, I should known and left when this man glued his pinky to my pinky. NOT to mention i only wanted Gel-Manicure. This man acted like he didn't want to speak to me, or listen to anything. When he slapped them false nails on so daym fast, I couldn't think fast enough. I've been going to the nail shop off/on for a few years now. Prices are still reasonable yet I feel like the quality of work not the best anymore. The lady who did my gel mani cut too much of my cuticle then snipped the side of my fingernails making them tapered when they are already square shape..all you have to do is file. She also put more coats on one hand than the other until I noticed. The lady who did my pedicure seemed to be in a rush, the pedi looks good from a distance but close up you can see that she did not polish the sides of my toenails which is annoying af. I have been going to their first location for 4+ years and I've never had a problem until now. This new location is a downgrade!! I went to go get a pedi/full set & asked the lady in the front if anyone can do the ombre in the picture on my phone because I didn't want to wait for Tracy as she had two people already waiting & she said yes anyone can. So i trusted her. My nails were finally done & I was not happy and told the guy in the very front who was doing my nails many times if I can get the fairy dust not regular nail polish glitter and he never understood me so i left with ugly crusty nails. I then got a pedicure and explained to the lady that I am a dancer so i have a lot of dead skin and I'd really appreciate it if she could scrub my feet really good. This location doesn't have much time open but the manicurist I've gotten so far have all been Wonderful! I have my regular now Lily that I always go to and she does excellent each and every single time. She even gives me water, or sometimes mimosas they are all very attentive. Highly recommend. My mom and I came here to get our nails done today, when the guy began working on me I only had one acrylic on my thumb which he peeled off by sticking a tip under it. My mom had a full set of acrylic nails which were removed in the same way and it was painful for me so you can imagine her. By the way, the the cost of my moms nails being removed alone was $20 but if she knew they weren't going to be removed professionally she could've just done it herself. While I was getting my nails done there was little to no communication and then he randomly asked me if it was going to be my mom or I paying for the nails. I responded with saying it was going to be me and then he gave me the price of $45, this made me think that he based the price off of my response. My mom and I both payed $45 each and we believe it is over priced compared to other places, considering that I felt as if the guy doing my nails was being ruff and rushing leading him to cut me. Not only that but after he cut me he went in with a drill which I doubt he cleaned after using and that now has my blood on it. Who knows how many other peoples blood has been on it too. The place isn't super accommodating especially the front desk lady who always gives my mom attitude. Oh chet. My daughter's friend's eyebrows were not done to her liking and she ended her visit there very unhappy. My daughter and I had our nails done. We both had mani/pedis done and were not unhappy with the results. They were accommodating and sat us promptly after check in. Their pricing is decent for what you get. I didn't like the place personally. It gave a turnstile feeling to how they treat their clientele. I didnt get the "these people are paying off some "coyote" (research it) vibe from the place but it just didnt sit well. The wait is actually not as long as the offer had on their reviews, but the quality of the work is definitely poor. I went in for a gel mani and a regular pedi right after work today. The pedicure I had was sloppy (I requested a regular pedi, and thought that was what I got, but came home after an hour and found out the lady had put gel polish on my toes because they r still not dry after my 1hr drive home?!) and now my toes r w/ white gel polish w/ a bunch of blue lint on them from my house slippers.. This is your typical fast paced nail shop nothing too fancy or exclusive, they will try to upsell their designs, powder, callous remover, etc. I was happy to be taken care of right away, my nail tech was great & my daughters technician was fast & efficient.
