I walked in to this salon as it is close to my sons preschool. I made an appt and left. Day of my appt I called and rescheduled for two days later as I wasn't able to make my appt. When I arrived for my appt they couldn't find me in the book but took me right in and I added on a pedicure as well. They did a great job with my nails, I do the cat eye gel. absolutely horrible experience i showed my nail tech the first picture to show him what i wanted, i left with the clear nails and when i grew some balls and went back in to ask for them to be fixed, they told me no because "it's a powder and cant be taken off" like hello???? just file it off and redo it like y'all do when someone gets a fill. so since they wouldnt help me i had to go pay another place $25 for them to fix it and to get what i wanted, not to mention i paid $50 for the clear pieces of shit they stuck me with. read more

I love this place! I've been coming here for 6 or 7 months now! My nails always look fantastic. Kim is the best! Everyone else is also very lovely and does a fantastic job. Kim usually does my nails though and I love how great my nails always look. Everyone is so friendly and the place is so clean and organized. Every other place I've gone was so messy I was kind of scared to go there. My only complaint is that they don't have the little jars of glitter to sprinkle on like my last place did, they use glitter polish instead. But they do such a fantastic job that it doesn't really matter. And their prices are the best I've found! read more

i scheduled an appointment at 10am on saturday 5/15 to get my nails and eyebrows done before work since it was my birthday. they asked what i was here for and told me to wait. i wasn't attended to until 10:40. they kept saying "almost done" and "little bit longer" all while bathing this shrine with goodies and treats and lighting incense for it. a woman was checking out after a pedicure and decided to get a manicure too and asked if she could be squeezed and they sat her before me. i asked if i could get my eyebrows done first (as they were the primary issue here) and they said they didn't have anyone available yet. and when i had stated that i had an appointment and was already waiting an hour they said so sorry. the 10:30 and 10:45 appointment came and all sat with me. 10:50 goes by and as soon as they heard that i was waiting for an hour they asked if the schedule was behind and if they should come back another time. and then finally! alas! my chair was available. i had a fairly common design picked out (ombré nude to yellow ive had it done before) to which my technician said no. so i went with a cute yellow color with daisies. tech saw my design and painted a completely different flower and when i pointed out that it wasn't what i wanted i just got a blank stare. they took 4 dollars off my bill to accommodate for the hour wait the nails came out cute but bubbled after a day. also i was late to work. so that was sweet too. read more

Been going here for years. its hit or miss with what nail tech you get. Although the pricing is fair compared to others in area.

I went in this past Saturday with 3 of my friends we all had appointments. We were seated for our pedicures at different times meaning by the time my friends joined me I was done with my service( what's the point in going together ‍). I don't know who did my pedicure but she looked bothered by having to do her job. They had nice choices on nail colors but that's about it. Worst place in town to get your nails done. Paid $100 for my feet and nails. Had to go back 3 days later because "Wayne" continues to put gel polish on my cuticles every time he does my nails when I ask him not to. So, went back to have him fix it and he's nasty, arrogant, disrespectful, and believes after my $20 tip, I don't deserve to return if I feel my nails weren't done properly. I informed him I work way too hard to throw my money away on bad service. Therefore, I would recommend "No One" patron this facility because they do a rush and poor job and get mad if you tell them its not right! Save your time, energy, and money and go elsewhere because you'll definitely get better service where people take pride in their work. This review is not about the service it's about proper protocol. My neighbor recommend this location to me so I decided to give it a try. We came in on a Saturday afternoon (while raining) for 2 manicures. We were greeted promptly and told to wait about 15 minutes. No problem there, while waiting I observed one of the salon employees go from rubbing someone's feet to taking a payment for another client while the whole time wearing latex gloves. That's pretty unsanitary, gloves are not that expensive. Why wouldn't you take them off? She then proceeded to walk back to the client and continue rubbing her feet with the same gloves! This is the worst nail salon iv ever been to. I went to get a nail replaced and a fill. The nail that was replaced fell off the next day. They made my nails very thick. The painting on my nails was very poorly done and uneven. I am very displeased that I have to go pay another 20$ for my nails to be fixed just 2 days after getting them done here. read more

I'm so disappointed in this salon, have been coming here for the past few years and Tina was a pleasure to be around but since she's left it really has declined in service and quality. I went and had fills done , my daughter had a full set put on and within one week her nails were falling off ... My nails were done very poorly very uneven length and file down and edges were too sharp even though I asked for "square round" .Tina always did a great job on my nails . I have been waiting to write my review until I had gotten a fill because I wanted to make sure that it wasn't just a one time experience. I have been looking for a go-to nail place for a while now and I almost always end up going to places once or twice and then leaving just because I never really like the way my nails turn out. However, my first experience here was amazing and the set I got put on were gorgeous (orange nails shown). Phillip was my nail tech for those nails and the nails I had done today(nude nails shown). After going to Phillip the first time I knew he was going to become my go to!! He was very friendly and welcoming and made sure my nails were exactly the way I wanted them. He's great at what he does and pays major attention to detail and making sure all my nails are even (I have never had a nail tech pay this much attention to detail). Today I let him choose my color I just told him I wanted a nude preferably on the pink side (I had pictures in mind and was looking at pictures on Pinterest but didn't show him because I was afraid he wouldn't have exactly what I wanted) but when he put on the first coat of the color that he chose I immediately fell in love and was shocked as it looked almost exactly like the pictures I was looking at!!
