I have been waiting to write my review until I had gotten a fill because I wanted to make sure that it wasn't just a one time experience. I have been looking for a go-to nail place for a while now and I almost always end up going to places once or twice and then leaving just because I never really like the way my nails turn out. However, my first experience here was amazing and the set I got put on were gorgeous (orange nails shown). Phillip was my nail tech for those nails and the nails I had done today(nude nails shown). After going to Phillip the first time I knew he was going to become my go to!! He was very friendly and welcoming and made sure my nails were exactly the way I wanted them. He's great at what he does and pays major attention to detail and making sure all my nails are even (I have never had a nail tech pay this much attention to detail). Today I let him choose my color I just told him I wanted a nude preferably on the pink side (I had pictures in mind and was looking at pictures on Pinterest but didn't show him because I was afraid he wouldn't have exactly what I wanted) but when he put on the first coat of the color that he chose I immediately fell in love and was shocked as it looked almost exactly like the pictures I was looking at!! I definitely recommend this place if you are trying to find somewhere new. Also, ask for Phillip! read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, first of all my acrylics were glued on crooked and she said she would file them straight? Shouldn't you just glue them on straight then she tried to blame me saying I have "bent nails" which is not true, after failing to make my nails look like a picture I showed her I asked for white nails which she still couldn't do. Painting my skin and not to mention filing my nails way to hard to where I was in pain and she made me thumb bleed from digging way to deep into my skin she said "sorry". But didn't seem to care, when she got fingernail polish on my skin she tried using the nail file to take it off?? Filing my skin? after fighting back my tears, not to mention the whole time I'm sitting down from start to finish she said every 2 minutes "I'm trying my best, you know?" I would never recommend going here ever. Adding to my review: naturally crooked is an excuse and not true and wouldn't you cuss someone out if you paid $40 for this hacked up job? I'm not a big fan of writing reviews but this place deserves the low stars. This has been my second tome coming here and this is why I will never go back to give my money away. I walk in and they accept walk ins. I was explained it will take about 15 min wait for my pedicure. I waited the time next they sat me on the spa chair. The lady seem force to do my pedicure and felt like a number she finished my pedicure in less than 20 min...including the color. I had to remind her she didn't cut the corner of one nail from a corner. I could care less for this place. read more

I have been trying different nail salons since I moved to the area. I was excited to try Inails because it's close to my home. So after looking up their hours on Yelp I decided to go down on a Sunday. When I arrived i found signs all over their windows advertising they are now "open on sunday." So you can imagine my surprise when their doors are locked and all the lights are turned off on Sunday at 2pm. Needless to say, I will not be trying them out due to their unprofessionalism. I came because my husband was getting a hair cut next door and figured why not get a fresh coat on my nails. I got a pedicure and the older lady there seemed really disgruntled. Then this other girl finished my nails and when I looked down there was a giant smudge with cotton stuck to it and I asked her to fix it since she hit it and she paints over it!! Cotton and all!!! I was irritated because the place smelled like a sewer line busted, she painted over smudged dried polish and cotton and left nail polish on my skin. Nope- never again! Save the $40 and go somewhere else. I'm leaving with a rippled and textured nail because of her. I'll repaint them at home myself. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I JUST got a gel manicure there, on Saturday. Come MONDAY they are horribly chipped. I get gel manicures often. And they never chip. Also the nail tech got gel polish on my skin and the light she put my hands in BURNED and hurt my skin so badly. This was the worst manicure I have ever had. I can't believe I paid for this... After reading the great reviews, I figured I would give this place a try since it was right down the street from my house. I made an appointment for 1:00, but ended up coming early. The lady welcomed me in and said it was no problem. The prices and services are pretty much the same as everywhere else except they offer eyelash extensions. I really enjoyed the pedicure and the conversation! Not they typical place where they jabber amongst themselves...they actually took the time to want to get to know me. First went here out of convenience, I live so close. The girls are always super nice. Very chatty and friendly. When you get a pedicure they give you a kit w all the tools specifically for you to take and bring back w you. I like this so you know that those tools are only being used on you(and no charge for the kit) The owner, I'm sad I can't remember her name, is awesome. No pressure. It's never over crowded and they offer everything you need for a couple quick hours of pampering. I'm a regular now. read more

This nail place is close to home and convenient, but after a recently less-than-pleasant experience, I'm not sure if I'll be returning. I came in to get a mani-pedi, didn't feel like driving to my usual place and had no problem with iNails, even though they are a bit pricier than I'm used to paying. As I enter, I notice a young boy practicing his violin in the corner. Umm, not really the most relaxing thing to walk into. He played the entire time and I'm not trying to sound mean, but it was giving me a headache! When I go to a nail salon, I want to be able to relax in a quieter environment. I don't need complete silence, but the violin was loud and jarring in such a small space. They told me that they would be just a minute and to take a seat and pick my colors. I ended up waiting about ten minutes or so before being seen. I was sitting in the chair getting worked on when a homeless man outside began pacing around the store front, shouting obscenities. You could tell that the other women in the salon were also disturbed by this, yet no one did anything, not even close the door that was propped open! To me, this was just a very NOT relaxing experience and my nails ended up not being how I liked either. The shapes were uneven as well as the paint. I'm sure I'll give them a second chance, but for now, it looks like I'll stick to my usual place. read more

I just wanted a simple white tip fill, this normally is $15-$20 and Tamy charged me $32 and she didn't even add anything the pink clear stuff on top, in conclusion cheap work for expensive price, in this case you don't get what you pay for, run away from this place! read more

It is hard to find a good nail salon, and also have it open on Sunday. I walked in, not sure what to expect, after driving by the salon on my day route. I had previously had acrylic nails with gel color on top. They had been seriously damaged from a previous well-known salon. I was referred to Steven, who sits at the front, and he ended up doing a beautiful job on my nails. I will definitely come back here. Since a rating is required, INails Salon deserve this. Just left salon got pedicure only. I made a 3pm appt. Got there on time, shop wasn't busy but all technicians (3) had clients so I had to wait 15 minutes. Technician (male) didn't want to do pedicure but Head Technician in charge made him, she was doing a nail set. So he started on my feet only for his 3:30 appt to show up on time, I thought for a minute he was going to stop my pedicure to start her, well he rushed up my appt, meanwhile HTIC apologize s several times to me & his customer. After all HTIC made the appointment. Six weeks ago I was just a walk-in @ same salon, got the same response ( Technician -female ) didn't want to do my feet either, mind you there's absolutely nothing wrong with my feet, of course I got the rush job that's why I made a appointment this time. Anyway if anyone knows of a good decent nail sslon, please let me know. A rush job is 15-20 minutes start to finish. I prefer a pedicure 30-45 minutes. Not hard to please, I go on weekdays b4 3pm, nvr on weekends! read more

It is one of the friendliest shops I have ever been to and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable.
