Love getting my nails done here!!! I get gel x and it always lasts a long time. One time they lasted 5 weeks without any chips on the gel. They also can get me in without an appointment basically anytime, which is super nice. Everyone who has done my nails here has done a great job. I am very specific about how I like my nails to look and they are always receptive to me asking them to make adjustments as we go. Sometimes a friend comes with me just to hang out and they always let them sit next to me to chat. The prices are also reasonable. Remember to bring cash for a tip!!! Also even though I haven't been letting my natural nails rest in between appointments, they are super gentle with taking off the nails and I haven't had any damage or sensitivity and it has not been an issue to get new nails right away. This is a different experience than I have had at some other salons. With a lot of options for places to get nails done in this city, I'll keep coming here! read more

I love the place and the convenience it was to my home. The staff were mostly friendly, sometimes passive aggressive if I emphasized not to thin out my nails, but I consistently left with overly filed nails that were dangerously thinned out and now I am having to go to urgent care today because despite my best efforts with my new nail salon to not thin them out more, I stubbed my toe and it bent my toe nail back and ripped my nail bed. I lived near this place for nearly 4 years and really wanted to like it but my hard gel nails were often not sculpted well and my gel pedicures had me always seeking out other places because I'm super active and I was concerned this would happen. Ive been vexed with constantly chipping my nails and finally did this because my nails haven't fully grown out since I was there last. Some people emphasize that they need a nail salon to be fast and I get it, I hate sitting for two hours with a manicure and a pedicure. I came here Friday Oct. 13 at 9:45am. They open at 9:30. I was the very first one to walk in. I asked for a mani pedi French tip. I believe the lady who tried to do my French tip was Tina. She was unable to do a French tip. So another lady had to step in, and she also did a very poor job. All of my nails look different. Then the lady doing my toes cut my toe and spend the entire time trying to get my toe to stop bleeding. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. They charged me $100 for a French tip that looked like was done by a child , and a pedi where I walked out with my toe bleeding. read more

I always forget to get their names but they always get me right with my gel pedicure and helping me pick the perfect color for me. This is my go to pedicure spot. I don't get manicures, gel or any nail sets done so this is strictly for waxing and pedicures. The nail salon recently updated all of their pedicure massage chairs. They are really awesome and have multiple settings for massages, adjusting the height and had a functional table to put your purse or drink if you bring one. This has made my experience here much better. There are 8 pedicure stations and 8 nail stations. I generally get a callous remover addition on my package. They are super diligent about getting all of mine, which are a ton since I stand a lot. The polish usually last 4-6 weeks. Waxing is always a hit. They are quick and will follow the shape of your brow if you don't give direction. So take a photo of your requested brows so they get the shape right. Overall I'm happy with this place and have come once a month for a year. It's really Transformed over that time and has a lot more workers in the afternoon evening time. They're very good about taking walkins. read more

When the lady was doing my nails I thought it will hurt like other nails salons but it didn't hurt. They also did a french tip and it came out amazing. I used to always get french tip but they never came out good so I stop but then when I came here to try it, it was amazing. I usually like to come every 2 weeks bt sometimes it's over 3 weeks before my next appointment and my nails stay intact every single time!! First off, my mom paid for my nails in advance with out me knowing. They told her I was getting a full set and made her pay $50. I got a fill and that should only be about $20. They totally scammed my mom and that was what was probably most upsetting about this experience... anywho... I asked for the picture on the right and my nails are the picture on the left. I felt comfortable asking for these nails because the photo was from a review a previous customer of theirs made (I found the review on Google). After they finished with my nails I was honestly going to just go with it, pay, and leave. But they told me my mom paid for it so I went to show her and she was upset that she paid $50 for this... We go back and ask for a refund and the owner literally told me that if we were to get a refund they'd have to take off my nails! They weren't even their nails! I got my set somewhere else and all I got from them was a fill! And then they started blaming me saying I should've said something during the process. I told them that I wasn't a nail tech so I wasn't going to tell them how to do their job since I know nothing about how to do acrylic nails, all I knew was that this was nothing like the picture I showed them.
