This is a very nice place to get your nails done. It is very clean and tidy with lots of cute plush Pikachus and Labubu figures decorating throughout. The furniture and fixtures are a bit more high end than a typical nail shop and again, it's very clean and well-maintained. There is a wide variety of nail polishes to choose from and although I haven't tried it, they also offer nail art. I have visited 3 times and can honestly say that I appreciate their gentleness. I have not experienced any overly aggressive massage or cuticle removal at this salon. My feet look and feel great after a pedicure here. read more

Beautiful salon and lovely people they stayed late for me. Sadly and unfortunately the gel manicure started chipping 4 days later and I reached out the following week (today) to let them know. I mean I need a whole new application the whole manicure is coming off which is crazy for gels that quickly. I'm a beauty pro 20 plus years licensed and the whole bit. I wanted a refund no one reached out. The reason I don't want them redone is because I don't want to sit there for another hour for it not to last. If you are going to charge high prices the work needs to match. It's an insult to my industry. My prices are high in my work because I'm skilled and my work lasts a long long time. Pedicure was good. Not worth the price. Location and vibe has good potential , make sure your technicians are skilled enough for your prices. read more

The Bicolor Team introduced me to Biogel which I highly recommend if you want long, natural nails that are also strong, and I've been going ever since! My go-to nail tech, TJ, is the best and has brought so many of my ideas to life. The service is exceptional, scheduling is a breeze, the prices are great, and I always leave with a smile on my face and a compliment from a stranger for my set! I'd follow TJ to Tijuana if he opened his salon there. He does impeccable nail art, and is always up on the latest trends (in case you're indecisive like me and need a second opinion). The manicures always last 3 weeks without any chipping or issues. The Los Feliz location is the second Bicolor location, and it's clear TJ put a lot of heart into the new space. Very spacious, clean, comfortable, with parking in the back (or relatively easy to find street parking). I've been to many of the so-called "best" nail artists in LA and can say with confidence TJ is actually the best. You won't regret your appointment! read more

Unreasonably expensive. Very limited, difficult parking. The owner responded to this review in Google Maps but Google doesn't provide me a method of rebuttal. The owner says there is parking to the rear of the building, but there are no signs or easily visible signs directing customers to that parking which would be a great help to customers. And no, indeed, I did not take a service as soon as I found out the cost. For me, nail work is not that hard to do, and quality nail polish is not that expensive. :-) read more

I finally found a nail salon that does everything right. They just get it -- from how to shape to how they put on polish, everything is done perfectly. The space is spotless, and I love that they don't use gross water bowls for manicures -- it feels so much cleaner and more professional. The staff are so kind and actually take their time to make your nails look perfect. I did the Bio Gel nails and was so impressed -- my nails actually grew, and they've stayed strong. Every other place I've tried, my nails chipped within the first week, but not here. The pricing is absolutely worth it for the quality. Bad pedicure. They didn't remove all the gel off my toes, barely scrubbed my feet at all, and barely removed dead skin. I had to instruct the tech to remove more dead skin and really clean. Just overall careless with the nail prep. Came out looking okay in the end. I was also with my friend and they cut her toe nails so short she was in pain. The nail artists here are so talented and skilled. I heard that most of them worked with a lot of celebrities before and still working with them and do their nail arts. I've been to Bicolor three times now -- twice for a pedicure and once for a gel manicure. Booking online is super easy. Every time I've gone, I've had a great experience. It's very clean, the nail techs are super nice and check in with you to make sure you're happy with the nail shape before moving forward.
