I'm sitting here in the restaurant with an extremely upset stomach. Perhaps it was everything I ordered, this food is awful. Two out of three of the drinks where horrendous. Service was extremely slow and lazy. Had to ask for water, had to ask to place order and had to ask for check. I'll never come back. read more

This is a great new addition to Canyon Park. I have tried the Chili Chicken and Mongolian Beef, both were excellent and at reasonable prices. I work up the street and this is definitely the new standard for North Bothell/Canyon Park happy hour/post work. Chuy, the bar manager, is fantastic. I told him what I like to drink and he made me one of the best cocktails I've had in recent months, including numerous bars in Seattle/Bellevue. Great food, great staff, great drinks. I ordered the hot and sour vegetable soup and chicken dumplings. The soup was very dark and mysterious looking, not what I expected, it tasted burnt and was not flavorful at all. The chicken dumplings were also poor tasting, the meat was very dry. Very disappointed especially since I paid $14 for both. read more

It was an unfortunate experience. We arrived to meet friends and essentially were one of three tables in the restaurant. Seated timely, as really there was no wait, however, the wait began at the table. Several minutes went by before even being noted by the wait staff. Once found, drinks were ordered, which really took more minutes to get than necessary as there were no people in the bar. More time goes buy when finally menus arrive... As none of us had been in the restaurant previously, it took several minutes to determine what our orders were to be. The orders were taken, however, the food took forever to arrive and when it did it, came out piecemeal over a period of an hour.. the first served were completely done with their meal before the last person had received her bowl of noodles (how hard is it to prepare a bowl of noodles?) 4 of us had chicken as the base... the chicken appeared to come from the same pot, with various sauces poured over it. One of our party order the fried rice with a request for no onions, well there were no vegetables at all. Add insult to injury for hungry people, tables who were seated after us were served before us. It can be noted that they received their noodles in a timely manner. When commented to one of the staff, a man came and gave excuses. There is no excuse for poor service and lip from a staff member when the concern has been expressed. One of the members of our table had previously had take out. This restaurant should go back to a smaller location and do take out. They seem better suited for that. read more

This Indian-Chinese restaurant is located in the Canyon Park neighborhood of Bothell. It does not do much business, and most customers appear to be engineers and tech people from the nearby business park, stopping in on their way home. We have visited three times. The bartender is friendly and attentive, and on our first visits we ate items from the happy hour menu, and these were good. But last night we tried the main menu with disappointing results. The eggplant with chili sauce was marked one star on the menu for spiciness, but we all agreed that two or three stars would be more accurate. The lo mein with chicken was not fresh; it tasted as if it had been made earlier in the day and then kept in a warming pan. The mixed vegetables were soupy and lacking in freshness. Wow, what a wonderful experience! The ambiance, food, and drinks were well-curated and cultured. We arrived at Happy Hour and were lucky enough to nab, the veggie spring rolls. They were served with two sauces and perfectly crispy with a subtle flavor. I ordered the Shanghai noodles, they had complex flavor and definitely tasted like authentic Chinese street food. I loved mixing them with the four spicey sauces available and the onion vinegar sauce. My fiance ordered the Mongolian beef which he says had balanced flavors and I could tell it was a nice quality beef. We ordered the Indian Mojito and "The Winter is Coming" cocktail which was tart and carefully curated. Finally, and the reason why I chose to write this review, is our great service! We were blessed to have Stephen as our waiter and he was so friendly and engaging, he gave meaningful suggestions and seemed to really be passionate about the menu. Second time here. First time was really good, second not so much. Couldn't figure out why nobody was in the place on our first visit but I get it now. The Good points are nice decor and reasonable prices. The food was just not good. The place has a good selection of beers on tap, probably the best collection in the neighbourhood and only $4 beers. What can I tell about this place. My second home when I'm not working. Chui has been a great manager. Knows you by the name, take care of you and indulge in conversations making your time more interesting. I like eating chicken 65 with steam rice here. So nice to a family and fun oriented restaurant with great tasty and spicy food on menu opened in Bothell. I had very positive experience at their Bellevue location so for long wished to have one in Bothell as well. Finally here it is! The people, the new owners are so nice and caring. They tend to each and every need of customers while in their restaurant. I like the management who doesn't sit back and let employees to handle customers. These folks are rolling their sleeves and getting down to business. Staff is as caring as management care to serve the customers. Food is awesome, I went with my family and we enjoyed the food so much. Usually we don't go out and adventure but Inchin Bamboo is different in there class. Perfect for office get togethers as well. Huge space is a positive for customers and management. I'd definitely recommend this place to all those who like cordial, caring and family like experience. I wanted to be treated decently. This place has issues for sure. From the horrible service to the bland bland bland food. I went there today with two co-workers. The problems started with the hostess. I walked in and asked for a table for 3. She asked whether we wanted to sit in the restaurant or the bar. I told her we wanted to sit in the restaurant. She proceeded to tell me that there were tables in the bar and asked if I was sure whether I wanted to sit in the restaurant. What part of I want to sit in the restaurant was hard to understand. She proceeded to take us to the table. We sat down and waited at least 10 minutes before we were even offered water. Finally the waitress came by and took our orders the same time she brought water. As we were waiting for our food I proceeded to check out the bottles of sauce on the table. I noticed all four bottles had a date on them of May 2017. I wasn't sure if this was an expiration date or some sort of other date so I asked the waitress to go check. She came back and said she asked the manager and he told her that the sauces were good up to 18 months after the date on the bottle. Seems a little fishy. Our food came in we began to eat it. The hot and sour soup was awful. The spring rolls tasted like they came out of a frozen cardboard box and the 5 tiny shrimp I got for my $12 lunch combo meal were ridiculous. The worst part of the meal where the Hocker noodles that I paid an extra four dollars for. First of all they were cold when I got them and again like everything else it lacked flavor. I ended up taking two bites and left the rest of the bowl at the table. The waitress came back to take our plates asking if our meal was OK. I told her that the noodles were cold and I wasn't going to eat them. She apologized and left the bowl on the table and went to get our checks. When I saw my check I noticed that the Hokka noodles were still on the tab. I asked her if she expected me to pay for these noodles even though they were disgusting and cold. I was pretty amazed that she couldn't figure out that she probably shouldn't have charged me for them. She took my check back and finally removed them. This place really need some help quick. read more

walking out of the women's restroom, my girlfriend was slammed by the men's room door. the manager apologized and said this has happened before and they know it's a bad set up in that hallway with the doors. what? then why don't they fix it? my girlfriend now has a severely bruised shoulder and is in very bad pain. she had to cancel her trip to visit her parents today since it's too much pain to get to the airport and deal with travel. it's sunday so she wants to wait to see a doctor until tomorrow. this is totally uncalled for, the restaurant knows about this? it's happened on other occasions? don't go here. don't give them your business. read more
