We did the lunch BUFFET and here is the summary: GARLIC NAAN bread -- good herb; pretty nice texture but could be softer and less fragile; I love piling good mint chutney on top or tikka masala and creating a mini wrap CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA -- good luck finding any chicken in here; since it was early in the lunch hour, I don't believe customers "cherry picked" the chicken so it was likely a cost-cutting measure due to buffet all-you-can-eat pricing; I broke up some tandoori chicken to make this more enjoyable; good creamy flavor with light spice MINT CHUTNEY -- as usual quite spicy for my palate but I love it so I had some on naan; a very good rendition with nice texture TANDOORI CHICKEN -- good texture and not dry which sometimes occurs with this dish; less red coloring than usual; pretty good flavor CARROT MILK PUDDING -- dad and I tore this up; it's like a carrot cake pudding; creamy, sweet and delicious with slight grainy texture; I need to make this at home; yum!!! read more

The Good: Lunch time buffet is amazing. The food is hot and fresh and you get naan, I love this stuff so much. The have really 3 sections for the buffet. The first are the starters like samosas , the second area is mostly vegetarian, and the final section are the meats and main entrees. The Bad: Smaller selection than I was hoping. There are about 20ish different dishes. The Ben: Fresh, hot and delicious. I would come back here anytime. The restaurant has a large open atmosphere. The service was excellent, thank you Sid. We had the garlic Naan bread, perfectly done large portion and delicious. The Raita yogurt sauce was good. First time here, so the review might be colored by my first experience here. Let's begin with how on Earth are they able to offer a lunch buffet for 10.99, that too on a weekend! Okay, may be the food is meh? Service non-existent perhaps? No. And No. The food isn't mouth wateringly good that I'd give up my first-born, but it was definitely worth more than what I paid for. The buffet spread was pretty decent and the last time I saw this much variety was in Dallas 4 yrs ago!! Best Indian food restaurant in town! This is a family owned business and their food is always delicious. I come at least once a week and love all the options. I am vegan and gluten free and there is always plenty for me to eat, plus the chef is great and takes good care of his regulars. I will continue coming here for many years to come. I had high expectations for this place place given the stellar reviews, but this place was just OK. The food was OK, but not really better than other places in the area. We got the lunch buffet, and maybe a la carte is better, but it tasted just middle of the road to us. There was salad, egg rolls, about 4 vegetarian options, 4 meat options, and dessert (we didn't try the dessert). The chicken biryani that everyone raved about was kind of dry. The naan was burnt and hard...we love naan, but our basket was pretty inedible. The place was extremely crowded (not the restaurant's fault) and the line for the buffet was like 10+ deep the entire time. What was the restaurant's fault was the poor service...maybe this is in direct correlation with how busy they were, but we did not get good service at all. No one ever came by to offer water, pick up used plates, or ask us if we needed anything. They dropped off the check right after we stood in the massive line to get food (first round) and they were always yelling to each other. Again, they were super packed, so I kinda understand, but just not a pleasant dining experience. I much rather go to Rasoi or India Kitchen down the street... The manchurian here is a must try. The sauce is super flavorful and the manchurian balls are perfectly cooked - not too squishy and not rock hard.
