This place had some pretty solid, above average Indian food, until I bit into the cockroach that was in my lamb curry. Seriously, I never post reviews anywhere, never post on FB, live a very quiet life online...but I felt compelled - obligated even - to share my interesting situation this one time. The fact that I still gave 2 stars *despite* partially eating dead insect carcass should speak to my honesty here. The other, non-cockroach food was good, but I most def will not be ordering from here again...and am probably gonna chill on Indian food in general for a little while. I should note that this was delivery, very end of the night at that, so there was no complaining to the manager as this was happening, no opportunity to bring him over to my table to show them the cockroach. You all will have to just take my word for it that this did indeed happen. I have no vendetta, do not work for the rival Indian restaurant in town. Our fave Indian restaurant in Colorado, so far! I actually ordered to go on Yelp and everything was made to order and prompt. Once I arrived, I went over the order and asked them to remake the chicken saag with just white meat. The chef was happy to do it and only charged an additional $3.23. I also asked for the lobster tikka with cauliflower and peas instead of bell peppers. It was tasty and the sauce was delicious!!! I am super picky so this is a great review!!! It wasn't one specific thing, but the culmination of many issues: - very slow service - the wait staff were unattentive as we waited quite a while for someone to check back on us - the waitress had already taken our order, but then came back to take our order again - the food tasted good, but even ordered as 'medium' - it was bland and not very spicy - dinner service took far too long considering the number of guests - although they honored it - they did not recognize their own offer/coupon - the mobile checkout device spit out a blank receipt with no copy of what we had paid - also, the parking lot is full of tight spaces and far too much traffic for its size ...not worth it read more

Excellent service, inviting ambience, and delicious food! I went to India's Kitchen for the first time this week with a group of 5 girlfriends for dinner and we all loved it! The restaurant is very nicely decorated with Indian and Nepalese tapestries and murals - made you forget you were in a suburban shopping center! Service - The service could not have been friendlier - the waitstaff greeted us promptly and got our food out quickly and always refilled our drinks. Drinks - My one friend let me try a sip of her Mango Lassi which is a neat almost smoothie-like refreshing drink which I plan to get next time I go! Appetizers - we got both veggie and meat samosas which were VERY tasty and fluffy and fresh unlike other places that probably use pre-frozen samosas, these were fresh and tasty, and big! Entree - I went for the chicken tikka masala with a side of garlic naan and it was lovely! You can order your entree mild, medium, or spicy in terms of spice temperature. I like a little spice so I went with medium and was very pleased. And you can't beat homemade naan! The portions were generous and I had a whole helping leftover for lunch the next day. On my way to do a Gold Standard skincare presentation I needed to grab a bite. Not only am I detoxing but I am also gluten & dairy allergic and can't have many other things like garlic & onion. So choose Indian right?!? Because they don't use any of that. but I knew dairy free & gluten free was simple for them. So I called and got an amazing gal who answered all my questions. She then told me they could make me curry anyway I needed. They went above & beyond. Since curry sauce was already made & chicken already marinated the chef squeezed all new coconut milk, added the squeezes tomatoes, cooked me fresh chicken, added carrots & green bell peppers and made me my own concoction. They asked about everything as not to contaminate me. They were awesome I cannot imagine that they can do this frequently but helping me get what I needed and being so amazing is beyond appreciated they needed to be recognized!!! read more

I'll start by saying this. Great selection of items and great service is what you'll find at Indian's Kitchen. I recently ordered via the Doordash app and the food arrived piping hot, so that's great. The downside is lately the amount of meat to Vegetable ratio keeps changing. A year ago when I ordered the Lamb Vindaloo, it was more meat and less potatoes. This time I ordered it and it was 3-4 small cubes of lamb and 10-15 potatoes. Will I order again? Unsure. Just like Mexican cuisine, finding a good Indian restaurant is the same way. I'd recommend rather than just adding more veggies, add more meat and up the price if you have to. Going skimpy is not going to bring me back. The worst part this is the third different dish that I noticed they did this with. read more

Yummy! We went for the lunch buffet and it was fresh, hot and delicious even at 2pm. We have been to our fair share of Indian restaurant that buffets, and this was by far the best!! Been here a few times. I typically get takeout, so I don't have much to share about the in-house service. That being said, the folks that typically facilitate the transaction are rather brief and a bit rude frankly. It makes it a bit difficult to want to dine there, but the food is just so good. Many options for me as I don't eat meat, and incredibly flavorful. Bummer that the servers aren't more friendly, but at least the food is everything I'd hoped for! read more

Whether eating in the restaurant at the buffet (pre-COVID) or ordering off the menu, or even ordering takeout, the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The prices are very reasonable as a single entree can feed more than 1 person. All that is great, but what compelled me to write this review was their exceptional customer service. Tonight, I ordered takeout and realized at home that the restaurant had forgotten my order of vegetable samosa (which is home-made and a fantastic appetizer). I called India's Kitchen to let them know and planned to ask them to just give me a credit next time I'm in, since I visit so regularly. Instead, they offered to bring it to my home, and even added another appetizer to my order free of charge! 15 minutes later, they knocked on my door and came through! The chicken tikka kabobs were a tad dry. The korma was a little salty. Nothing you couldn't eat, but definitely not worth ordering again. The service is so-so. I have been a here a few times and it has ranged from acceptable to where the heck did the waiter disappear to, again. If you want Indian Food, you happen to be in Parker, and you do not feel like driving, then you may choose to go here. It is not cheap. I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. First off, parking is a disaster. Half of the parking spots were taken by construction, effectively shielding the restaurant from view. Second, the restrooms were a mess. Filth everywhere. Third, no ice in the water, it was tap water with crap floating in it, and it was warm. I drank from my own water bottle at home. Fourth, the OIL IN THE FOOD IS INSANE!!! It's dripping and saturated with it. Disgusting and inedible! Their so-called "mango custard" is a gelatinous mess. Food was mislabeled. Labeled as "malai kofta," a vegetarian dish, was actually BEEF. What the actual hell?! Could seriously anger people. This is far from authentic Indian cuisine. Beef would never be served here. We asked for naan in the beginning of our meal and didn't get it till half an hour later. Ridiculous. And the employees! They don't even know what they're serving. A table in front of us asked "what is vindaloo?" The waiter said "I don't know but it's five stars." Wow. Way to go. They were incredibly dismissive when people asked for extra water, napkins or anything. Never coming back and it's the first time here. What a damn shame. read more

India's Kitchen has definitely improved over the years, and is now much better than India's Clay Oven (but not as good as Tamarind in Castle Rock!). They have white meat chicken available, and the food is reliably tasty, with spice levels able to be adjusted. They frequently have Groupons available, and it's easy to get in. The only thing that is iffy is the service. When I went a few nights ago, it was excellent. But when I went the previous week for lunch, we hardly had any service and had to go to the bar to pay the check. Despite the inconsistency, I still recommend it! read more
