    Steelhead al pastor
    Ria T.

Ambiance is incredible here! Vibes were great and I talked to the owner for a while about her and her husbands story. Food was definitely Indian inspired which I loved, the steelhead Al pastor reminded me of tandoori salmon. Happy hour also looks killer! Will be back for that. The staff was super kind and friendly definitely a good date night and good use of the resy credit

Great restaurant! The cocktails were delicious (the Moscow Mule was fantastic and the alpaca drink was so unique) and the food was good (shoutout to the shrimp taco starter). The servers (one of whom was an owner) were very friendly and helped us celebrate a birthday complete with a scoop of gelato and a birthday candle. This would make for a good dinner date spot, very indigo (get it?) and moody.

I really liked the atmosphere here. Dimly lit, good girls night/ date night/ elevated dinner energy. The wait time was a bit much with us supposed to be seated 50 mins earlier (on top of waiting 20 mins). With that being said, I really liked the fries. Perfect crisp and thinness ratio for me but the wings were just average. Drinks were fun and would come back for their happy hour deals!

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Indigo this week. My party ordered the smash burger, marina mix, mint old fashioned and margarita and they were all delicious! The food was very flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Juicy burger and thin, crispy fries. The marina mix is a yummy beer battered salmon, shrimp and scallop combo. Also cooked and seasoned perfectly. Excellent service by Izzy! Ambiance is nice and cozy. Enjoyed meeting the owners Suzy and Kash. And learned that they opened the restaurant 10 months ago. Really hospitable and welcoming spot and I look forward to returning soon and trying the specialty cocktail, Rakshashi's Lure!

A husband and wife team took over Boho in the Marina about 10 months ago. The owner she is running the restaurant as our host and waitress and her husband is the chef. He definitely made a mean burger, she said his pride and joy and it sure showed in each juicy delicious bites. They have brunch menu for Sat and Sun. Extensive cocktails menu for sure. The egg white omelet with mushrooms was also delightful. Very cute and cozy restaurant, can not beat the service and food so it's a win win to eat and chill.

I was excited to try this place but not too sure if I'd come back. There was a wait time even though we had a reservation on a Saturday. The ambiance is really nice inside and at the bar. The menu is quite small and there's not many vegetarian options. All the food is also very pricey. I got what the servers recommended. The cuisine is all over the place and all the options seem kinda random. I was expecting to try the gobi Manchurian as seen on the online menu but it wasn't available. I got the salad item to start and it was okay. It had cottage cheese, squash, apple slices etc. I also got the cheese board, fries, spiced rice, and creamy spinach. The consistency of the spinach was too watery in my opinion. The cheese board had various cheeses and it came with naan as the bread which didn't go well with the cheeses and honey. Both drinks I tried were not very good either and had odd flavors. The smoking s'mores dessert was cool but I didn't love the mousse part of it. The service was okay but a bit disorganized.

We had a fantastic meal and our server was excellent. There were a few hiccups that really detracted from our experience. We had a reservation, but were seated 10 minutes late at a makeshift table you expect when they're overbooked. Our server was amazing. She was insightful, humorous, and very attentive. Dinner itself was delicious, and we were very impressed with the food. After we closed our bill, the owner stopped by our table and we had a nice chat about our experience and the restaurant. During our exchange, he noted the drinks we were having. Five minutes later, he returned and told us that our drinks were not on our bill (which we had already paid), and we were asked to wait so they could bring us a second bill for the drinks. So, after we closed our tab and were ready to leave, we waited another 15 minutes for a second bill with the items that the restaurant missed. The drinks in question were ordered at the bar while waiting for our table, but we were seated before they were ready, and the drinks were brought to our table. At this price point, a faster ring-up or comping the missed item would've made it feel handled. The food was great, but the clunky and awkward moments when arriving and leaving are unfortunately the standouts from our dining experience.

Came in black friday, and was greeted by a calm space with cheery staff. We were given a table, and the host immediately changed their thoughts and gave us an even more illuminated table which we appreciated. We weren't even giving a stink or anything the host was just so kind and moved us. We felt like royalty dining in their home. Suzy kindly greeted us and took our order; they did have happy hour deals going on but she didn't push the drinks on us which again, we appreciated. We did the wings and a side of fries. I kid you not, these were the best fries you can find in the Marina. Perfectly crispy and thin. I will absolutely be back for wing Wednesday for dollar wings (my boyfriend is obsessed with the wings here.) Also seeing a review that the trout al pastor is a must so I will try next time I'm in.

We walked in for dinner on a Saturday and it was packed. Our wait for a table of 2 was only a few minutes. Make reservations if possible! Parking around the area sucks so park in a lot if possible. The food was delicious and the cocktails sounded unique too. We didn't try any since we came from a bar prior, but they looked amazing when I seen other patrons order them. The steak, fish, and fries were all good! Just not a big fan of the tortilla the fish was on, but the toppings were good. The owner was so kind. He made sure to check up on all the guest and tell us about the story behind the restaurant.

We booked a table at indigo for the NYE celebration. The service was amazing - our super active and messy toddler was treated so warm and with understanding! Appeared that it's a relatively new family business and the owners put all their heart in making this place a local gem. The food was not bad, especially the burger. But the polenta was too liquid and the portion was small. We really liked the NY decorations and overall ambience of the place. We might come again to try other menu options.

Stopped here for HH recently on a thursday afternoon. We started with 2 margaritas and shared some wings and fries. It was pretty quiet at first but it got progressively busier and louder as it got later and closer to dinner time. HH prices are really good! The margs were good, appreciated that they were not sweet and tasted like they use real lime juice. Refreshing and a nice start Tequila lime wings were a little bland but they brought 2 delicious home made sauces that saved them. 1 was a mango habanero and the other was a berry habanero. Both were delicious and had a nice kick to add to the wings. Their fries were awesome. Great texture, flavor and were served hot. The owner came by and introduced himself and made sure we enjoyed everything. He also mentioned that everything is homemade and made to order with fresh ingredients which definitely came across in the food and drinks. To finish I had their espresso martini which is made with a Bob's donut soaked rum. Really tasty, fun and a unique take on it! Will definitely be back for HH and to try more items. A nice addition to the neighborhood.

Is this a restaurant for kids (under 10)?

I had my kids with me. There's not a kids menu, she had a burger & fries. Ask if the chef can make a smaller portion.

Did a lot of people like your popular food?

Oh absolutely--so many people liked it. One guy tried to steal the recipe and accidentally proposed to the SMASH BURGER.

We ended up seated outdoors beneath one of those industrial heat lamps, which was blasting uncomfortably hot air until our server kindly switched it off at our request. That said, the service was efficient and attentive. Our drinks arrived promptly despite the crowd, and the staff managed the busy room well. Nothing particularly memorable about the experience, but perfectly adequate for a casual evening out. A solid four out of five stars.

The food itself without the add-ons doesn't seem to be much, at least to me, so getting those add-ons was a more perfect amount of food for me to feel satisfied. We started with some puri puri and kachori. The puri puri was really flavorful with that bit of mango and passion fruit, and the kachori was nice with the tamarind and ginger gel. We also tried the shiso chaat (potato tikki, ragda mousse, raspberry) and baingan bharta cornetto (fire roasted eggplant, carrot, chili). The wine they paired with was a La Volta from Italy. Not typically the wine I'd go for, but it paired very well with these small bites. Next was the heirloom roots peppers. It sounded so good, and it was a light modest course. The wine was a Bradbourne from South Africa. They definitely get the pairings down here! The supplements/add-ons came next - Octopus Xec Xec (supplement $18) and Chicken Gushtaba (chili cheese kulcha supplement $8). The octopus was pretty good, nicely textured with good flavor. The chicken dish was more of a meatball with rich cheese sauce and bread. It was pretty rich for most of the table, but I ended up eating all mine and most of another one cause it was a bit too rich for her. The bread was soft and excellent, loved that kulcha supplement. The wine pairing was a Riesling from Austria. I didn't particularly enjoy this one, but can see how it makes a nice pair with these supplements. The other wine pairing here was a Xinomavro from Greece. Next came the main course - a lamb chop burra with Chaplin kebab, shiso crisp, beet, etc. It came with some dal, bread, etc. Definitely the biggest dish out of the tasting menu. They can give you more dal and bread and other sides as well. The lamb chop was pretty good, but the kebab was really extremely salty. The wine pairing was a Terrano from Italy. Pretty good and went well with the lamb and sides. Dessert was a carrot halwa pave. We also got some bonbon. The cake portion was pretty good and nicely flavored, and I wasn't big on the bon bons. The wine was a really sweet Sauvignon blanc, more of a dessert wine. Wasn't my thing at all, but pairing made sense. Service and course descriptions were really great. We also tried some cocktails. Loved the cocktail menu since it had very SF names. Pretty nice atmosphere as well, and restrooms were clean and had some nice fancy products. Would def come back for some more cocktails and try some other stuff.
