I needed to rent for a one way car down to Sac/ Having problems with the app, I called and they were able to reset my login. Rep. Also helped reserve and redeem.. My total cost was $2.25! To me, that beat taking the train for five hours ! The downside was the only awd vehicle was a jeep. I would have thought being in our town and going over the pass , they would have had more awd's.. Jeep was not a good fit for me.. driver seat too high and I really couldn't lower it. The clock was not set, and trying to learn the dash panel before getting in was frustrating.. (Coming from a Lexus.. it' was very different).. also the car had less than half a tank-not knowing how many miles or what the mpg was-.. had to take time out of my route to get gas.. Employees were friendly. Location very convenient.

We drove it over 400 miles and it didn't seem like Zubi was going to offer a better vehicle. (2)Make sure you do a walk through and flag everything. They will send you an email notating all the dings scratches scrapes dirt before you take it. DO NOT take it otherwise. (3) the tires were good. (4) I suggest coming early for better options I rented from alamo previously in seattle and those guys were what's up. On the list was Automotive Innovations LLC. I gave them a call told them my concerns which I assumed were issues I'm not a mechanic. They were more then willing and informed me bring them the vehicle and they will see what's going on. While the vehicle was there they made good communication and informed me of issues they came across they fixed all that was covered by free coverage. And they also recommended other minor replacements that were not covered like spark plugs and I also need tires they gave me a very reasonable quote for parts and labor. This is a place where I feel comfortable with staff and I know my vehicle is taken care of I recommend this place to all. Will be coming back for future work!

I met…read morehim about 3 years ago when he looked at my BMW and showed me immediately 2 things that were wrong with my car -- things no one else had chosen to mention--and he was correct in his observation. Since then he has been my mechanic and has kept in repair both of my vehicles. He fixes everything that is wrong and does it promptly and at a fair price. He loves cars, and you learn that by watching how he works. He is interested in the whole vehicle not in just dealing with a current issue. He loves making vehicles work the way they should. In town, he is the "go to" guy for major issues with BMWs. He will change an engine for a car as easily as most mechanics change brake pads. I trust him to do what needs to be done.

They confirmed that I had done everything correctly. When our priest went to get the car they said he couldn't get it, cancelled the reservation I made for him, and made him pay with his own card. They charged him almost double of what they quoted me. I've used National since 2004, but never again for me. You've been warned. All you can expect from National when you call is 'pass the buck' and 'I can't do that for security purposes' BS.

Most recently I rented a car from here to drive to Elko to attend a wedding. I made the reservation months in advance online (it seems to be very hard to get a rental if you are less than a week out from the date you need the vehicle). I requested to pick up the car on Friday at 8am and return the car on Monday. Online system would not let me return the car Sunday as the location is closed. I arrived at the office at 8am and was promptly checked in. I was told the car would be ready shortly. The staff was nice, and I appreciate a clean vehicle (I also appreciate the extra sanitation due to COVID-19 including the extra Clorox wipes they leave for you in the car). However, it was over an hour before the car was ready. Not a huge deal as I was not on a set schedule, but disappointing to sit around for an hour. I don't claim to know how to run a car rental agency, but it seems to me that if you have a reservation on the books for the next day at 8am (when they open) then someone should assure the car is ready the night before. I know things happen that can mess up plans, but this was my only complaint. They thanked me for my patience, we inspected the car, I signed the paperwork, and I was off. No issues with the car at all. As an added bonus, I was able to return the car Sunday night by using the key drop box which was very convenient as I had to be to work on Monday at 7am (before Enterprise opens) which would have made returning the vehicle on Monday tough. Staff called the next day to close out the paperwork. Definitely would rent from here again!
