12/15/25- I have been a long time Enterprise customer and decided to redeem some of the points. I needed to rent for a one way car down to Sac/ Having problems with the app, I called and they were able to reset my login. Rep. Also helped reserve and redeem.. My total cost was $2.25! To me, that beat taking the train for five hours ! The downside was the only awd vehicle was a jeep. I would have thought being in our town and going over the pass , they would have had more awd's.. Jeep was not a good fit for me.. driver seat too high and I really couldn't lower it. The clock was not set, and trying to learn the dash panel before getting in was frustrating.. (Coming from a Lexus.. it' was very different).. also the car had less than half a tank-not knowing how many miles or what the mpg was-.. had to take time out of my route to get gas.. Today I had the pleasure of experiencing Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Reno. My beautiful Jeep is in the shop today. The management Team as well as my driver Glenn has been an exceptional Five Star Car Rental. I am driving a Jeep Wagoneer today. It is a beautiful vehicle, clean and well taken care of. It is fun sometimes to drive a new car even when you love your own car. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Reno. In September of last year, I needed a rental. I reserved a midsize car. When I went to pick up the car, I guess none was available, so the rental agent upgraded me at no extra cost, to one of their premium cars, a Toyota Prius, very nice car!!! And I appreciate the service, my only complaint was the driver that was supposed to pick me up at my house, he was late, so I had to catch Uber to make my pickup time, when he finally called me, I was already in my Uber, I told the driver I didn't need him anymore, I caught a Uber, he was very rude, stating "good luck with that" even the Uber driver thought it was rude. I did report the incident to the manager... so unprofessional!!! But over all very good experience. read more

Extremely wonderful customer service. No hassles, no problems. This was my first time renting a car, and I am now an enterprise customer for life. Everyone was extremely KIND and thoughtful. Don't go to this place. I went in to try to find a car while mine was in the shop. I was asked if I had a reservation and I told him "no" because I wanted to see if I had a choice on the car I was to drive. He was smug and asked "why is that". I told him many of the smaller cars are not safe and I will have my baby granddaughter with me. He made me feel stupid and told me the only thing I could do is wait and he would pull a Nissan Sentra from another lot. That is not much better than the tiny cars he had there. At $30 per day, you would think you would get better than "puddle jumpers". I did not like his condescending attitude and decided it was best to go elsewhere. read more

The Downtown Reno location of Enterprise Rental is the best place to rent autos in Reno. Russ and Adam at this location are tops in professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. A great experience! The counter was super easy to find, just at the end of the front desk. The guy working the desk had top notch customer service skills and the whole thing took about 20 minutes start to finish. The downtown location is far better for me than trekking to the airport to get a car. The only annoying thing is driving down from the 10th floor in the parking garage. A small price to pay to not go to the airport! There is a night key drop but you have to park (on the 10th floor of the self-park garage) and then hit the Enterprise desk. Totally stoked on this location - will definitely be renting from here again. read more

This is for the Enterprise Car Rental on 3005 Mill St, Reno, NV 89502. There is no Yelp listing except for the car sales which the Rental Department must be new. Anyways ... Took my car in to Arrow Automotive for the day for maintenance, I was stranded and needed a rental for the day. Arrow Automotive called Enterprise and they came and picked me up within 10 minutes. When arrived at rental shop the place was busy, but they had plenty of staff and there was hardly any wait. The staff were professional and fast. When dropped off the car at end of day, they drove me back to Arrow Automotive. Good rental experience. Will be back. read more

Looking to rent a car rather than put miles on either of our cars to drive up to Idaho, my sister and I opted to go with Enterprise through her Costco Travel membership (the savings is great!). We made the reservation online then a few weeks later set out to Reno to pick up the car. The rental desk is actually inside of the Silver Legacy Casino Hotel and we were greeted by a super nice clerk who was actually surprised and pleased we were early to make good on our reservation. We went over the necessary paperwork and then she led us up to the 10th floor of the parking garage for the hotel. Right by the elevators was their fleet of cars in every size practically and we were led to our full size car, a Nissan Altima. My sister at first was skeptical that it wouldn't have the room we needed for my DN's gargantuan car seat along with all the travel gear but it did like a champ! The clerk made sure the car was clean and checked for any scuffs, scratches, cracks in the windows, etc. The car passed with flying colors however it had a major chip in the windshield but she tested it with their tester that determines if it's still safe to rent out the car and it was. She did disclaim that if the chip turns into cracks that we would need to take the car to the nearest Enterprise office to get a replacement car. I was very impressed by her attention to detail and he overall great attitude that it make both of us feel good about this car rental and our choosing Enterprise. The car worked like a champ and safely got us from Point A to Point B back to Point A. When we brought the car back all we had to do was drop the keys off and we were on our way. One surprising thing to note was the lady that helped us before called later to let us know what our fuel charges were and our total for the rental. I thought that was really great of them to do that and I would HIGHLY recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car!!! read more

After dealing with pushy aggressive salesmen from other car dealerships. I was contacted by Kira Mccallister. She was prompt, professional and LISTENED. Something I had NOT experienced when dealing with other dealerships. Kira introduced me to her Finance Manager, Sharon and together they were able to put me into a beautiful 2018 Toyota Corolla. My whole experience from start to finish was amazing! I could not be happier. Do not use this company for any reason---- 1 they do switch and bait on their pricing. They will quote you one price and then charge you another. You will not be told the real price and they will slap your card with a huge deposit and you don't get it back! I rented a car for 2 days and 6 hours and Paid $280! I was told $$64.00-- and you don't get anything back! They lie and steal. Also, they hire very untrained uneducated people who will lie to you. If they do ever give you your deposit back they will keep it for 7-10 days. so you are funding their operating capital. Just use a reputable company. This one is hard up and clearly employees anyone who can show up that day. read more

Finally: a car rental place that acts as if they want my business! (This review applies to the 4th Street Reno Enterprise location.) I haven't owned a car in 30 years, so I'm quite familiar with car rental, car-share, and public transit services in several cities. Since moving to Reno two years ago my attempts to rent a car from the airport or the casinos have been consistently aggravating. But the staff at this Enterprise location were friendly, kind, and accommodating. The whole transaction was a pleasure from first phone call, to pickup, to drop off. This is now my go-to place when I need to get out of town! read more

We were experiencing difficulties with other branches of enterprise and on our third attempt to fix the situation, as we needed a bigger car, we called Silver Legacy branch where we were connected with Cheryl who went above and beyond to secure the right reservation. Her customer service and attitude were examples of what every employer should what for their employees. I would gladly reserve from her EVERY time!! read more

Worst ever. I always rent from Enterprise however NEVER again at the Silver Legacy. Nowhere on my paperwork does it tell me where to return the car, nowhere on Sierra street where the entrance to the parking garage is are there any signage for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, nowhere throughout the entire parking structure is there any signage for Enterprise rental car. I finally just park the car & came into the lobby and they have a little typed up note on their counter that says "Directions for returning" take it up to the 10th floor. This was not mentioned at pick up either so unless you are reading the multitude of brochures, gas charges, etc on the crowded little corner that Enterprise occupies at the hotel registration counter there is no way you would have any clue. Never again. Go to the Airport Enterprise or the one on 4th street! read more
