My grandson & I were in the mood for pizza for lunch on Saturday. We were disappointed with the lack of food on the buffet. We had to wait for pizza to be placed on the buffet. There wasn't enough for a family of 4 let alone 30~ customers. It's as if they only wanted to provide 1 slice pp every 20 minutes. They only made new pizzas when people requested when we asked for them. When we did get food, it was decent for the price. The tables were bussed but not cleaned. But otherwise clean. It was pretty sad to see customers standing at the buffet, ready to pounce as soon as a fresh pizza was available. read more

Great service & food! Obviously not gourmet stuff, but for the price?! It was $20 for two people all you can eat with drinks. You cannot got wrong! Unique flavors of pizza too! From taco to Buffalo chicken to spinach artichoke pizza (limited time item). They also have dessert pizzas, breadsticks, pasta, & salads (pre-packaged for cleanliness). The place is clean & have spread out tables. The staff was helpful & cleanly. I am so thankful this place was open after attempting to go to the Panera close by (no indoor dining there & you have to preoder). Overall, great first experience!! I came to Infinito's today for lunch and thanks to the free wifi signal that I was able to receive from Panera's next door, am writing my review as I sit here. I had a major craving for pizza but usually hate pizza by the slice and never get a whole pie for lunch. Foodwise, the place probably only ranks a 3.5 but I am pretty much blown away at how nice and friendly the staff are here. Everyone was super cheerful and friendly, but not in a phony way. They actually look like they enjoy working here! You pay before you eat .... for just me it was $7.40 which includes drink. There are at least 16 different pizzas here plus a pasta station and a salad bar. The salad bar was not super fancy but fresh and had all my favorites like corn, pickled beets, cucumber and a lot of other veggies like shredded carrots, onions, iceberg lettuce. Toppings included garbanzo beans, croutons, grated cheddar and feta cheeses, ham and pepperoni and a lot of different dressings. I wish the dressings had been labeled for low cal versions but hey, who am I kidding? I'm at an all you can eat pizza buffet :-/ I didn't try the pasta station so can't speak for that. The pizza overall was good. The pies were on the small side which was great ... that means you can try every single pie without exploding. My favorite was the sausage and pepperoni which was recommended. I also tried the alfredo and chicken bacon ranch. Other varieties I saw were: Pepperoni Sausage Rose (vodka sauce?) Ham and pineapple Buffalo chicken Cheese Bacon Dessert pizzas were surprising good (I totally agree with you, Traci!). With that out of the way, I would like to say good job to Infinitos and that time spent here is time well spent. I tried many different pizzas from cheese and pepperoni to Oreo apple, all of which I enjoyed. In addition to pizza they have cinnamon rolls, and a salad bar. An adult buffet is $6.99 and a drink is $1.99 so the price is good and you can eat as much as you want. The staff is very friendly and they will take pizza requests for the buffet. Those are the only positive things I can say, though. The food was bland, the restaurant itself looks pretty run down and could really use a face lift not to mention a good cleaning. Not as good as it use to be. My family and i were there on 7/8/22 and it started out with a large variety of pizza then went down, but that wasn't even the problem. The cheese on the pizza was awkward tasting and to greasy that it even made my niece and nephew sick. For me, the pizzas were to salty and over seasoned. They also need more pizzas with veggie toppings and not just all meat flavored pizzas. They don't even have supreme. Not going back there for awhile. read more

I HIGHLY recommend this place. First, I love both cheap and expensive food. While the quality isn't absolutely top-notch, it's pretty darn good considering the price ($7.93 total for unlimited pizza, pasta, salad, dessert, and sodas). I was very satisfied with each pizza bite. I am a lover of pizza and all the different varities; it was awesome to sit down and try several of my favorites at one low cost. And the portions are smaller, so you can try more varieties without worrying about gaining too much weight ;-) Pizza Buffet: They have 12 fresh pizzas out in the buffet I think at all times, but have as many as 25 - 30 different varieties they offer making. If they don't have a flavor you want ready, you can request it and they'll make it in minutes. Personal favorites of mine were the Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Bacon Ranch pizzas, but it was clear to me when trying a few of the varities that all their pizzas would be tasty. Also, their dessert pizzas (Apple Pie, Cherry Pie, and Chocolate Chip pie) were way better than Pizza Huts dessert pizzas, too. I was very impressed with their pizza given the price. The salad and pasta bar was also good, although I really came here for the pizza. One side note: another reviewer complained the salad dressings were not marked. I did see that they were on my visit to Infinito's, so just FYI for anybody concerned about that. In addition to the tremendous pizza selection, the customer service is top notch. They make sure you're enjoying the food, make sure there's nothing else you need, and all seem to be happy to be working at Infinitos. I was very impressed with their customer service, especially given you pay upon arrival and there's not a designated waiter/waitress (thus the restaurant isn't even looking for tips). I definitely recommend trying Infinito's to anybody at least once, if not more. INfinito's is a pizza, pasta and salad AUCE buffet. They just opened on Monday, March 2, 2009 at this location. The prices are reasonable the food is as good as I've had at the other good pizza retaurants. I will definitely be going back as long as the quality is maintained. Let me preface by saying.. my brain is rather tired today. When I walked in I was confused rather quickly about what to do. My bad. I entered with inappropriate expectations. You walk up to the counter right in front of you and start by paying for the meals. If you get a beverage, you get a cup. After that, it's rather freeform. You don't grab a tray and head down a line. Take a seat. Get rid of your stuff. Go fill you beverage cup. Then come back and decide where you want to start. The "line", when there is one moves from the "center"of the buffet out.. hot food to the right and salad bar to the left. Sadly, it took me 5 minutes to figure this out today. I kept instinctively going back to the register for a plate and they aren't there. The physical space is pleasant and airey with a pleasing color scheme - think Tuscan American Bistro. There is a separate room for private parties. All tables, they have both regular height chairs and the high "bar stool" types of tables and chairs. The Savory Pizza: There were 12 different pizzas offered today at lunch, both red and white. In general, they are pretty good. Crust was the typical thin partly limp easily folded that is so common in the area pizza shops. Perfectly fine but nothing to write home about. But then.. this ain't Jersey.There is no heel on the slices, it's almost a flat piece of dough with about a 3/4" margin of emptiness ot hang onto. The slices were 2-3 1/2 " wide. Nice variation so you can get as large or small as piece as you want without the urge to "cut that slice in half". The amount of sauce on them was good.. not too schmutzig and not painted on with a brush. Kept the pizza nicely moist. The cheese was not exceptionally greasey. Good stringiness and browned nicely around the edges. Toppings were varied and the 12 different flavors gave a good chance of finding something you'd like. Of course we had the classic red pizzas: cheese, pepperoni, sausage, sausage and pepperoni, mushroom, pineapple with ham, and veggie. Plus some nice white and alternate toppings variations: chicken bbq (looked like a bbq sauce topping); buffalo chicken, all cheese white, chicken ranch with bacon (oh that was goooooood) and.. ok what did I miss? I think there was a red pizza with just bacon which I didn't get to try. I liked the sausage and pepperoni. Really good cheese to topping to sauce ratio. The sausage were those little round "balls" which for some odd reason, I really like. Sausage was fairly mild. Pepperoni wasn't the most wicked I'd had but it had enough bite to say.. "Hey.. I'm pepperoni." My mom will like it. Pasta and Garlic Bread Garlic bread was made from bits of pizza dough and has a good garlicky flavor without being so overwhelming your eyes water. Nice and buttery too and you can be extra evil and roll them around in the pan to get even more buttery garlicky goodness. At first I was really disappointed in the pasta offering. There was a warming pan of rotini.. which was nicely cooked, moist and warm. Then they offered to "plain" sauces. First was a mild chunky marinara which wasn't too hot (spicey hot I mean) and had a good tomatoey tang to it. The second was a creamy alfredo sauce with just a hint of cheese flavor to it. My version of comfort food. I liked it - a lot. Well, I looked at these plain sauces and thought.. aww gee. that's it? When it dawned on me you were supposed to dress up the pasta at the salad bar. Woohoo!! Funness. (I realized this 15 minutes into my meal while eating my salad. I said my brain wasn't in gear today.) Which brings us to: The Salad Bar Nice. Clean. Fresh. Good variety. Lots of stuff I likes and lots of dressings, including two "lite" dressings. I don't think they used a preservative on the greens. It didn't have that funky taste. So here's the list of what was here today: romaine nicely chopped into very bite size pieces - no knife needed at all here croutons bacon bits spinach black olives green peppers finely sliced (how good in the marinara, aye what?) tomato wedges sliced red beets broccoli forests carrots yellow corn cucumber slices shredded red cabbage thinly sliced red onion sliced mushrooms peas cauliflower chick peas (garbanzos) yellow cheese shreds feta cheese crumbles ham and pepperoni Dressings were: blue cheese, french, thousand island, italian, tuscan caesar, ranch, oil & red wine vinegar, and the two dressings were a raspberry vinegarett and honey mustard. I wanted it to be good. I really did. I was hungry, starved in fact, when I decided to give INfinito's a try. The $5.49 AYCE deal really struck a chord with me and I was excited to see this chain move into the Harrisburg area. I walked into the restaurant a little after 6, prime eating time, and the place was packed. I was greeted immediately and courteously by a young girl. My dinner and drink (the DRINK is how they get you) cost $7.40. The place has a spacious and clean dining room but the bar hood from the building's prior incarnation remained hanging in the middle of the joint. They removed the bar itself, but the hood remains. A large selection of soft drinks line one end of the restaurant, and the buffet separates the dining room from the open kitchen area, which appears very clean and well-managed. I always give kudos for open kitchens. However, they obviously didn't put a lot of money into remodeling the place. Thankfully, they appear to be pretty good about keeping it clean. The salad portion of the buffet was ok, but uninspired. There was only one choice of greens, a blend of romaine and iceberg, finely chopped. The salad extras were the same culprits you find at any salad bar, nothing out of the ordinary. I thought the onions could have been chopped finer and the cabbage and peas were turning brown. The garbanzo beans had little smidgens of other toppings mixed in with them. The most annoying part about the thing is their layout....they had several choices of dressings, but they lined them all up along the front of the buffet, instead of in a bunch at the end, so you have to get your whole salad together, and then potentially have to go BACKWARDS in line to put your dressing on top. It was idiocy and it did not work with a crowd of people. They need to re-think that. The pizza was a disaster. The crust is dull, greasy, chewy and flavorless. The sauce is too salty and they put too much nasty, cheap cheese on top. The toppings were mostly gross. The sausage tasted freezer burnt and I could not taste the pineapples, though they were clearly on the pizza. They probably had 10-12 pizzas available and they were quick to refresh them, although I found their habit of shouting the type of pizza they were putting out annoying. My favorite was probably the chicken bacon ranch pizza, though I wasn't able to try them all. The spicy meatball pizza was quite spicy and especially greasy and, in my opinion, should be avoided. The dessert pizzas were all tempting; blueberry, apple and chocolate chip pizzas and itty-bitty cinnamon rolls. I tried the choc chip pizza. It was ok. I thought it was a little dry, the fruit pizzas might've been better. I also grabbed a few of the cinnamon rolls, which were made with the same gross, chewy pizza dough. By the time dessert had rolled around, I had quite enough of that dough. About 20 minutes after dinner, my GI tract decided it had enough too. For my final word on INfinito's, I will defer to the anonymous customer who walked out the exit door and puked in the parking lot. I think he said it better than I ever could. read more

The buffet was a mess, and several of the "clean" plates had food all over them. Disgusting. I asked to speak to a manager. The girl told him, I saw him look in my direction and then completely ignore me! When I finally tracked him down so I could discreetly let him know about the plate situation, he blew me off. This is one of the better pizza buffets around. We went on a Saturday around 6:00 pm and it was very busy. In fact we got one of the last tables before they told people that they would have to wait until some tables clear. The price is a little higher than Cici's Pizza, it is $6.99 for an adult and $1.99 for unlimited refill drinks. Work every bit of the price. Large variety of pizza's on the buffet and there is also a pasta bar and a salad bar. You can even ask for a special pizza to be made. All the ones I tries were very good. My favorites are the Tuscan Taco and the Bacon Cheese Fries. There was 4 different dessert pizza's along with cinnamon rolls. We will definitely come back. read more

Pizza buffet + drink for less than $8 is a terrific value. The pizza/slices are smaller in size, but makes sense to reduce waste, and keep fresh pizzas coming. The staff yells out the variety as they come out of the oven. The salads are fresh, the pizzas keep coming, and dessert pizza that's close to what's found at the Pizza Hut lunch buffet. The dessert pizzas are like crack! Went with my sister for dinner, and was greeted by the manager, and a friendly busboy that cleared our plates. No complaints here. Good value for money. My husband and I frequent this place a lot. Today, however, wasn't the greatest. We had a late lunch...which meant the place had emptied after lunch and before the dinner crowd. The selections were slim pickings. We usually go for dinner and have never had a problem. I recommend the breadsticks! They are delicious for a buffet. The drink selection is fairly large and a help-yourself one. The staff here is really outgoing and friendly. Some will go out of their way to make the customers satisfied, which to me- is pretty amazing seeing that they don't receive tips. Great place to stop in if you're craving a variety of pizzas for around $6.50. Quality is average for a buffet but the staff is always friendly every time we go. My favorite pizza is the Chicken Bacon Ranch or the Bacon Cheese Fry. Salad bar is hit or miss and they do offer pasta though I haven't tried it. Best time to hit it is dinner as they replenish the pizzas on a regular basis but there usually is a crowd. Lots of parents and kids. I have been here several times. The staff if always friendly and they do a very good job at "restocking" the pizzas. However, the place itself is usually pretty dirty in the dining area and looks pretty run down. Lights are usually half burny out, and if you have to use the restroom...well...don't. At least in the men's room, there were mutiple light bulbs out making it very dark, the soap dispenser was broken and had fallen off the wall, and the toilets themselves were soaked in urine. I have returned multiple times only for the staff and the pizza. However, the rest of the place really needs cleaned up. read more

I used to love going here until they allowed a customer with a dog into the restaurant. No pets should be allowed in the restaurant. It was clearly not a service animal and the manager gave some BS excuses as to why he couldn't go ask the customer about her dog. I refuse to ever go back since they allow pets in their restaurant. It's really sad that the manager wouldn't say anything since it caused more than just my table to be upset about the situation. All you can eat buffet: pizza, pasta & salad. So my husband and I finally decided to stop in and try this place. We were very hesitant because of previous pizza buffet experiences (The Pizza Buffet in Mechanicsburg which was a joke & CiCi's in York which was too hyped up and just mediocre). After getting my drink (they have three soda machines = no waiting) I jumped right into the pizza. They had at least 12 kinds of pizzas up for the taking. It turned out to be good. It is by no means the best pizza, but for the price it was quite good. I then moved on to the pasta. They have only rotini pasta and two sauces: Marinara & Alfredo. I had the marinara. It was quite good. I enjoyed it. The dessert was even better. There were cinnamon buns, which were out of this world. I think they were the best thing I ate there. Then there were the three dessert pizzas: Apple, Cherry, & Chocolate Chip. The cherry was very flavorful and good. The chocolate chip was very good. It was surprisingly not overwhelmingly sweet with all the chocolate it had on it. I did not have a salad, but did look over the offerings. I beleive they say they have at least 18 different toppings to choose from, there was quote a few. And it all looked very fresh. My husband did have a salad and he said everything tasted fresh.
