This company is so legit. Nancy, the President of Infinity Landscaping, is currently outside trimming my trees and working right along side her guys. This woman is a BOSS! Here's the story. I called, she answered (which is more than I can say for the other two companies I called before her) and we made an appointment for her to come out and give me a quote the next day. She kept in contact with me via text and showed up pretty much on time. (She texted to let me know she was delayed which was fine because so was I). We talked about the basic clean up my front and backyard needed and honestly-- if it wasn't for Covid, I would have hugged her like a baby Koloa Bear hugs it's momma. She was friendly and funny and knowledgeable. She quoted me a ridiculously reasonable price. I said yes and never looked back. The night before our agreed upon time, she texted me a confirmation. The next day they were on time and even Nancy came and helped. I've had help with my weeds before but Infinity has gone above and beyond. I've already seen them do little things we didn't talk about but needed to be done (like the tree trimming). I'm so in love with this company, their service and with Nancy herself. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Had a firm appointment at 12PM a couple days ago. Nancy texted 2 hours after the appointment time to say she was running late but could be to my home at 5:30PM. We rescheduled for 9AM today. At 9:07AM I texted her to see if she was close. At 9:17AM she texted yes, see you in a bit, what's a bit? Is that a time in the UK? I sent a kind text saying no thanks I've moved on. For me that was enough. You're welcome, Nancy, I gave you the opportunity to reschedule and again I was very kind not to let you drive here to an empty house and a door that wouldn't answer. I was very kind to respect your time. Wish I had the yelp reviews, prior to today, because NEXTDOOR has great reviews and referrals for you to which I will wreck that curve with my review! You Suck! We have used Infinity Landscaping for almost six years. They visit our site every two weeks for routine maintenance. A couple of times each year, they perform more elaborate pruning and trimming for our trees and larger bushes. We also invite them back for special projects like fire-mitigation brush removal around the perimeter and the like. Nancy (President) and Miguel (Ops Mgr) are extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and patient in answering any questions we have. Many of our neighbors remark on the quality and appearance of our front yard. We owe it all to the team from Infinity. Their pricing is very fair, we have never had a surprise in their invoicing, and when there are extra charges for special services, they are clearly listed and explained. Just found a fantastic yard service! Infinity Landscaping just did a major cleanup of my yard from all the weeds and dead shrubs. I wish I had taken before pictures to go with the after pictures but you can see how large our yard is. Nancy actually listened to me during the visit for an estimate and she lived up to her promises. Do not hire this company, literally just caught them blowing all crap from the yard they are working on to the neighbors lawns. Imagine rather than get a tool that sucks up the yard waste you blow it next door. Guess what we are blowing g it back. Do you think that makes a happy customer? Will our neighbor love that rather than pick up the crap it's now all back on his property. This is the second visit our ring camera caught you blowing it on our property. Easy go get a tool that sucks :). Rather than operate a company that Sucks ;) what's worse when I walked over to talk to them the only English speaking defended the fact they blew it into our yard cause they could 100 % tell it came from our tree. Called Infinity Landscaping to get a quote on yard cleanup and monthly maintenance. Spoke with Nancy who scheduled an appointment to take a look at the yard. After waiting an hour and 15 mins past the appointment I called Nancy to make sure I did not get the incorrect week. Nancy stated she was running behind and would be there in a bit. I confirmed with her asking, "Our appointment was at 10:00, correct?" She said yes. I said, in the future it would be nice to inform a customer when you are running over an hour behind. Used Nancy and migel for a few years. Work is sloppy as indicated by the picture. Referred a neighbor and they didn't even appreciate it. It wasn't great service but cheap. Trimming my palms last season broke some towel racks we had on the tree. We had some baby palms in a pot they took after we told them not to landscape things in the potted plants, worth at least 100. Them we just got back from vacation and they took 8 of our agave plants. Pretty sure they are reselling to other customers but no proof. Beware! read more

The apartment was set for 3:30, at 5:15 I contacted the employee and received a message that she is running late. it was upsetting that if she was running late and didn't even consider contacting the customer. She asked to reschedule and promised she would be here by 2:00 pm. At 2:53 she txted that she was now on her way. If the business can not keep their word on appointments how could I trust them to do a complete landscaping job on time or on budget!! read more

When I looked at my yard, the first thing I thought was that it looks beautiful and secondly I thought you can definitely tell it was done by professionals. We used Infinity Landscape for a general cleanup recently and they did a great job on our 1/2 acre unruly mountainside lot. They trimmed all of our thorny Palo Brea trees, cottonwoods, Palo Verdes, removed many large, diseased prickly pear and cholla cactus and got rid of our massive weed problem by trimming and spraying. They also hauled away all of the debris in their big trucks. Call Nancy & Miguel, they will give you an honest price beforehand. When we initially spoke with them, we were really impressed with our communication with Nancy. We mentioned that we were looking for monthly service, and like the natural desert look - not the hedged / overly groomed look. We were told no problem, and initially she came out with the guys to make sure they understood the instructions and didn't hedge all of our bushes. Fast forward - we have been seeing a decline in the service over the past year. They don't seem to know what they are doing / are supposed to do as half of the plants are never touched and the other half end up hedged, which we specifically stated that we don't want. Our landscaping looks like it cannot make up its mind! They spend very little time at our property on most visits and there have been many times when they show up for 30 minutes, blow some leaves around, rake our rocks and leave. We know there are slow seasons of growth which accounts for them not being here for very long, but we recently asked for them to do a major pruning before spring growth (knowing we weren't going to be having them do monthly hedging and to let the bushes that they had hedged grow back natural) and we were told no, that it would cost us a lot more money. Considering we don't want them do anything but rake some rocks and general cleanup of weeds the rest of the year, I think a once a year cut-back isn't a crazy ask for what we were paying. We were also supposed to be on a schedule, but it never appears to be set to a specific date, day, or time. They usually let us know the evening before or day of that they are coming, which doesn't provide consistency or the ability to plan other things around a schedule. I am now working from home (like a lot of people) and have a lot of teleconferences and trainings where I cannot have landscapers here with blowers and the dog barking, so it doesn't always work to have them here at any random time when they decide it is our day. We recently asked them to reschedule us during one such occasion and Nancy texted back that it was no problem and that she would check the schedule, but we never heard back. We have texted a couple of time and didn't get any response. So today after we saw them over at our neighbors we followed up to find out when they would be coming here, and were informed that they have removed us from their schedule altogether because we asked them to reschedule us the last time and some "new clause" that if you skip a service you will be dropped. First off, that was never a part of our discussions when we became a client. Secondly, we have never seen such a clause. Lastly, there was no communication that was happening when we asked to reschedule due to a conflict. Instead, Nancy acted like it was okay and would check the schedule, then stopped returning texts until they decided to tell us we'd been dropped (i.e. found new clients). Not only do they have poor communication and poor customer service, but their quality of work, ability to follow instructions and dependability is awful. I have had Infinity Landscaping come out twice now to do yard cleanup and weed control. Miguel and his team do great work, are highly professional and the price is right for the work they do. Nancy was even able to refer to me to someone who could repair our broken property wall. They are local to my community and it feels like they care about the area and their customers. Miguel even made suggestions to help keep the local cats out of our planters. I love that I can send a text, get a response quickly and billing is easy and online. I'm very pleased and am scheduled for 12 week weed control. I should have taken before pics, our yard looked like a jungle of hideous tall weeds that I could not keep up with myself, even after pulling every weekend! read more
