Super pleased with the service, especially during the COVID lock down we're in! (No pun intended) I sent a quote request email through Yelp, and Trevor responded immediately with his price and availability (he was free whenever I needed him!). My sliding glass door lock wasn't working (couldn't use the key to lock it/unlock it), and because it's not a common lock, some of the other responses I received said they wouldn't be able to work with a lock like this. And in fact, when Trevor looked at it, he admitted he'd never seen a lock like it, either. (It's one of those sliding locks that only engages if the little pin inside is pushed. Kind of complicated.) Anyway, he removed the lock completely, did whatever he had to do in there to fix it, and put it back together, all in less than 30 min. The lock works perfectly now! We had Trevor come to our house in November 2020 to replace a doorknob that we had to have switched out. He was very efficient and did a great quality job. While here, we had him adjust the strike plate because the door was not staying shut. I contacted him last night - he got back to me and we set up a time (the next day) for him to switch out another doorknob that had broken. Worst attitude ever Be careful with this violent person, First of all he increased the price he quoted me for installing door locks (from $350 to $400) because he needed to buy an "special tool", He couldn't buy that "tool" to finish the job so he offered me to come back 5 days LATER, and he wanted half for it. I told him I will pay him when he finished his work so he left. I decided I didn't want to have an unfinished work and no locks on my house for 5 days so I hired another person to finish the job and I called him and offered to pay $150, because the other person would charge me a visit fee again and I would be ending paying more just because he didn't finish the job he was hired to. He got extremely upset and told me he would come to my place to get his money He arrived at my place threatening to remove his work if I didn't pay him $200, He even threatened to assault me while he was holding a screwdriver, I asked him to leave my property and a neighbor called the police. I paid him half of the original quote ($175) and he left my place calling me names and he threw a piece of wood to my 9 year old daughter. Required a locksmith to remove cylinder lock [lost the key] on Public Storage unit I'd had for years. First one hired was from a call center where information is taken and a locksmith contacts you. Neither the company or locksmith would provide a set price [$29 inspection, $69 removal, "extra if complex lock or additional time required"]. When we spoke, he assured me he had extensive experience in storage unit lock removals including cylinder locks; I even sent a photo of the lock via text. Waiting to open the gate when he arrived in a company van [25 minutes late] and parked in the lot next door. I went to his window to direct him in. He was watching a YouTube tutorial on how to remove a cylinder lock. Politely said I didn't think he was ready quite yet and wished him luck. I'd always done research and due diligence on larger projects, and this time invested in both before selecting Trevor at Infinity. It wasn't a call center, I left a message he returned my call promptly. He answered all my questions, checked every box, and quoted a guaranteed flat rate I immediately accepted. He was quick with his work but the conversation on pricing was not very professional. Trevor changed the agreement price twice with no real explanation. Trevor was first to respond when I had locked myself out of the building. His initial quote was at 65 (the last time I was locked out of the same building it was 65 from another locksmith). He arrived in about 20 min, which was pretty quick. When he arrived he was not very responsive and did not identify himself, but he may not have heard me when I said hi. I lead him to the locked door and he looked at it. He than slid a wedge in-between the door and then stood up. He then said "this is actually going to be 100". I than asked "what was the difference between a 65 job and a 100 job." He replied "well the door seems to be tighter than most doors." I was surprised by his response and since i had already turned all the other locksmiths away because he had replied first, I had no other choice but to agree. He then wrote the purchase order and when I looked, he had added another 5 dollars to equal 105. I than asked "I thought you said 100". He responded with "well it is what it is. I normally either do 65 or 105." If he is used to pricing it at 105 wouldn't he be used to saying 105 instead of mistakingly saying 100. I did not want to deal with this person anymore so i just paid him. He inflated the wedges and just slid a small tool to push in the latch. It took him about 10 min. Total. 2 inflatable wedges, a thin metal piece to pop the latch and excruciatingly painful conversation equated to 105. If he had better reasons for an extra 40 on top of the 65 other than saying the door is extra tight or not going back on the price agreement twice, I would not have minded. read more

When he came to change out my lock cylinder on a 1950's mortise lock, the whole job took about an hour. He left, I have a working front door and two new keys!
