I was in a rush and thought I had my keys in my pocket but realized as I shut the door behind me I was now locked out. I had a long day ahead so I had to go. On my way home I called Mike at Infinity and told him what happened. He asked when I would be home (15-minutes) and when I got there he was waiting for me. That was my first nice surprise. The next surprise was it took him 10-seconds to unlock the door and let me in. 10-seconds! Mike's a very nice guy, all business. Got me in, swiped my credit card and was out in nothing flat. Money is tight these days. So needless to say when I got locked out of my apartment a few days ago, I called around to try to find the cheapest locksmith. I'm struggling to pay my rent as is, & now I have to come out of pocket ALL because I locked myself out of my stupid apartment! Anyway....you have NO idea how shocked I was as I called locksmith after locksmith, only to be denied of their services over & over again after telling them how much I could afford. After an hours of calling without any success I became a wreck!! I mean, really NO ONE would help me! Finally I reached "Infinity Locksmith". The girl who picked up the phone was so sweet! After I explained to her how Ive been waiting outside for over 2 hours because no locksmith would come out for the amount of money I had, she seemed to really empathize w/ my situation. But when she asked for my info & said she would see what she can do & call me back I was sure she was B.S too. But, to my complete surprise she returned my call about 2 minutes later & informed me that a tech was on his way & I just broke down in tears. I think I made her feel a little awkward but just imagine being rejected over & over again! All I wanted to do was just get inside my house. I was SO grateful when I finally heard that someone was actually willing to help me! I mean @ this point I was convinced I was sleeping in my car for the night because all the other *%$# locksmith's couldnt even cut me a brake! i called many locksmiths and they promised to be here in 15 minutes so i went with them. the locksmith, mr elias garcia, called within 20 minutes, and said he would be here in another 15 minutes. he didn't arrive so i called and cancelled my request. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, he pulled up in front of our home and started taking photos on his cell phone of our home and called us. i told him i had cancelled and i didn't need his services. he sat in front of our home for 35 minutes taking photos and psycho calling me. this is harassment to the nth degree. women, please dont use this company. completely out of control. i was shaking by the end of the 35 minutes of this garbage. god, for a deadbolt problem???? don't use these guys. i am petrified this dude will come back here and do something horrible to me. why should i have to be terrorized by a locksmith when i call and canceled to his bosses on the phone an hour before he showed up? read more
