Went here because they were the only salon that answered their phone. Got an appointment in the same afternoon. The pedicure was great. I fail to get the name of the person. I thought she would also do the manicure because she brought me to her station. Unfortunately, a gentleman came along and finished the job. He was friendly and seem to know what he was doing but I felt that it might have been rushed. It was a gel and unfortunately it was one of those where the bottom of the nails starting getting caught in my hair and clothes because it was not smooth. I will go here again and try one more time. I have come here twice now, once for a pedi and recently a manicure and I have always had such a great experience! My gel pedi lasted twice as long as the previous salon I attended and they did exactly what I asked for my manicure, I loved it! Picture doesn't do them justice. Came In Today after not going to a salon for over a year and their Covid -19 precautions are top of the line they took my temperature and asked me to sanitize before entering. The pedicure chairs have sheilds that go all the way around the seat! I felt so safe! Also my nail tech was amazing and everything was new and clean!! read more

I had the worst experience. I'm assuming the person who was giving my pedicure was the owner. If you don't mind not getting full service and full attention for what you're paying for then ask for the owner. I'm not a big fan for feeling like I don't matter. Well this man did. He watched every person walk by in the hallway and stopped to chat with a couple and left me sitting there as if I didn't matter. Not to mention I shared with him the shape I wanted and he ignored me. I told him it's been over year since I had a pedicure and you know if it's been that long my cuticles would need some time and a nice file.....but not this time 1 minute per foot and no filling. The scrub was horrible if you don't want any skin left on your legs. No lotion on my feet. What more can I say for my experience other then I forgive you and good luck and I will never visit again and will not recommend your business. read more

Got my nails done here since I was going to have my maternity photoshoot done later that day and was not impressed with the service. The shop is gorgeous very well set up and decorated. I had an appointment at 10am for a gel manicure and gel pedicure since I knew they might be busy on the weekend but they are newly open so just wasn't going to take my chances. I was also told on the phone of a $5 discount per item being done so I was happy to try this new place out. Arrived a few mins before 10 was told it would be a minute, there were four works and it was obvious that they were all in the middle of giving pedicures. I ended up not being seated to start my manicure until after 10:30. The lady who did my nails cut three out of ten of my cuticles on my hands making them bleed pretty severely which honestly was extremely painful during the entire visit. She also painted the gel paint too close to my cuticle so I'm almost positive they will not last more than a week since they will start peeling on the edges which is a bummer because my baby shower is 2 weeks from when I got them done. She also never asked me how short or what shape I wanted my nails so my hands look like a ten year old girl. After she finished she must of not heard me the three times I said I had an appointment for a gel mani and gel pedi because she was going to start working on the next person. Should of known that was going to go wrong too. She ended up rushing my pedicure... she did ask me about length and shape again, didn't cut my cuticle, didn't take out the ingrown toe nails (the main reason I get pedicures, also I am 8.5 months pregnant so can't do it myself), rubbed lotion all over my wet feet and legs which didn't feel good at all. To top it off she painted my toes with regular nail polish like what??? How many times do I need to say I came here for gel. Kind of thankful looking back it wasn't gel on my toes since now I'll need to get them redone somewhere else who can do the full service I paid for and how they are trained to do such. Good grief was I happy to leave since I was extremely annoyed at that point and at this point it was noon and I needed to go home to get ready for my photoshoot. I also had to mention to the person who rang me up about the discount like come on, don't mention a discount over the phone to get people in to just make them feel awkward when paying and he ended up taking $5 off instead of the $10 he stated on the phone. I honestly shouldn't have tipped the lady either. Never in my life have I gone to a nail salon and didn't get my hands and feet done at the same time in under one hour. They need to hire more people maybe on the weekends especially so they can try to make more money because it's not working. read more

Being fairly new to the area, I decided to try several different nail salons over the past several months. Decidedly, I will be staying with Infinity. Their space is very clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I was greeted, immediately seated, and given a choice of refreshments. My regular manicure and Infinity Spa pedicure were beautifully and perfectly completed. Nancy took her time and was very professional. Everybody is friendly. The place is clean and nice. They are very COVID careful which I truly appreciate. I've had 2 gel manicures so far and the first one was perfect and lasted for almost 3 weeks! Amazing! I went back to get my second one and I wasn't as happy with it. I was pretty upset actually. I called the next day and they made time and saw me the same day. They did a great job for me, staying a half hour after close to finish the job right. They were so apologetic and nice about it. They didn't even want the tip. Issue resolved. So I went here for the first time last week and got a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure turned out decent and my nails definitely could've been better. The lady that did my nails was not super friendly and did not make conversation. She was laughing and it was obvious she was making fun of how small my toes are. It was super uncomfortable and not relaxing. She cut my toe and my fingers more than once. There was acrylic and glue all over my fingers when she was done. The salon was clean and the owner was nice. Super sad that the female tech ruined my experience. I would not let her do my nails again. read more

Not a very good experience overall. I went in on Mother's Day with my daughter and the lady who did my mani/pedi was very inexperienced and could not speak enough English to understand my requests. She filed my nails very unevenly and the nail polish ended up having bubbles and specs of nail dust in it. The owner invited me to come back for free to correct the mistakes. So I went back a week or so later...That return visit was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had. They had several people working on me (starting my hands while working on my feet), so I couldn't relax while having the pedicure. They rushed me and were not attentive to me at all. They appeared to be irritated that they had to fix the problem that they created. I really didn't want to leave a bad review but at the same time, it's important for companies to be accountable and to be willing to change what's wrong. read more
