However, reading the other one-star posts, I realize I was not the ONLY one that had a manicurist who displayed such rushed, rude & dismissive behaviors...almost every point made in those other one-star reviews, I experienced; it was impossible to relax (which was what I had envisioned in treating myself to a classic mani/pedi that day.) The manicurist (no name tag) was not at all focused...barely acknowledging me, chatting with a coworker working next to her & then kept turning to look at what was happening in the salon, not wearing gloves...I could go on & on. Because I can't list all that I saw & experienced, however, I'll never go to Infinity Nail Salon again. Note for Nathan & Andrew: if you have raised your prices, then please update your website; if you haven't, I was overcharged for the services I received. I got a mani pedi with gel on my toes. The people were very nice, but was not happy with the quality of service. 2 days later I noticed the polish was completely gone from my left 4th toe, as if it had peeled right off. Also, the nail polish was all chipped off the whites of my nails. I've never had this happen, even when I paint my own nails. read more

I wanted to take my two girls for a mommy-daughter mani but haven't been happy with the various nail salons in the area. My mother suggested a relatively new salon in Montgomery village that looked nice, and I am SO HAPPY I took her advice. The salon was clean and brightly lit, and the entire staff was incredibly kind. I had never had "nails" before and decided to bite the bullet and try adding tips and using the powder dip process. Nathan did my nails, and I couldn't be happier with the quality or his suggestions with regard to shape and length. The minute he was done I knew I was going to be re-booking the minute I paid. The other experience that I was so appreciative of was what an amazing job they did on my two girls! I feel as though many salon see a 6 an 7 year old and think, "Oh. I'll just file and messily slap some polish on them." The older lady who did their nails took just as much time and care trimming, shaping and painting their nails as should would have with me. I was shocked at how beautiful they looked for a child's manicure. I loved this place. It's so hard to find a person whose work you love in a place that feels clean, and I am now an Infinity/Nathan fan for good! *Also, I appreciated that while I was there they were honest with walk-ins as to whether they had time or if it would be a long wait instead of just saying "yes" for the sake of business and then over-loading the staff at the expense of the customers who had made appointments and were already being serviced. read more

His work is very professional and my nails have never lasted and looked good for three weeks between appointments as they do when he does them. I was really impressed with Infinity nails as soon as I done placing my appointment over the phone. I was so surprised how nice and helpful Nathan, the owner, was. Normally I'm used to being rushing me over the phone which is understandable. They were able to fit two pedicures for me and my coworker within 30 minutes. I was so relieved because I tried calling up 3 other salons. Luckily Infinity was there to help. I liked how the employees had an effort to get to know their customer and they go out of the way to make sure you feel comfortable. I actually came back like 3 times within 2 days. Since they accept walk in, their time is precious. But I do appreciate how they don't take in too much service that they can't handle. This is my experience: I think the two owners - Andrew and Nathan - do a terrific job of trying to make sure anyone walking through their door is happy when they leave. I went in for a gel pedicure + gel acrylics. they asked if i wanted anything to drink as soon as i came in and also cared for the weather and how cold it was. very thoughtful in that aspect. the relationships that the workers have with their regular clients are very sweet to see. my toes came out beautiful, i loved them. i had a different lady do my acrylic nails and they didn't came out good. there's a lot of air bubbles in my nails. she didn't go over them so in some spots you can see through the color. i 100% don't think it was worth the price. if the acrylic color wasn't black you would REALLY be able to tell the mistakes from afar. read more

Kinda feel sad leaving this review because I give everything else a 5 -- the pedicure, the facility, the service from the host/owner, the cleanliness, etc. But I got a gel acrylic set and it was really just bad. I don't think the woman who did it is quite ready to do full sets with gel on customers yet. Acrylic and gel all over my cuticles and just bumpy and weird. Would have stayed to have them fix but had to leave at the end. Not happy. Had to use my own grinder tool at home to get the gel off and reshape/fix the acrylic. Almost every single nail needed work as the polymer just got way too close/touched my skin so as soon as you pulled your skin away there was this triangular lump there. Not to mention I paid $100 for a gel acrylic set and gel pedi. Just seems high considering the full set was such crap. read more

I noticed during my last visit that the place did not seem as clean as it had in the past - and it was extremely busy (seemed like maybe they had overbooked things). My tech used a scrub on my foot that she took out of her pocket - and which I realized had been used on others before I could say anything. A few weeks later, I have toenail fungus on one of my big toes, which I have never had before in my life. I can't say for sure that I picked it up here, but I don't swim or go anywhere without my shoes on, so I can't imagine this came from any other source. Very impressed with the salon. Everyone was so kind and upbeat. My nails looked better than they have in years. So happy I found this place. Will be a regular customer from now on. Added benefit was how clean and careful they were with requiring everyone to use hand sanitizer as soon as they walked in the door. I went in August 12th since I was in need of a refill and while I didn't get the design I wanted I didn't throw a fit about it the lady who took care of me got the shape of the nail I wanted spot on, the nail techs were all sweet and friendly they made me feel special when they all kept wanted to see the nail art come together my first experience there was wonderful I'd defiantly come back! Just acrylic tips. Quality was good first time. Second time in store, I asked for square and she literally gave me square and didn't file corners. I guess I should have said "squarish" but a little round ? Every customer there seems to love the place, but it didn't feel sanitary enough for me. I guess I'm too particular.
