Messaged Infinity Plumbing on Yelp in the morning and got a response right away. Roberto came to our house in about an hour or so after that and was very kind and professional. He spent a couple hours helping to clear our pipes, which had a backup from who knows how long ago. He had to go in from multiple angles and was determined to clear the blockage. After a couple hours he was finally able to get the clog out and cleaned up all the mess that came out as well. These guys are great. The plumber who was assigned to me texted a half hour before he arrived. Our refrigerator had stopped making ice or dispensing filtered water. He tried the water line, determined that the problem seemed to be occurring within the fridge itself (something they don't do) and was very through and polite. Didn't charge me for the visit. The next morning, the fridge started dispensing water and ice again. Was it the plumber? Who can say, but I was thrilled to have the problem fixed and no bill to pay. read more

Worst business ever!! I called on Tuesday morning, 7/28/21 to inquiry on an appointment and they set my appointment same day between 1pm -2pm. My husband took a day off from work to meet the plumber, but they never showed up or called. Instead I had to call and they reply with a text to reschedule for the following day. I should have known that was a red flag. Instead I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took next day off from work to meet the plumber. What do know, same issue!! No call, no show. I'm starting to think this is not even a real business. If you can not commit then let us know so we can find someone else to do the job. Waste of a PTO!! read more

Very knowledgeable regarding tankless hot water heaters, brand comparisons, performance and ultimately went with Infinity Plumbing because he was patient, professional and knowledgeable. I love all things mechanical in the world of water or wastewater services. I was in the biz but I didn't want to be a plumber (I did marry a plumber's daughter though). Plumbers are overworked and under underappreciated. Our hot water heater started leaking on Tuesday and by Friday our 22-y/o Rheem heater was replaced with a new 50-gal. Bradford-White water heater. Infinity Plumbing was on a list provided by Yelp of five service companies to help us. And I added a few more that I knew and approached. Chris came out and provided a written quote where some of the others I approached gave approximate pricing. Chris provided a quote that was 13% lower than those I approached and was available. Infinity ran into a problem of getting the heater that Chris and I had discussed and that delayed the installation a day. Carlos and Jazz arrived on Friday and in four hours removed the old one and got the new one installed and operating. Plumbers hours our grueling just note the service hours Infinity offers. Contacted Infinity Plumbing months ago after 10pm when an irrigation pipe burst in our backyard and we needed emergency services. They came within 30 minutes, stopped the water and gave us a quick quote to come back the next day for a long term fix. No other company we contacted coukcome that night. I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately the same pipe burst again, despite repairs. While they did come out eventually to fix it, they did not show up for multiple appointments and I have not been able to reach them to come and turn the water back on and check that everything is working (like they said that they would). read more

I highly recommend Infinity Plumbing! We had a really bad clogged kitchen sink. Jaime Reyes installed new pipes under the sink and unclogged the drain. We can now use the clear out trap under the sink to snake ourselves if we ever have a clog again. Jaime did an excellent job and even cleaned up after he was done. I had a blocked garbage disposal and used the Request A Quote feature. A few places called and said the problem sounded small but that they had minimums that would cost $150$-$200 even if the repair was small. Infinity responded and said they'd come over and check it out without a fee associated for the visit. The "fix" took five minutes and they refused payment. Billy was fantastic. Great communication when setting up the appointment and through the entire process. Bill has a lot of experience and they are training a lot of new people into the industry. This is a great local company that provides GREAT service. Our sump pump stopped working and we needed a quick replacement before the heavy rain. Billy came out late (after 5:00 pm) and found the problem. He provided a couple of different options for us, but one also included him providing us with a temporary pump for a couple of days - until they could purchase the new pump (at regular vs a much higher pricing). Woke up on a Saturday morning to find that our kitchen faucet was leaking and causing water to pool, called at 9:30am, and Carlos arrived by 10:20 after finishing up a job at another place.
