This is the 3rd time we've used infinity plumbing. They respond quickly and have come out and started work within days (all the things they've helped us with has been non-emergency issues). The most recent one, was an old water hookup in our laundry room. They gave us a good estimate for it and started working on it a couple days later. I asked if they could move the new laundry box a few feet to the side of the original location now that they were working on it anyway - they updated their quote on the spot. Turned out they couldn't move it all the way due to some unforeseen issues behind the wall in the new location, so we ended up just moving it about a foot and they gave us quite a rebate since what I wanted wasn't possible. We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. tl;dr Great experience, I will call them first the next time I need a plumber. Our sink was slow to drain and we tried to clear it with baking soda and vinegar. Pro tip - don't do that. The baking soda turned into a solid brick and subsequently the water would not drain whatsoever. I removed the p trap and confirmed the blockage was well into the wall. Time for a plumber! Used request a quote and got 5 responses. These folks were quick to message and help get an appointment for a free estimate scheduled for first thing the following morning. Billy and Chris came by when expected and were friendly, communicative and professional. They assessed the problem, explored options by examining the pipes at the ground level below our unit, and described what they would try, using their industrial grade snake, before more drastic measures such as gaining access through the vent on the roof. They made no promises and let us know a job like this would be $325 since the blockage was deep and access to the wall was challenging due to the porcelain pedestal sink. Knowing this is an atypical "my sink won't drain" visit, that seemed justified to me, and I appreciated that they made no promises and communicated their intentions clearly. And they succeeded! I worked with Carlos for a first project relating to clogged sink in the bathroom. He was prompt and gave some tips to maintain it to avoid future clogs. I liked the way he handled the service that I opened project for him to propose a solution. He quoted me a viable solution and price. First said nothing gets wrong and said likely AC, Infinity came next and did a super thorough check and found a slow leak on our toilet seal that was dripping into the floor and through the ceiling! He showed me everything... why it was obviously not the a/C and demonstrated how it was leaking. He fixed it right away, and so glad. Quick update - Carlos (the owner maybe?) reached out shortly after this review was posted and informed me that Roberto is actually not with the company anymore, which explains the flakiness! He was very apologetic and is coming out this week to take care of the remaining tasks. Leaving for original review below in case anyone else was experiencing the same issue - it's not Infinity Plumbing at this point, but the individual who used to work there. ---------------------- original review: They're great when you can get a hold of them, but unfortunately we've found them to be incredibly unreliable. I reached out in the beginning of the year for what I thought was a minor plumbing issue, but upon further inspection it turned out to be a huge project and the pipes in my home were due to be replaced. Roberto and his team were great at the time and communicative, and they did an excellent job replacing the pipes and drains. They also made a point to clean up after the job was done, cleaning the carpets downstairs. But after the job was done I reached out to Roberto about some minor issues (that should be covered by our warranty), and things went south. I've literally been trying to get him or someone else to come fix a few minor things since February - it's July now. He keeps telling me and my husband he'll be there the next day or later in the week, but never shows up and never gives us a heads up that he can't make it. Incredibly frustrating when we have cleared our schedule to accommodate him coming by. At this point I've finally given up and hired a different plumbing company to finish the work. read more

Our ejector pump system suddenly stopped running a few days ago. Thanks to the insanely loud alarm, we knew that the waste level was high, and it wasn't one of those things I'm prepared to handle myself. They determined that our ejector pump system hadn't been serviced in many, many years, and was simply coated in gunk. Roberto is the best!! On a Saturday afternoon, 2 toilets decided to (1) overflow after refilling the tank and (2) display slow drainage after flushing. When investigating why, we found wastewater in the yard smh ‍ so we needed this corrected NOW. We officially have a blockage (it's probably roots in the drainage pipes..) Roberto was at the house lugging his heavy 100+ ft industrial snake into our backyard within an hour of making a S.O.S. request on Yelp. He was able to breakup the blockage and the toilets were back in working order! The whole experience was so quick and efficient, our nerves around potentially having a huge problem were instantly calmed. We recently upgraded our backyard to include an outdoor gas fire pit. The final step in the process was finding a plumbing company to connect our gas line. Surprisingly, this wasn't an easy task. I scheduled an appointment for them to look at a clogged drain. For some reason, the appointment for the consultation had to be rescheduled day-of, and then the follow-up appointment for the work also had to be rescheduled day-of, which was frustrating. When they got here, they said that they needed to add some new pipes and a sump pump to prevent flooding, and they would come back to me with a quote. I didn't hear back from them for a week. I checked in a couple of weeks later, asking for the quote, but they just asked for my name/address and then never responded. So we discovered that we had a possible leak under our house or in the wall. We quickly learned that it was not just a leak but a spraying hole in the water line. Send out a request for plumbers and infinity plumbing quickly responded and said they could have someone come out within the next 2 hours. Roberto came and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. I needed a plumber ASAP cause my shower, bathtub, and toilet were backing up. I called around and most places didn't have anyone available until the next day, but Infinity plumbing had someone that actually was able to show up an hour before our scheduled appointment time. I have to thank my technician/ plumber, Roberto, who was friendly and had a good idea how to fix my problem. It only took about 30 min and thankfully, by snaking the main sewage line, the problem was fixed! He also gave me a 6 month warranty just in case the problem happened again in the future.
