I've had a small leak outside the house and wanted to fetch quotes from several plumbers. I received a few visits, and they ranged in prices from $450-$600 to replace a valve connected to some irrigation zones. This valve leaked when it was opened, leaked even more when closed. Infinity Plumbing was the last quote, and Jaime showed up. He took one look and asked that I fetch a wrench and then proceeded to show me how he believes he can be fixed by slightly closing this, loosening that, then tightening this. Voila, leak fixed. Before we were dealing with a cheap water heater that was over 20 years old and ran out of the 6 year warranty. It was no longer providing hot water. We got a new electric Bradford White with a much longer warranty all thanks to Carlos and his sidekick. Carlos was super responsive, honest, and gave us very simple but detailed instructions. I had a pipe burst out of nowhere. I called a million so called "24 hr plumbers" and either ended up at a voicemail or an insane quote. had to shut my main off, panic started to kick in. Carlos and his brother Billy came by to diagnose a water pressure and no hot water issue to an apartment. Initially I thought it was a pipe clog as explained by another plumber but Carlos listened to the sound of the water and said it sounded more like a water valve was not shut off. Turns out he was right and was able to turn the hot water back on. Another plumber had turned it off and then forgot to turn it back on. Carlos and Billy were able to fix the low water pressure on the shower as well by cutting the pipes in back of the shower, test them for pressure, and reinstall them. He was also able to remove the sediment in the shower valve and cartridge. After, he diagnosed another shower with low water pressure and it needed a new cartridge and pressure regulator. He replaced both. Lastly, he removed a piece of drain pipe that was leaking. Carlos and Billy were easy going, smart, and a pleasure to work with. Their prices are competitive and they are knowledgeable about issues. I learned Carlos also likes to invest in crypto currency and raise Italian mastiffs - an interesting man. We had a sudden and terrifying leak coming through the ceiling last night. A different plumbing company came overnight and left a big hole but couldn't find the problem and incorrectly judged the problem (they thought it was a drain leak, so we left the water on overnight, causing even more damage). Roberto from Infinity came in the morning, systematically investigated, found the problem quickly (a poorly installed shower valve cracked and leaking), got the replacement part, and fixed it good for a super reasonable rate, explaining everything as he went. He's referring us to a drywall worker to fix the water damage and make everything spiffy again. (For a good time, ask Roberto for his opinion on copper pipe vs PEX, lol!) Roberto did a phenomenal job on our emergency plumbing situation. The piping behind our pedestal sink was knocked ajar during a cleaning, and I just didn't have time to address this myself. It was worth calling someone in to get it fixed. My wife called and an hour later, Roberto showed up, scoped out the problem. He determined it was a simple enough fix, ran out in the rain to his truck and came back and within 15 minutes, everything was fixed and working perfectly. We will be working with Roberto again for any future plumbing emergencies. This is the forth time I am using infinity, this time, Carlos was the one who helped me with the issues that I had , I had a leaky hose bib at first so he replaced it , then he suggested that since we didn't have a water shutoff, it's better to have that installed so we wouldn't have to call the city to stop water every time when something happens , there are two options to solve this issue, the first one he told me is one that would be installed underground and every time if you need to shutoff one would have to get down and turn the lid and valve off , the second option is twice as much but it provides a lot easier access to it , it's installed above ground next to our existing newly installed hose bib and one would only need to turn it vertically by hand so the water stops for the entire house. My family has decided on the more expensive option , it's a coincidence that my mom's birthday was around the same time so we all contributed to this job as a birthday gift to mom, Carlos gave us a good deal and did an excellent job, he finished the job within the time frame that he promised, my brothers Alex and Mike, our mother, then me of course , we really appreciate your great work!!!! read more

DO NOT USE this plumber. 100% UNRELIABLE. Gave me an estimate and scheduled the job for today 12:30-2:30PM. I left the unit empty so Carlos / Roberto can come and do the job and kept waiting during the 2 hour appointment window. When I called an hour after the appointment window ended - Jas said that they (Carlos) have decided to decline the job!!!! This has to be the worst service ever. Working with Roberto was a pleasure. What we had thought might be a small water supply leak turned out to be a significant drain clog. Roberto worked diligently to implement a repair, which included a necessary replacement of the original one-way main cleanout with a two-way to allow for easier resolution of future clogs on that side of the house. He checked under the house for any additional leaks and then ran a camera both to verify the original clog was cleared and in the other direction to check the status of the clay pipe from the house to the street.
